I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***The Business left a voicemail which we didreturn the callUnfortunately the phone system at TJ Maxx also is not efficient We did call *** Back at *** *** *** There was not an appropriate way to navigate the phone system and when we finally did we got a message the business was closed We were never informed or business hours to in the voice message We have also called *** *** *** the main business number and had the same results. Please find attached the tracking information which clearly shows *** Day Air but somehow TJMAxx Shipped this Ground We paid for premium servicePlease also see the packing slip which shows Day ***Please see condition of the contents of the box.

I have talked to representatives from *** Bank on many occasions and they have not helped and I continue to experience issues. Even if you use *** for your credit cards and rewards program, TJMaxx should ensure they are maintaining proper customer service and accurate systems I have an *** *** Card issued through *** Bank and do not experience any of these issues. I have not been contacted yet, but am not hopeful that they can solve the over-arching issues I have been having

[I am disgusted by the response from TJXI returned the two above items in beautiful condition on 12/1/spent hours trying to track down my belongings and no one ever got back to me to help me resolve this issue until I filed this complaintI received two of the four items in poor condition over two months later with no mention of the other two that were also in perfect condition in the same boxI am a terrific customer of TJX and want my card cancelled as I will no longer buying anything from themAlso there was tax on top of those charges and absolutely should be paid back for the items they lostAlso to deduct shipping is a real slap in the faceI should be able to charge them for all this inconvenience and ***etI should also be repaid interest that accruedPlease cancel my TJX card. I will be refunded for the above items including the two I finally received on 2/2/as they are now in poor conditionI also want to be refunded for plus tax and plus taxI strongly feel I should be refunded for all four itemsI will be forwarding this to the attorney general as well.

[If you are rejecting the business's response please enter your rejection comments here.] Greetings,As I indicated in my complaint I have reached out to a Regional Manager: Mr*** *** and TJX Companies Corporate Office through written correspondence and EmailI actually reached out to Mr*** because I have witnessed other inappropriate and unprofessional behavior at the HomeGoods *** ***, Illinois location and reported it in the public interest and thus I had his contact informationOn April 2, 2016, Mr*** sent me an Email which didn't adequately resolve the issues in question, which include my desire to exchange the two productsIf this opportunity no longer exists at the *** ***, Illinois store then I am seeking a store credit to pursue the item at another HomeGoods location in *** or in the future because I have supporting evidence that an identical product did exist early in March at the HomeGoods *** ***, Illinois store when I went to exchange the defective product with an identical product under survelience video and was treated rudely by a cordinator who exclaimed this problem was caused by the HomeGoods ***, Illinois store and that if the exchange were conducted the HomeGoods *** *** store would lose a profitSince Regional Manager Mr*** *** may be limited in how he can handle this situation what resolution does TJX Companies IncCorporate have specifically in detail to resolve this matterThis lack of specific course of avtion is why I must indicate that I am not satisfied with the companies response at this point.
