We are sorry to learn you have not received the gift card we mailed you.  Our records indicate it was mailed on June 5, 2015. [it has been too long to get a refund , T.J.has open claim almost month ago , I kept calling them and heard different story and not get any refund I think I deserve some compensation from T.J.Maxx ]

 TJX has not complied with the agreement we made. I sent my [redacted] bag and sunglasses to “[redacted]” per her request and included the return shipping amount she requested I included. I have not received a refund for the merchandise, shipping or my merchandise.Please help me.

[redacted] We have been in contact through email, but nothing has been resolved as of yet. They asked for more information about the situation and I sent them a response, but they have not responded back to me with a resolution to this issue.
