I just opened this complaint a few minutes ago. It turns out they actually debited the correct amount.  The balance is showing $0.00 after the debit of $16.30 that occurred today and I misread the reciept.  There is no issue and I would like to close this complaint.Sorry!!!

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].  Until I get a refund, this matter is not resolved. Promising to get in touch with me is not acceptable based on my past experiences with TJ Maxx customer service. As of the date of this letter according to [redacted] the item is being sent back to TJ Maxx. I strongly recommend TJ Maxx optimize their logistics capabilities to accommodate their customers.
