[The business asked me to provide thethe closest T.KMaxx store to me however this is not at all satisfactory responseI live overseas! There are no TJ max stores in my countryBecause of this, I am unable to return the items because to ship them oversea to return to a US TJ max storee will cost me significantly more than I paid forr the itemsUnless TJ max agrees to also pay for those shipping costs in addition to reimbursing me, I cannot return themThis issue is TJ max fault for advertising and selling substandard items.I should not have to bear this expense because they sell poof quality items

Thank you, I wanted to now inform the Revdex.com that I opened the package that was delivered and the handbag has actually been used, there is no paper [stuffing] in this handbag, marks on the handbag, and no covering on the handles, etc There is an area with two grommets and a leather strip and that area is broken This is a $handbag and I called twice today, and email once, to talk to someone I was told to send it back but they have no replacement to send to me I want a discount on this for keeping a damaged/used bag - because this is the handbag I wanted However, TJ Maxx obviously knew that they sold me and sent me a used bag that was damaged This is clearly obvious!

claim originating from a Chinese individual named *** ***

promptly engaged Chinese counsel, *** *** * ***, to (i)
interpret the letter because it was largely incomprehensible to us; and (ii)
contact Mr*** in an attempt to resolve the matter. *** *** * *** has repeatedly attempted to make contact with Mr*** using the phone
number and email address provided in his letter, but Mr*** has not yet
responded

TJX is unable to assess the merit of his complaint. Accordingly, we ask

Again, I have attempted to contact the district manager MANY times but I can never reach him, and for some reason the in year 2017, he does not have voicemail.  HE HAS ONLY ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT IONE TIME!!!  Obviously this issue is not very important to TJ Maxx.  This is a TJ Maxx issue, not my issue, but I am the one being forced to do all of the leg work here by running around in circles trying to contact someone.  I refuse to do that any longer. The cashiers and the store manager were clearly racist here and TJ Maxx has done absolutely nothing to fix the problem.  I posted this issue on [redacted] and one of my [redacted] friends responded that she worked at this store, and that this was NOT the first that this store manager has been accused of something like this.  She also stated that as far as she is aware, neither the corporate office not the district manager have done anything about fixing this problem.  She said she is certain that she would have heard about it by now, but she has heard nothing at all from anyone. As I mentioned, I already have returned the coat to the [redacted] store with ZERO issues.  The cashier even clearly told me that the store manager was wrong since the coat was reversible....it could be considered both blue AND brown.  So instead of the store manager actually doing her job, she treated me like a criminal.  The cashier was rude before she even saw my receipt.  The black couple that was in front of me in line returned a damaged dress with NO receipt and the tags were off, but they were treated very friendly and their refund wasn't refused at all, only mine was, and my tags were still attached and I had my receipt in hand.  Any attempt to call this anything other than racism will not work for me.  And seeing how nothing at all has been done yet, I don't think TJ Maxx cares to even address the problem with their store.
