Good afternoon,We regret that we have been able to resolve this issue. When a return is done in one of our stores, the credit card used for the purchase needs to be present at that time to receive a credit for that returnPer our conversation with you on 12/20/16, you were issued a gift card for this return, because the card was not present at the time of the returnAdditionally, for your security and protection, we don't have access to your credit card numberWithout the card number, we have been unable to offer options to resolve this complaint. TJMaxx did not credit our credit card as they state in their response. Instead they sent another TJMaxx gift card in the amount of 317.00. We have received three gift cards from them now and two show zero balances. Almost one month later, we receive a third gift card in the amount of $317.00....why? I want them to credit our credit card for the amount of which they indicated they did on Nov 17th. And, I just noticed that Nov 17th is one day before I filed my complaint on Nov 18th. I have been working on this since October and nothing has changed. If anything, it has only gotten worse. I don't understand why this is happening
