I would like to add that yesterday I received another package from *** from you, a pretty big box, filled with bubble wrap, containing ANOTHER gift card, that I can only assume is also for ZERO dollars even though it says it is a refund. I am absolutely confused as to why you would spend the time and money to ship a big box to me, that contains a gift card of ZERO?? Your employee at the store in *** refused to refund my Shipping costs for the mirror that I received damaged, yet you will pay to ship out a *** package to ship me a gift card for ZERO?? You are paying money to ship me gift cards of zero yet won't refund my money when you don't ship items that I order or I receive them damaged or you ship me the wrong iitems, but you take the time to ship out boxes to me that essentially contain NOTHING in them. Gift cards that have balances of ZERO on them.
