 My reply to T.J. Maxx is that I reject and I do not accept their second answer to my complaint, number [redacted],  for the following reasons:1.  Besides the fact that T.J. Maxx's  arguments are unethical, they are also a masterpiece of intentional shameful gross lies and false statements.2.  T.J. Maxx has violated the law of confidentiality by circulating highly confidential information, like my Social Security Number, to sources outside their computer and electronic system.  T.J. Maxx's associate/cashier had declared on oath that my Social Security Number (SSN) would stay inside the store's electronic system and that nobody would know or use my SSN except the person who would issue my "Rewards Card".   3. The company's associate /cashier used excessive and unreasonable pressure to persuade me to accept a "Rewards Card" that would give me several rewards.  It is unlawful that a company store associate imposes false arguments to make a customer to change his decisions and habits about shopping.  The truth is that I never wanted any kind of card and I did not apply for any kind of card that involves "credit".  The cashier of the store knew very well that I did not have any credit card and I did not want under any circumstances a "credit card".  The fact that the "Rewards Card" was a credit card I learned when I received the unexpected letter from the [redacted].  T.J. Maxx also, in my complaint's reply, calls the card "Rewards Credit Card".  The store's associate/cashier had completely omitted the word "credit" during our conversation.  The store cashier violated the law that forbids use of excessive pressure against the free will of the customer taking advantage of the store customer  to do something that would augment the profits of the company or would increase the store associate's prestige in the eyes of her superiors.      4.  The T.J. Maxx's reply states that I was "applying for a credit card with [redacted]".  I did not even have any knowledge about the existence of any "[redacted]" or any "[redacted]".  I did not apply for any kind of card to any store or bank.  The issuance of the card that the store's associate/cashier was attempting to issue to me was done in an unlawful and tricky way.  First, she did not reveal the real nature and content of the card and second, I was not given an application in my hands to read and review.  She only presented me, in a big hurry, with a folded paper with the bottom of the page requiring a signature; she told me that I had to sign my name in order the store to be able to issue my "Rewards Card".  This was cheating and everything was done in a deceptive and unlawful manner. 5.  The T.J. Maxx's statement that I signed a "customer Verification Slip" is another of that company's fabrication.  How is it possible to sign something that I was never given to read and review?  Another wicket and atrocious lie used by T.J. Maxx is the false statement that I received "the hard copy of the application form".  I never received any paper from the store either in person or by mail.The truth is that T.J. Maxx is afraid of severe penalties because of violating the laws and also because of thecriminal actions that the company is entangled.by releasing very confidential information about its customers without any authorization or permission, and after promising to its customers that the information are going to be buried in the store's electronic system.Therefore, I demand that any information concerning my name must be destroyed from the files of both T.J. Maxx company as well as the files of the [redacted] including any other sources (companies, etc.)  to which the above two partners have disseminated confidential information.  Such an action must be supported by an official letter confirming the fulfillment of my demand.  If T.J. Maxx do not accept my present complaint, I will request a lawfull solution from the White House and the President of the United States.Let us not forget what President [redacted] said:  "Truth will ultimately Prevail where there is Pains taken to bring it to Light".

[i am rejecting this response until I receive the check as they were mailed out on 2/12 via [redacted]. I am missing several other items returned during this time as the store couldn’t accept them because they’re name brands. As before other items in box were returned. I have been waiting three months for my disputes regarding g fraudulent charges to be settled as well. These too were online purchases. I have referred this to the attorney general too. Those items were returned the same way using your return label via [redacted]. They were received just not refunded. Meanwhile the interest on all these items has accrued. I’m truly disgusted how you advertise easy online returns. I should have only returned in store but had no other options with the particular items I purchased.
