I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # 12701249. Please add your rejection comments below. 
 Dear [redacted],I consider situation a very serious failure to refund the purchase price of merchandise returned in good faith, not only after reading the return instructions I was provided, but after contacting your customer service department to make sure it was ok to return two items in one box. Even though TJMaxx Online had proof in their possession that my return box had been received and scanned, no refund was made for a period of almost two months. This happened even though I had contacted customer service approximately three weeks in to alerted them I had not received a refund, and I had been reassured that this would be investigated and taken care of. I called a second time approximately 5 weeks later, was on the phone with customer service for another hour, and received no resolution in the course of that call. It was the next morning I filed my complaint with the Revdex.com. I believe that what happened to me was wrong. I don't know if it is illegal, but it should be, and the lack of a resolution to this situation was starting to smack of gross incompetence or even of TJMaxx actively not caring if I ever got a refund. After I contacted the Revdex.com, I very much appreciate that you then refunded me in full, though no one called me within 24 hours of my last call to customer service as I was promised, nor have I received the gift card you said you were sending.  After the large amount of time I have devoted to obtaining a refund I was rightfully owed, I have asked T. J. Maxx for an explanation in writing of how and why this situation was allowed to continue for three weeks and then to go on for another five weeks once I re-alerted the company. If you cannot provide an explanation to me, a vigorous customer who is entering my twentieth year of shopping with you, well, it is clear either you don't value my business or even worse, you have something to hide in regard to your online services.  Regards,
