I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. . 
[TJ Maxx response is completely unsatisfactory. They want to place the burden on the consumer by having a prolonged wait time for a return  shipping label to be sent out, arrival to their warehouse wait time (which can take anywhere from 7 to 10 business days depending on the [redacted] delivery wait time.  Followed by an additional  wait time for TJ Maxx to  process  the and have it returned to the original method of payment. This entire ordeal can anywhere from  to 14 business days to 30 business days from the time the complaint was filed. TJ Maxx needs to issue the refund without placing the extraneous burden on the consumer, for their role in selling a defective item. Witholding money for a purchase that is not is not as advertised is absolutely not in the best interest of the consumer. ]

Explanation by TJMaxx does not apply to me.  No application was given to me by employee; she just wrote my SSN on the paper that she held in her hands and then asked me to sing.  I do  not even know how their application looks. The TJMaxx reply is very deceptive and false.  I never signed any "Customer verification Slip".  I never knew that there is a [redacted].  If the employee had followed the steps that the TJMaxx's has described in the e-mail, I would have never accepted to give my SSN and I would not have accepted any card from TJMaxx.  This is an atrocity used by TJMaxx's reply to my complaint to justify the way they cheat the customers.  This is a criminal act that is used to steal information from people and use for illegal purposes.  The TJMxx answer is a big lie.  If there is no resolution I will refer the case to the President of the united States at the White House.  I will ask to have the TJMaxx business suspend and start an investigation.  Another big attrocity is a statement by TJMaxx that "...the Store Associate returns the hard copy application form to the customer by hand.."  This is really criminal because I never saw an application and I never received any kind of "hard copy".  I expect also [redacted] to destroy all information that received from TJMaxx with my permission or authorization.

$.01 is not a refund.  Why would you send a gift card out in that amount?   As I have stated, I was told by a manager that I was told TJ Maxx does NOT accept returns when you ship things out that are broken, as was the case when I just returned the broken mirror that you shipped to me, as was completely explained in my statement.  Why is that not being addressed?  I am complaining about 6 different shipments, where you have either shipped the wrong item, not shipped me anything at all and charged me, or shipped me damaged material.  I am NOT complaining about ONE shipment.  I want to know why it is acceptable for a letter to be sent to a customer that SAYS REFUND OF $46.72 GIFT CARD yet the card has $0.01 on it.  I want to know why I was NOT given credit  for Shipping when I returned a broken mirror to the store on April 15th and was told that I have to pay for Shipping even when you ship me items that are broken.  I want to know why it is acceptable for you to ship me a pillow when I order a mirror and again try to tell me I have not right to return the merchandise because it doesn't match the invoice!!!!!  I want to know why it is acceptable for you to charge me for a mirror that you never shipped me and then send me a refund for but lie and put a zero balance on the gift card!!!!   Maybe now you will understand that I am NOT talking about ONE shipment.  I am, as I have stated over and over and over again talking about several shipments that have been wrong, missing or broken!!!!  All correspondence needs to be in writing so please stop calling me while I am working.
