Orkin has ignored several complaints I have voiced, refused to put me in touch with management, overcharged my acct, auto-paid without author

We had a termite problem in our house about a month ago Orkin Pest Control resolved it and I signed up for insurance to make sure if the problem came up again, they would take care of it We had some insects show up in my children's bathroom and Orkin came out to inspect it - they took pictures and notes They promised that someone would be out to fix the problem, as they suspected that it was termites or flying ants Two weeks wen by with no follow up The insects returned today and I called Orkin customer service They gave me a very vague response and I still don't know if they will follow up The customer service representative gave me no guarantees and hung up before I could confirm a follow up

We have a paid in full, up front contract with this company It's been like pulling teeth to get them to do their job We have on one end of our house a very high wood beam, along with the other beams they have treated for carpenter bees The company has ladder that will reach the foot beam and that ladder always seems to be in Charlotte, NC I called them a month ago stating the bees were doing major damage to that beam, nothing, called again, talked to Ron Pope, supposedly District Manager, he said he would send some guys out to spray and would have to wait weeks to fill the holes, I was fine with that Guys came, sprayed beam, then worker informed me that filling the holes was not in our contract (it is) and I pointed out they filled all the other holes in the other beams Worker said that they just didn't have a ladder high enough to do the job, was told before we signed contract they could scale our roof if they needed to I don't like to be lied to, it makes me very

I made a contract with orkin in February after I had the first treatment for bugs the orkin man said he would return in days from the first service to do a treatment and that if I needed treatment in between my first service and my next service to callNo one has came to my home nor have they responded to my email that I sent to the company and the pest have gotten worse than before

First off, the service man said that they could not do service with me because my card declined(but they took my money)! H said that the secretary told him personally that they could not do a contract with me because of the "declined" payment! I canceled my service over the phone in August because I was possibly moving I spoke to a man (didn't take his name) and he said that he would still service the house because I was a long standing customer with them, just in case I didn't move The house fell through and in October I called them to come out and service my house In December I once again canceled over the phone because I found a new home Unfortunately I didn't take the woman's name down The tech called me in January prior to his service and I told him not to do it because I was definitely moving Evidently he still did the service and now they are billing me, even though I canceled after speaking to both the office and the technician I called and spoke with a manager, ***, who stated that my cancellation was not recorded in their system (I have no control over whether or not they record all of their phone calls) She had the dates recorded when I canceled in August and when I resumed service in Oct

Please be advised that TruTech did not provide the services they are attempting to bill in the above referenced account I have emailed and called the office and spoken with several employees in an attempt to clear this up, to no avail *** and others in collection have replied to my emails/calls acknowledging that services were not rendered but refuse to eliminate this account and corresponding account balance immediately
