After service was canceled, this business continues to keep charging my account monthly with no services being used and not services still acceptedThis has gotten to the point that I have filed a police report for the matter

Ive called the nt holly office Left a messageNoone called backFor two weeks I have been calling to speak with a manager and every day she says she have the message to himNoone has called me back a d I continue to call and leave messagesI want answersI spoke with a supervisor and she said id have to talk with a,manager about my issue and im being ignored and still they will charge me and tjey dont provide me any service

Warning: Do not use this service! If you need pest control, there are several other options that are much better I was a loyal customer for many years even though it was difficult to see that they made any difference After I stopped service for a brief period, they charged me $for one visit They typically show up for 5-minutes and charge over $each time Another expert came and showed me all of the things that Orkin missed Poor service and no loyalty

Billed for unauthorized visit
On 1/4/16, I invited an Orkin representative to my home to discuss hiring them to service my homeThe representative suggested a one-year contractI told him I was wary of signing contracts, but he assured me it would be okI asked him about the fee for one year, which he stated, and told him that I only wanted to try his service for one year only and no more; and if I liked the service after one year, I would call Orkin and set up a possible maintenance plan where they would come out maybe or times in the future, but I would call them first if I decided, otherwise, I only wanted service for the yearSo I agreed to paying for one year only I paid the contract in installmentsAt the end of the year, instead of waiting to see if I wanted future service, they came to my home when I was not there and serviced the outside of my home, then charged me for the visitI am disputing being billed for a service in the following year without being auth

on first visit said complaint would be handle in short order going on six months still not handledI call exterminator always complaining he is not getting paid if not the month they are taking out when sign up with them it was said if you see anything or hear anything give us a call and we will come out.it was not any results had to call son to help me look around and see if anything was not check found holes in cabinets on wall they did not check my cabinets or storage room connected to my house a total waste of and some dollar signed up these people in Novand still dealing with problemI feel as though I was really taken advantage of because I stay by my self and a senior citizen I have a attic and no one mention going to look up there if I knew how to deal with getting rid of mice I would not have to hire them awful service not saying all of them are bad but this one I feel I got dupedcalled to talk to supervisor said they were out on job left number to contact

On 1/26/I signed a contract with Orkin Pest Control to take care of a termite problem, the charge was $4, The contract was for years beginning May 8, to April 8, I was also told that I had a day grace period no interest The days expired 05/08/ On March 20, I paid $2,235.83; April paid $1, The final payment of $1,was made on 5/18/17,which the office said they received on 05/21/which made the final payment to be a days over the days I expected to pay interest on the final bal but instead in mid July, I received a letter stating that because the last payment was received on 05/21/17, instead of 05/08/this last payment had "advanced your due date to 11/08/18" And, "the balance owed to Rollins Acceptance Company is $197.49" interest will accrue daily..." I find that the $interest and the calculated interest date to 11/08/to be exorbitant

I ended a service contract with this company and thy performed their final service the same dayI asked when I cancelled if I would incur any further charges because my reason for cancelling was financial concernsThey told me that I would not incur further cost because my monthly installments had been paid up to dateI then received a billing statement indicating I owe them $for the final serviceI've tried calling to speak to a service manager and to corporate who sends me back to the field officeThey have not returned my call regarding the situation in months but continue to call to ask when I'm going to pay themI feel this charge is erroneous and they will not drop itI was told there would be no further charge and I explained to them that I would not have authorized a final service of it meant another cost would be incurred

It was so hard choosing just one complaint typeFirst, the secretaries are all as rude as can beI've had to reschedule twice because the exterminator showed up too early (6:45am) after I said eveningsThe second time the woman didn't even reschedule so he never came backThey tricked me into signing a year contract by telling me "I need you to sign this so I can spray for today" he never said it was a contractSo in the months he's been here not once have I noticed a difference in the bugs and mice I was having beforeI finally had enough and called to cancel my contract somehow and the woman was rude and said her service manager would get ahold of meI've called times since then and still no call from the service managerI'm fed up and want out from underneath this joke of a company!

Orkin has charged me $for a frustrating and infective treatmentThey are no longer responding to my calls to resolve
Original inspection - 6/27/was effective in identifying issue (***) ~ $1,for treatment work.However, while checklist was provided for pre-treatment work, it was insufficient and provided no guidance for post-treatment precautionsInitial treatment perfomed on 6/29/was ineffective (In addition Orkin were ~1hour late causing me to have to reschedule work meetings - Discount of approx$offered)No post-treatment guidance was provided which ultimately resulted in the spare room also becoming infestedDog inspection (by different firm) 7/11/revealed issues in following areas
a.Master bed, b.Spare room bed, cOttoman/bench, d.Vacuum (which we then threw out), e.Clothing/BeddingDecision was made to fumigate master bed and furniture at clients expense (using another firm) 7/13/
Second treatment was scheduled with Orkin for 7/15/Tre

I have made numerous attempts today (approxphone calls) to cancel our Pest Control Service Agreement : Every other Month with OrkinThe responses from this company range from referring me to a non-working number, getting a company answering machine indicating it can not take a message, being told their "computers/phones were down" while I was speaking to them on a phoneI finally lied to the operator and told him I wanted to purchase a service, I was connected to a live agent willing to assistOnce I explained that I wanted to cancel the contract, they repeatedly hung up/or I was disconnectedThey acknowledged they understood what I wanted to do and promised they would get right back to me (no return call) I'm frustrated with this obvious tacticAs long as I can not cancel this contract I have to continue paying this reoccurring monthly feeHow do I cancel this service that initially never worked and subsequently no longer needed Please advise, thank you

this happened in the spring of The Orkin technician came to my door to notify me he was at my home to apply chemicalsI was not available to answer the door because I was in the showerWhen I got out of the shower I went out side to talk with the Orkin man but he was goneIt had only been about ten minutes since he rang the door bellThe technician had not been at my house long enough to spread chemicals around the foundationI checked around the house to see if he had applied any chemicalsThere were no signs of any liquid or solid chemicals next to the foundation of the houseI also noticed that none of the weeds growing around the house had been stepped onThe technician would have had to step on the weeds in order to apply any chemicals along the foundationI called Orkin immediate and I told them of my complaintI told them I was not going to pay for the service for that day because no chemicals were appliedOrkin told me the technic

I pay annually December for the following calendar yearIn they started billing me quarterlyI literally called them times trying to get an annual bill - they kept saying they would send it, yet I kept getting quarterly billsFinally I received the invoice in JuneI paid the bill in full for all of They came in August and sent me another quarterly billWhat on earth'??'!!!! So I called and they said oops yes, don't pay it that's a mistakeToday I received a bill from a collections agencyFirst of all they just came at the end of last month, secondly they told me they continued to make billing mistakes Now I have to fight with a collections agency and have a credit impactThis is beyond ridiculous

I cancelled my service around July, I have received a bill dated for October service....after I already cancelled I never received any papers that he was here for service, even after requesting it, they always leave papers with the date and time of service Yet this time they conveniently did not I spoke with a lady and requested a GPS report that he was at our property, even though we had already cancelled, she said she would pull it and call us back I told her that if I did not hear from her I was reporting the business She never did call me or my husband back I have yet to receive anything from them in regards to proof that we received a service, again after we had cancelled I have now been sent a letter from their collection agency

In October of I called Orkin to take care of some bugs that were in my homeAccording to the service man, he had never seen the bugs, but thought it might be a carpet bugEven though they were only in my window sill and ceilingAbout March or April the bugs had returned and with a vengeanceThe service man suggested to dust the main area of where the bugs were locatedWe cleaned out kitchen area and moved all furniture to the center of the room so he could dust the locationsWe did not see as many bugs, however there were a few here and thereWhen summer came they started getting into the bedroomsHe sprayed the skirt of the mobile home, however the bugs came through the light fixtures
Needless to say, I still have bugs in my homeI do not feel that Orkin took care of the situation best to their abilityThe service man would call the office and take bugs to find out what could kill them, however it would take a months time and it would initially, take care of some bug

I have been a customer for many yearsThe past years I have paid upfront for yearly coverage for both pest and Termite protection plansI do these payments online through SunTrust bill pay
When I did this year's pest protection they say they did not receive an electronic check even though I have the check number and verification from SunTrust that it was paid
I have made more than attempts to rectify their billing situation via phone calls with office staff, branch manager , faxes of the Sun Trust bill pay confirmation as well as two letters sent directly to *** *** the Branch Manager

Rollins acceptance company refuses to let me transfer or cancel termite coverage from home that I am selling
During a May inspection from the local orkin company,I purchased a termite contract which I pay $a monthMy account number is I was not selling my home at the time of purchase and was not advised by the orkin man that this service could be transferred to a new residence or cancelledI am now stuck paying the remaining fees of roughly $1,for a house I'm no longer going to be living inThis is my second contract with rollins acceptance company and have never had a late payment or failed to pay off the amount owedAfter being a loyal customer, I would expect these remaining charges be dropped once I provide a bill of sale on my home that is currently coveredI respect the company but I question the fairness of my current situationI can only imagine if my home were to be destroyed and still have to pay on the contract
