They tried to sell me a $10,fumigation for wood
eating beetles that were never present and there was absolutely no evidence of any beetles
I do not have any beetles, yet Orkin submitted a contract for me to sign for $10,for fumigation
of beetles which they have no evidence of in my house All I had to do was look on the internet
and I became more adept at determining that I had ants This has been confirmed by three additional experts

I would like my account balance to be cleared out and removed from collections if not obtain a refund for lack of service
I have been doing business with this company for many years I have general pest control as well as termite service with them While working in my back yard I noticed several of my termite bait stations had lids loose or missing I called the company and advised them of this although my service had recently been done They said they would send someone out A few weeks later I was again working in my back yard and noticed ants walking through cracks into my house I went to get my own insect killer and sprayed it on the area to keep the ants out (again my pest service had also been recently completed) It was at that moment I went and checked the bait stations that I had complained about before which were still not repaired and I decided exactly what am I paying this company for I have ants walking into my house, mice running around and bait stations for t

The last service we received from Orkin for our address at *** was in June We paid that bill on June 26, Several times over the course of the year we were getting services, the tech would not show up even though we had an appointment When he did this again in August 2017, I sent a letter to Orkin advising them that we no longer required their services and to cancel the bill they had sent for services not rendered In November 2017, the tech again showed up We didn't answer the door When we left later that day, we found a bill tucked into our door even though we received no services I sent Orkin another letter, dated 01/01/2018, when they sent a bill demanding payment, advising that no services were rendered, as well as reminding them that we had already canceled our services with them I talked to a rep today, 01/

Continen to receive invoices for service I cancled in December .Have called and I still get an invoice

They sold us a treatment with a year warranty and there is no warranty it was a LIE
On July 28, We had a free termite inspection by an Orkin Representative names Scott SmithThere were no termite problems at that time but he told us Orkin offered a time treatment to prevent Termite infestation that came with a year warranty and would be transferrable if we sold our home He noted based on the size and layout of our home the cost would be $ We were hesitant due to the cost but he told us it would be an added value if we ever sold our home because this warranty would transfer to the new owner We agreed and paid him by check He came back on 07-30-and performed the treatment I had to leave for work before it was complete but when he was done he had my husband sign a paper that he completed the treatment It is now and we are selling the home I contacted Orkin to let them know we were selling the home and we would need to transfer the warranty t

On Sept2, 2017, the technician, *** *** came out to my house to see about trapping a squirrel from a hole in my roofHe told me to write a check for $so he could set up the trapHe said he would leave the trap there for days and come back and if there were no squirrels he would fix the hole in my roofHe came back days later to check the trap and no squirrels were caught so he said he would come back later to fix the holeIn the meantime, on Sept8th I had roofers out to do some repairs to my roofThey went ahead and fixed the hole in my roofI have a picture to prove they did the workI paid the roofers*** never showed upThe check to *** written on 9/2/hadn't cleared my bank by 9/12/so I called *** ** *** the area manager and explained what had happenedHe said he would try to find out what happened to the check.On 9/I got invoices from trutech, one for $and one for $to repair my roofI called again on Sept27th and they st

Hired Orkin to handle a mouse problem for my mother-in-law residing at ***Orkin sealed up outside of house and set traps on January 17, Contract states they would come back in a month to check traps and remove any miceThen for months after the first visitI paid 1,for this service on a credit cardAs of April 5th, Orkin has not been to the house to check trapsI have called numerous times and still no one has shown up

This has to be the worst company I have ever encounteredTheir customer service tries to keep you from getting the services you were promised when signing your contractThe company tells you that you'll have a 30-day guarantee if the product doesn't work, that's wrongI continue to call the company and they schedule appointments, only to not show upThey have not called me backWhen I received service it was a young kid that had little knowledge about what he was doing; hence, the reason I probably am having issues with their service the first timeThe young kid even told me he was rushing because I was the last house for the dayI would never recommend this companyThe breach of contract and terms is ridiculous

We originally signed a contract with Orkin on 11/4/ This is an every other month service where they come to our home and inspect for miceWe had a mouse on 3/8/in one of the many traps that Orkin had set throughout our homeI called Orkin on 3/9/and they stated they would send someone out on 3/11/My husband was home and waited for Orkin, no one cameThe next day, I received a call from my neighbor directly next door stating that they had an invoice in their front door from Orkin with our name dated 3/11/

Sells person made a mistake in estimating the area required to spray insulation
Sells person indicated we need 5" of additional insulation in attic to comply with today CODE requirements and he estimated the attic area and quoted 1778$ cost Installer came and he mentioned apprxbags of insulation is needed for the area listed By the time they installed only bags were used He mentioned that his supervisor and sells person will come up with cost adjustment More than a month is passed and of phone calls are made but no resolution manager is not returning phone calls I am forced to take this route My cost is $ per bag which is not right
