My termite warranty on my new home was reaching expirationThe cost to renew was $I was contacted by a Home Team Representative to renew the warrantyI instructed this person to mail me the agreement and I would sign and send paymentBefore my payment or signed agreement was returned this company ran my credit card for $without consent(My card was on file due to quarterly pest control services I subscribe to) This is inexcusable and illegalIf I had not looked into an email receipt they sent I would have never caught it until I looked at my bank account and saw the $withdrawn from my bank account as well as another $once they processed my checkTurns out the Home Team Representative authorized running my credit card without a signed agreement and more importantly my consentI have canceled all services with this company

I was told that I have a severe infestation of bed bugs in my home and*** *** the gentlemen from orkin LLC out of grand rapids, MI office told me that I should throw out my beds because of this severe infestationI was told that I need to pay $to use his serviceI called other inspectors and they both told me that they was no bed bugs in my homeHe also told me that he used a bed bug machine to detect the bed bugsHe brought nothing but a phone and a folder inHe did not wear his covers for his feet to not scuff up my floor with his boots like the other gentlemen didVery upset customer

Contracted services were not preformed and their has been a lack of customer service to correct the problem
On May the 16th I notified my apartment manager that my apartment had bed bugsOn May the 18th Orkin informed my apartment manager the date of service and price of the treatmentThe service was scheduled for May 26th for a price of $This contract was to include spraying every room of the apartment, spraying every bed (king, queen and two twins) of the apartment and encasing the mattresses in a special bed bug coverThe apartment manager paid for the service and charged my account for the reimbursementOn the night of May 25th I bagged out all the clothes, towels, sheets/covers, pillows, coats belonging to myself and three childrenI then moved all furniture in each room to the middle of the roomI also vacuumed not only all floors but mattresses and sofas as wellOn the morning of May 26th all the bags of clothes were loaded into two cars and taken to the laundry ma

ORKIN was at our home for a problem with bed bugs on 7-14- They came to fumigate our home on 7-21-2015, we had to leave our home for hours We were charged $plus $tax ORKIN was supposed to return on 7-29-to do a final steam treatment; which was rescheduled for 8-27-by ORKIN ORKIN never made the final visit Near the end of April we are infested with bed bugs again We feel we should get a partial or total refund

This is a complaint, an official complaintI had signed contract couple of months ago, and everything was fineUntil about a month agoMissed appointments, people answering the phone and then hanging up on meIt is October 22nd 1:17PMI was on the phone ONE MINUTE AGOAnd the woman I was on the phone with HUNG UP ON ME while I was expressing my displeasure and complaint with the service I have been providedI want a refund on my last payment and to break the contractI do NOT want to do anymore business with OrkinI have called on three separate occasions and have been hung up onI have scheduled appointments, where the time slot has come and gone, costing me work hoursSince I had to wait for someone who never even showed upAnd when I attempted to call that day no one even answeredThe service I have received has been unbelievable

I have used Orkin in the past when I first moved into my home in just for maintenance for years I called the company again recently because of the excellent service that I had thenIn November of I called for bed bug service that heated up all of my bedroomsI just called again to set up service to find out that it cost $just for them to look in my houseI didn't have a problem with the consultation fee but if the representative that had taken my call had any idea at all what the cost of services were or even a beginning cost of the service I needed I could have made a better decision for my needsIt's bad enough the issue returned and I had to throw away more furniture and clothing but if as a consumer I think if someone is answering calls for Orkin they should be better informedNow after my consultation for $95.00, I had to find out that because of the cost for one room $their was no way I

The Orkin service rep came to my home and performed services on 10/13/ He explained to me that I would be charged $and that I could call within a month to have them come out free of charge and if I ever needed them after that it would be $for each subsequent call I had the service guy return on November 10th which is in the month of service that should be covered by the $ I was charged $on November 22nd, a week after the service I have called *** in customer service and explained to her what was told to me, but they are not being considerate at all

Well they offer satisfaction gaurentee but refuse to refund me my money after I paid fdollars last week for bedbug treatment and they assured me they could take care of my problem witch they did not it took calls to get someone on the phone to tell me I'm pretty much out the money unless I wanna let them come back and doit for free but I'd rather have a full refund to seek a professional that can get the job done right the first time please help
