Orkin tech while doing an inside inspection went upstairs to check the rooms & into my attic(without my knowledge beforehand) & appears to have stepped on an a/c drip line breaking the seal & causing a resulting leak I discovered this leak into my MBR walk in closet & running into my dsg area & return air approx minutes after he leftI called Orkin & asked to speak to a manager & told the clerk what had happenedShe took my # & said someone would call meAll night I stopped the water from going unto my approx 15'x18' MBR carpet Knowing there were no water pipes just a/c equipment above the leak area, I put a call into my a/c man This was August 21st the day after the leak first appeared He came ASAP early that afternoon & verified that the seal on the drip line from the a/c equipment to the sewerage line/air vent was broken & leakingHe did his best to reseal it but due to the connections being wet he said I would need a plumber for a lasting fixThe active leak ap

I filed a complaint against the Cincinnati Orkin location back earlier this year, complaining that we were being billed for services not rendered, even though I had on multiple dates talked with "***"
in their office to have a service appt or have *** their branch manager call me I found out that *** does not relay my messages for service or the branch manager and instead falsely bills consumers for services not rendered
I talked with*** the past October and he offered not to bill us for the missed October service I after the fact confirmed this billing issue with "***" who is very combative and simply "mean" (we have used this service with Orkin for nearly years without incident until we had to begin dealing with "***")
I just talked with "***" today and got screamed at after I asked to speak with *** about getting billed for the October service he promised us we would not be charged Clearly "***" is not well managed and should not be involved in

My new customer spaperwork with personal information and full credit card information was lost by HomeTeam
HomeTeam Pest Defense is a proprietary pest system that built into my new Pulte homeI was not interested in their services upon move-in, but began service due to their persistent sales peopleAfter an initial mailing to my home I was also contacted on my personal cell phone and by email (without having provided them with my personal information)I began my service on 2/15/and signed service paperwork in my home with a technician going by the name of ***, but wearing a shirt that said ***One of the required sforms was payment information that include my full credit card number, expiration and CVVOn 3/23/I was contacted by HomeTeam that I had an outstanding balance on my accountI explained the technician took my payment information with him on 2/15, but was advised the paperwork was not in my fileI expressed my concern over my lost information

I called Orkin to eliminate rats in my homeThey came to my home and did some work to eliminate the pests,and told me there were would be a follow up visit within "a couple of days"In the meantime there are still rats in my house and they are multiplyingI hear and see rats in my home dailyI called on March to ask about follow up work and was told I would get a call, which hasn`t happenedAlso, the salesperson who was in my home asked me to sign my name on his phone which had a darkened screen so I couldn`t see what I was signingHe said that documents would be emailed to me but they have not been and I don`t know what I signedAdditionally I was told the charge would be dollars but the work done has not been worth nearly that much moneyOrkin has not performed the service agreed to and did not deal in good faith in asking me to sign something that I couldn`t verify and has not provided a level of service that is worth the amount they expect me to pay

After using Orkin Pest Control for 2+ years, I was forced to terminate their services I would schedule an appointment time and they would show up whenever they wanted and then would leave a bill for their services My main problem was and still is mice- basically in my basement and garageYesterday my car went in for routine service and a mouse and it's nest were found in my engine, resulting in a bill of $I honestly don't know exactly what I have been paying for all this time but it definitely was NOT pest controlI think they should pay me the $

I have use ORKIN as my pest control service for over yearsThey were here to perform an annual inspection on Apr 2017, they have not been back sinceI called in early October to find out when they were going to check the monitoring stations because some of the tops have come off or broken and one station was removed to facilitate the installation of a propane tank (it is still laying on top of the ground)Was told that they
had been here in SeptemberWhen they couldn't find a record of the visit and explain why they didn't reinstall the monitoring station on that visit if they were here, they said they would get some scheduled to check the stationsI have called three times and been given three dates for service

I hired Orkin because I had a lot of geckos outside my house and spiders in the atticWhen I called they explained the contract included fumigations per year, one every months

I had services done which cost me $for bed bugs my technicans name was *** and he had an assistant with him and I had everything pulled out as instructed and all wall hangings down and before he proceeded with the job I asked him did u need to take all things out of drawers and he said no so I allowed them to do the job not to mention that *** informed me that they didn't have the correct fittings for my bed and that they were on back order so some weeks after had rolled around and I heard nothing from them so I called in reference of the bed bug coverings and spoke to *** and she said they were in and that she will schedule for someone to bring them out irritated and I spoke with *** the manager and complained about the delay of the coverings and that I had not gotten a courtesy call and no-one has told me anything of when I will receive my merchandise and that I shouldn't have to do the leg work and I wasn't pleased so he apologized and told me the same thing as before t

A two is being generous to Orkin in Anderson We started service to get rid of german cockroaches and were told it would be a process The first guy that came out was excellent, he sprayed really well and we actually saw bugs die for several daysThe next month our original guy was scheduled on a week-end he wasn't even supposed to work When we called to inquire about it the manager begged him to come and spray for us which he didWe thought, ok this is great He came out the next time, never took the roach traps up and put new ones downThey were full of bugs, Our infestation is worse instead of better so the guy said the next month he would come out and fog our house because the infestation was worse, that would've been this past Wednesday Well nobody came and I called to inquire and was told that a girl came and sprayed the outside perimeter of the house in the drizzling rain mind you and she had encountered a dog bite earlier and had to leave to get treatment, they would see what they could do When I got home at pm someone else came to the house, he introduced himself as our new technician and he would be doing our service from now on, our old technician was now in OconeeOk well, he said he was sorry that he would be our technician from now onHe first told the story about the girl coming by to spray outside and she didn't know what to do on the inside of the house and she'd had a bad injury and had to leave to have it taken care of, then in the next breath he said he'd been by to spray and he wasn't sure what we needed done on the inside so he left contradicted his first story So after coming inside, he said that the fogging was additional and he didn't know what arrangements the other guy had made because he apparently didn't schedule it with anyone that he was very sorry and he or his supervisor would be at the house this Friday (today) at 10:am, he was going out to the truck and schedule it right then, he shook our hand and left Well you guessed it, no one ever showed upMy husband called me at 11:and said they're not here yet, so I told him to leave and I would call them The girl who answered then phone was told what was going on, she put me on hold and was gone for what seemed like forever, she came back and said she didn't know who was supposed to be here today At that point I told her to never mind I wanted to cancel all services with them and hung up Of course, no one had followed up and she didn't know who the technician was for my area This is a crock of crapOrkin used to be a top notch company but they are crap nowI will tell that to anyone that needs services

During the month of November and January I contacted Orkin Pest Control to come out to recheck and replace my bait station as I have grandchildren playing in the yard, as of this day they have not responded as promised
