Orkin is saying that I didnt make a payment for June pest control service They claim to have my signature of the service that was suppose to be done that month.If Orkin did a service in June why would they let me sign something without getting payment...OrkinThis is ...Also they claimed that I didn't pay for another bill ...but I produced the paper work that was given at the time of service.Then they said that I owed for the June payment ..They continue to call my cell phone daily after I told them dont contact me by phone

Back in Oct the week before Matthew hit My husband and I went to Charleston SC, while we were gone Orkin claims they came and done out side of property they threatened me if I didn't pay well I should have said something then but said fine I paid told them didn't anything else to do with a company who lies I can prove I was out of town, Well they just sent me a bill for seasonal service they were told I don't want them here they are not going to lie and cost me money I do not owe again I do not want their service but if I call they argue with me and threaten me

Being billed for services after account was cancelled They sent a tech out twiceWhen I started service I said I only wanted for one year as I would move Called cancelled, not recorded Called *** ***, **., said manager out in field multiple times and would call back, never did call to resolve issue Tech used to treat inside house and I would sign I was not living there so how did he do this? Also, I shut my phone down when I moved Orkin said they called to confirm, I closed my phone account, so this did not happen They have very poor customer service, unless they want to sign you up for contracts Now they are threatening my with collections It is unethical that this company gets away with billing people for services they cancelled and discussed from the start to have cancelled after one year

I originally called Orkin to come back and treat our house because the 1st time wasn't as effective as it should have been and the man who did the initial treatment advised us to call if we noticed anythingWhen I called to request another treatment I was told someone would call me back to schedule the visit and after waiting a week I called back to speak to a manager (this is the 2nd problem we have had; they never showed up to our house after scheduling our 1st visit and never called) I have now called times and am being told I can't cancel our service without talking to a manager and have requested one call me for weeks nowI'm very frustrated

in the Orkin Pest Control, ***, has misrepresented the company and services I contracted with them to get rid of my wasp problem They have treated twice and charged me #the first time and $the second time They have not tried to destroy the nest of wasp, they came in both times and spray a little something around the baseboard and left They did not even try to destroy the nests of wasp in the space between the ceiling and roof I have tried talking with four different people in the Orkin company to no avail The two ladies in the office,the salesman Jeff *** that promised to solve the problem, the Branch Manager *** and *** Office I have received the worst customer service in my entire life I want my money refunded, since they have not full filled their end of the contract I am a widow, and cancer survivor living on Social Security benefits and cannot afford to be cheated out of what little money I have Please h

I signed a contract with Orkin to remove the mice from my house, we continue to have if not moreA technician came last week to install two traps, which have nothing to catch

Received initial service and placement of bait stations
Bait station destroyed, and remained in that condition for several months, indicating no servicing was being done
I received an invoice for servicing during a month in which no servicing was done I had not seen a technician on the property in months, nor have I been contacted by one
I sent in written notification to cancel service and since they did not provide the service for which they were billing me, instructed them to void the balance for that reason
After that request, they returned to replace the damaged bait station and are now trying to collect for the month they did not provide service, as well as continuing service after I sent written notification to cancel This tells me everything I need to know about the people in this company
For the record their service has provided none of the benefit I had paid for, that-being a reduction

I requested that my services with Orkin be cancelled early this summer They ignored my request and now claim that they came to service my home, which they did not When I sent the last payment, I also wrote on the bill that I wanted my service cancelled They have been harassing me for monthsWhen I finally spoke with one of the managers, he told me that because I didnt request cancellation with a manager, that my request wasnt valid He said this was because they dont trust their employees to properly cancel service They keep calling me at least twice a week and they are now threatening to send me to collectionsI will not pay for a service that I cancelled and didnt authorize

Your techs are useless! They came to our home and service and charged us when we have notes on our service advising to CALL AHEAD and not to service unless someone is homeI then had my father come out from Renton to Orting 60+ miles away to wait for ORkin to come outThe female refused to go into the attack in the top story of outhouse to checkShe did not finish the spray service in the back yardI then called and spoke to a manager named *** who advised they would be at my house this past Saturday the 20th of feb between 8-I called at about and asked an ETA they advised that our appointment was 8-but the tech would not be available until 1pmUnacceptableif the tech scheduled for this Saturday does not do the job right you WILL loose our business and I have already stopped recommending you to my neighbors and co workers at this pointyou have terrible customer service and obviously do not have techs who are able to get the job done right

The day they performed service at my residence, I noticed they did the front and sides of the house, I left the lock on my back gate unlocked so they could access and treat the back yardThe lock was on the gate, but it was indeed unlockedI noticed that they never treated the rear of the houseI also notices that they stated they performed services that I know in fact were not completedI made eye contact with the technician while he was sitting in his truck, to see if he was planning to complete the servicesHe left without finishing the jobThe following day, they sent me a surveyI gave them a poor review and noted the reason why (above)***, the tech, stated he would come back when he was in the area to complete the jobThis never happenedI have recieved many emails and billing statements since then, and have called to discuss paying half of the bill since half of the job was completedThey were suppose

I called this company on 6/23/to request a quote on pest control servicesI was told I would pay $plus tax on a monthly basis per their conveinence billing planI thought this sounded very fair and enticing, therefore I signed up for serviceI was told in order to take part in the conveince billing however I would need to provide a debit/credit card which I had no problem withI noticed a charge on my account for $which at that time I then immediately called Orkin and questioned them aboutI advised the customer service representative of my situationI was then transferred to my local office I was told by Orkin that this was for the initial serviceI advised my local office that I was not told by one single person not even the technician that there was a intial service chargeFurthermore the way the billing is laid out the contract is extremely confusingI was under the sole impression that the only thing I would be responsible for is $plus tax monthlyOrk

Orkin is charging me for a service after they showed up on the wrong day
I have asked Orkin on many occasions only to schedule my services on Saturdays, since I work during the weekThey repeatedly ignored my request, and never even notified me of when my service appointments were - I would just get a phone call from my technician telling me he was outside my house, and he would just treat the outside of the home since no one was there to let him inThis problem became slightly better after I threatened to take my business elsewhere, and I would at least occasionally receive an email telling me when my appointments were (although they were still never on Saturdays, and I would have to call and reschedule every time) On February 23rd, 2018, I received an email notification that my service was scheduled for Wednesday, February 28thI immediately emailed back (my phone is missing and I have yet to save up enough money for a new one), and requested that my appointment be reschedule

I paid over 2,dollars for Termite removal in*** and still am flooded with termites They said that I did not call and complain about still having themI called the gentleman's number on the business card he gave meI called them several times and when they sent me the renewal notice I did not renew Now they are coming out of the walls and we called them and they refuse to do anything about them My husband is totally disabled and would eat them and they are coming out of the wall above his bed

I contacted Orkin pest control service over a year ago and they 'guaranteed? to solve the pest issues in our homeIts been over a year of them coming to fumigare and billing me and we are exactly the same with the roaches basically as if nothing had been doneIve Spent all this money and still have the same roach issue!! Im constantly calling to have them come back and refumigate and the guy comes is there for minutes and says job done and he leavesI'm sick and tired of always calling them back, paying them so much money and still not having the problem solvedI called a week ago and simply cancelled the serviceI have been ripped off and am back to square one now I have to hire another company to finish the jobIts ridiculous the guy always comes places these little boxes and leaves, feels like something I could be doing myself and save a ton of money!!

I was using pest control services on going for over a year, initially for ants but service included ants and other pests (prevention, etc)I discovered I had a mouse in my home, alerted tech he came to my home a few times, telling me he set poison and glue traps found two more mice on glue trapsI was not comfortable with mice getting in my houseIt was my understanding that he should have been looking for entry around my homeI told landscaper of my issue and he quickly found hole by my basement window, I cancelled my service with orkin and spoke w manager and requested he refund at minimum last payment made in OctoberHer agreed, a few months later I followed up again as no refund received he said he would send check (my credit card changed)To this date I have still not received a refundRequest was made in October of

I continue to receive bills for services when I have informed them I no longer own the house in *** *** In fact, I have not owned the house for over months Around the time of the sale, I informed ORKIN Pest Control I sold the house and to stop the services This took several phone calls and after a few months, the bills stopped I received a bill today showing I was days late when I NEVER even got the first bill and it has been months!

My complaint involves a lack of service....no show to appt., mimimal to no spraying for last visits which caused a return of silverfish, mice, beetlesI found a dead mouse the day before a scheduled visit and called the 1-# at am to ensure the tech was prepared for the 4pm visitHe showed on 6/10/and told me he was not notified and was very disrespectful in his response to me as if he could have cared less and told me he had no foam in his truck and wasnt prepared to look for mice and asked I make another appt'to plug up the holes' and stated he had to 'get to his granddaughter's soccer game'While in my basement he broke a large Asian vase, I heard a crash and heard him say, 'uh oh!' I went to basement and found the broken vase he told me he brokeHe told me he saw mice holes
No spraying was done on this visit either and as usual the technician ***

Repeatedly have tried to resolve issue with local Orkin branch Keep saying it will be taken care of
On 05/13/I received a knock at the door It was a couple of guys working for Orkin and they wanted to spray the inside and outside of my house I told them normally I take care of this myself, but that I would let them do it once I told them I do not want autopay, and it is stated that way on yellow copy I received
On 05/18/I was debited $for the service On 06/19/I received a bill for $ I called and said I did not need their services and I would take care of spraying my house I was billed because they wanted to keep coming every couple of months I received several more bills and I received a bill dating 08/21/saying I owed $ Called again and told them I wasn't responsible for this since I did not have services performed
Also received a FINAL DEMAND letter from the Rollins service bureau dated 10/13/for $ Cal

Orkin fails to do the job with sign a contract for them to do and wont call us back or respondThey have only come to our home once!
We hired Orkin in Sept of to come rid our house of roaches that has begun to infest us slowly from an apartment behind usTheir service tech shows up, sweaty, shirt half tucked in and has us sign a contract with Orkin assuring they will be here to do this job and will be here every monthWe pay the man the "77.00" cash they wanted to workHe then went through the house and put down sticky traps and "Advion"I can buy advion on amazon for $I paid Orkin because Advion isnt workingWhen they didnt show up the next month I contacted them and they told me they set me up for every other month visitsWhich is not what I was told on day one but whateverHere we are in December....Noone shows up, noone callsThe Roach problem has now grown out of controlWhat could have been a small problem is now destroying my $computer mother board an
