Had Bed Bug removal serviceafter last service September had final home inspection in OctoberOn last inspection tech found male bed Bughe said bug has not fed so we have nothing to worry aboutso we excepted that, which we shouldnot have (my mistake)
On 1-15-we called OrkinOrkin man arrived found bedroom invested with bed bugsTech agreed that infestion has been there since OctoberMy opinion that is with in there day warrantyAll they would give was a 15% discountAnother words Orkin has no faith in there product or service By the way still ant problem too

In July I called and made an appointment for Orkin Pest Control to come out on July to check and service my deck for carpenter ants, which they didThe bottom of my deck can be done from outside the home but the top of the deck can only be access from inside my homeThe bill was sign by me and a check was issued for $The next day I saw that the carpenter ants was still thereOrkin was called and someone came back out and saw that the ants were along a seam of the deck that was not treated the first timeThere was no charge because it should have been done the first time and the ants would not have been there the next dayAfter that service I never called Orkin againAround Dec/Jan I get a bill for $for service done on Oct Which I did call them to disputeI told them I didn't schedule a date, was not notified, didn't see them, they never enter my house to get to the deck and didn't sign a billNow I have a collection Agency calling me for

I have been a customer of Orkin for many years in three different homes I can't remember the exact date, even though I have kept all of my records and have a contract with Orkin on my present property When I first began my association with Orkin, my statement was $111.73.The bills have constantly through the years gone up until I question the honesty of the Orkin company and wish to lodge a complaint I have had just one incident of a termite damage, and the job was so shoddily done, that I had to have another carpenter come to repair the entire damage, even though I wrote a letter telling Orkin that I had found a termite in that area about years earlier, and they did nothing about it at all I had to show the letter that I wrote to them to prove that I had written them to complain about the termite FINALLY, they sent a very poor repair person to repair the damage, which I had to redo laterMY PRESENT BILL, WHICH HAS GONE UP YEAR AFTER YEAR AFTER YEAR IS NOW UP TO $252.46,

ON OCTOBER 4, ORKIN DID AN INSPECTION FOR A BED BUG INFESTATION ** COMPLETED IT BILLED FOR FIFTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS, ALL HAD TO BE PAID IN A LUMP THIS FEE INCLUDES ALL THE MATERIALS FOR SPRAYING, THE TWO BED ENCASEMENTS (ONE KING AND ONE SLEEP NUMBER/DOUBLE) AND THE LABOR FOR AS MANY TREATMENTS AS NECESSARY UNTIL DAYS PASS WITHOUT INCIDENT.ON OCTOBER 7TH, 1ST TREATMENT *** IS TECHNICIAN INFORMS HE DOES NOT HAVE THE SLEEP NUMBER ENCASEMENT....ON ORDER ALTHOUGH THE KING WAS PUT ON THE MATTRESS.ON THE 21ST, 2ND TREATMENT, STILL NO ENCASEMENT.ON THE 11TH OF NOVEMBER THE 3RD TREATMENT STILL NO ENCASEMENT THE BEDROOM WITH THE SLEEP NUMBER IS THE ONLY ROOM WHERE WE HAVE AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO THE BITES AND IT HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE SEPTEMBER THAT BED NEEDS THE ENCASEMENT A MONTH AGO!I ASKED THE TECHNICIAN TO INFORM OF THE COST OF THE SLEEP NUMBER ENCASEMENT AND HE REFUSED AND SAID HE COULD NOT.WE ATTEMPTED TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE CREDIT CARD AND THEY A

I have three different complaintsThe first was that Orkin came without notice about one to two weeks after we paid $for a flea treatment and the rest of the $dollar check went on a previous balance of $He sprayed and auto drafted money out of our account when we were not signed up for auto draftThe lady at the office said he was not supposed to do that but they did nothing about itThe second one is that they lost the $dollar check for the flea treatment which they charged for and we had a previous balance of that the rest of the check was supposed to go on and were going to turn us over to a collection agency when they lost the check themselves and we had to put a stop payment on it and send another oneThe third complaint is they just charged us $dollars in July for coming out and spraying for August and have yet to come sprayWe don't want them coming out to our house anymoreThey are dysfunctional to say the least

Trying to Cancel Service
After receiving a confirmation on an auto service I never signed up for (I had service when I initially bought my house but they apparently signed me up for a recurring program) I called this Orkin office to cancelThe woman gave me the run around and basically all but refused to cancelAfter minutes on the phone I told her I would just email my cancel request to her office via the email her office provided me previously ([email protected])I emailed a request to cancel all billing and services immediately

I understand that I paid double because of missed payment but it shows clearly from the bank statement Then, finally they send the final letter that I owed $

This complaint is specifically for the Harrisburg area Orkin Pest Control The matter is that back in September I signed up for a quarterly service plan to control the ants around our newly built home After they didn't show for the fist scheduled appointment, I had to call to find out the problem was that they had the wrong address in the system for our home So when that problem finally was corrected, we had our first service in September of Then I hadn't heard from anyone until January when I called for a second serviceThey apparently still had the wrong address and phone number on my account and showed up at the wrong house After that I still didn't get a call about scheduling the second service...I called a week later to find out that they STILL had the wrong phone number on the account The manager*** said that he was new to the branch to come fix some problems and he assured me that this time the problem was fixed After a few weeks I called AGAIN to find ou

A little over a year ago, I reached out to Trutech to trap for moles and voles in my yardI paid an initial $to start the trapping and would pay an additional $each month after thatMy initial startup was great as the tech was at my house 2-times a weekAfter about months however, I was assigned a new tech who only came to my house once every daysI expressed my concern to the tech both in person and over the phone that I wanted much more regular visits, as this is what I signed up for
