Well they offer satisfaction gaurentee but refuse to refund me my money after I paid fdollars last week for bedbug treatment and they assured me they could take care of my problem witch they did not it took calls to get someone on the phone to tell me I'm pretty much out the money unless I wanna let them come back and doit for free but I'd rather have a full refund to seek a professional that can get the job done right the first time please help Product_Or_Service: Bed bug treatment Order_Number: Rt#X Account_Number: ***

I cancelled service two months ago and am still receiving phone calls from this office saying to contact them "regarding my account"I paid my balance after last service over the summer, but still got another bill for future serviceI emailed, called, wrote to company through their website, and Twitter to make it clear that I no longer want the serviceI just want to be left alone

On October 4, I was informed by an orkins representative name [redacted] his phone # are XXX-XXX-XXXX cell XXX-XXX-XXXX), that it will cost $to exterminate my year old mother house located at West 50th street Chicago, Illinois for bed bugs On October 4, I gave [redacted] ***, Orkin's representative a deposit amount of $ Which left a balance of $ On October 13, I gave Orkin's exterminator $cash and $on a credit card for a total of $ which he took and was in the house for less than minutes He went out to his truck I was believing that he was going to get some equipment but he never return On numerous occasions I have called the orchid office which located at [redacted] west [redacted] th street Alsip, [redacted] and was told that the manager would call me back non of my calls have were returnedI have left numerous of messages I even contacted their corporate office and spoke with [redacted] who insured me that I will receiv

When we called to inquire about rates, [redacted] and [redacted] quoted us $for the first treatment and $per quarter thereafter...a total of $per year Then, when they came out, they increased the quote to $and requested our credit card information Shame on us for not catching the difference and shame on them for their dishonest and unethical practices We are now in the process of trying to cancel and get a refund, but after multiple emails, communication on their side has been scarce and ineffective Stay away from this terrible company! Orkin charged me for services they did not provide On April 25th I received a phone call from a technician from Orkin stating he was going to my house to apply a treatmentI informed him I was not at home and no longer desired to have these services done and I was cancelling my contractHe asked me my why and I told him I felt the services were no longer neededHe said ok, and minutes after that I received an invoice via emailNote my backyard was lockedOn April 27th I realized my credit card they had on file had been charged $I called Orkin and informed them they had charged me even though I had told the tech I did not want the services doneThey informed me I had to cancel with days notice,this is not what I was originally told when signing up( I was told I could cancel anytime) but I said ok to the girl who answered the phone ok please cancel my services, and she claimed she didOn May 2nd my husband was reviewing our home security system footag

I received a bill for "services" that were conducted without my consent I received invoice # [redacted] dated 3/30/on account # [redacted] with my name and address on it The bill said it was for service at my home, but no one had contacted me to request to come and perform services, or to get my permission to be on my premises Further, the month of March was predominately in the 30s in terms of weather, so I had no pest/insect problems that month, leading me to doubt that any services at all were rendered In any case, I received no notification or itemized list that any service was performed On or around April, I called the company to report these issues and request resolution, as well as to request to cancel my account I was told district the regional manager (Mr [redacted] ) was the only one who could handle my issue and that the contact policy for the company was hours I have heard from no one since, one week later

I dispute the validity of this debt for $dollars, I do not owe this debt I have sent complaints to Department of Consumer Affairs, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Office of the Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission and Revdex.com

A two is being generous to Orkin in Anderson We started service to get rid of german cockroaches and were told it would be a process The first guy that came out was excellent, he sprayed really well and we actually saw bugs die for several daysThe next month our original guy was scheduled on a week-end he wasn't even supposed to work When we called to inquire about it the manager begged him to come and spray for us which he didWe thought, ok this is great He came out the next time, never took the roach traps up and put new ones downThey were full of bugs, Our infestation is worse instead of better so the guy said the next month he would come out and fog our house because the infestation was worse, that would've been this past Wednesday Well nobody came and I called to inquire and was told that a girl came and sprayed the outside perimeter of the house in the drizzling rain mind you and she had encountered a dog bite earlier and had to leave to get treatment, they would see what they could do When I got home at pm someone else came to the house, he introduced himself as our new technician and he would be doing our service from now on, our old technician was now in OconeeOk well, he said he was sorry that he would be our technician from now onHe first told the story about the girl coming by to spray outside and she didn't know what to do on the inside of the house and she'd had a bad injury and had to leave to have it taken care of, then in the next breath he said he'd been by to spray and he wasn't sure what we needed done on the inside so he left contradicted his first story So after coming inside, he said that the fogging was additional and he didn't know what arrangements the other guy had made because he apparently didn't schedule it with anyone that he was very sorry and he or his supervisor would be at the house this Friday (today) at 10:am, he was going out to the truck and schedule it right then, he shook our hand and left Well you guessed it, no one ever showed upMy husband called me at 11:and said they're not here yet, so I told him to leave and I would call them The girl who answered then phone was told what was going on, she put me on hold and was gone for what seemed like forever, she came back and said she didn't know who was supposed to be here today At that point I told her to never mind I wanted to cancel all services with them and hung up Of course, no one had followed up and she didn't know who the technician was for my area This is a crock of crapOrkin used to be a top notch company but they are crap nowI will tell that to anyone that needs services

Installation of termite control was poorly done, management was called several times to correct and has not made an attempt to correct Termite control service was purchased early April and installation was attempted The installation was poorly done, cylinders crooked, not proper depth, several holes in lawn that were attempted but not finished I complained to the management and have not received proper management follto date Empty promises with no followup have been the result I plan to cancel the service because of this poor management followup

At least techs have treated ants but they keep returning since Aug Techs never fulfill my request to treat entire lawn & all entry pointsThe techs simply put bait wherever I find antsThen the ants just show up somewhere new the next timeMy last request was to speak with a manager and I never received the call back promised

Around April 13, 2018, I went to the Orkin Pest Control Office and talked to [redacted] , Service Manager, about a field mice problem in our backyardMr[redacted] told me that an inspector would contact meThe inspector, Mr [redacted] , came out to our house the same day, inspected the inside of the house and the garage, not the backyard, and said that he would send somebody to set traps in the backyard and the garageWhile mentioning this, he had me sign a number of blank IPod, or a similar device, screen without explaining what I was signing, including a permission for an continuing automatic monthly credit card chargeI never received a copy of any of the "documents" I signed on that blank screen An Orkin employee came out twice to set the trapsSince not knowing what I signed and what the contracts, I never saw, entailed, I want to cancel the undisclosed contracts with Orkin

We had a termite problem in our house about a month ago Orkin Pest Control resolved it and I signed up for insurance to make sure if the problem came up again, they would take care of it We had some insects show up in my children's bathroom and Orkin came out to inspect it - they took pictures and notes They promised that someone would be out to fix the problem, as they suspected that it was termites or flying ants Two weeks wen by with no follow up The insects returned today and I called Orkin customer service They gave me a very vague response and I still don't know if they will follow up The customer service representative gave me no guarantees and hung up before I could confirm a follow up Product_Or_Service: Orkin
