Business fails to follow up with me when they say they will in seven days I have called and spoke to the manager and the cooperate boss They have come out and since the beginning initial visit they knew the problem with roaches was a large infestation and they had to come out two or three days the first week or so then aparently just assumed I knew that monthly appointments would begin which is fine however everytime they have been here its been a different person for one and second of all they always say they will follow up in to days which would have been on the 7th approximately and have not done that thus farI told them before I understand maybe you cant come in the days but asked that they at least phone me to let me know of changed follow up dateI expressed this end of September with the Augusta Branch manager named [redacted] and he then sent his boss [redacted] out the next day and he was suppose to get back to me within days and I havent received one phone call or messa

Paid Orkin bill in the amount of $on Aug 10, 2016, on my Citibank card Orkin claims to have not received payment I sent proof of payment (Citibank statement) to Orkin, they still claim bill wasn't paid Now they have turned me over to collection, so we get hounded with phone calls insisting on paying a bill we have already proven payment for Product_Or_Service: Pest Control

Inadequate Termite inspection and pest control services Approximately years ago I contracted Orkin and signed a contract for overall pest control services to include leaf guards I requested Termite monitoring as a neighbor experienced termites in his homeI did not experience and an Orkin inspection was conducted with no signs of termites detectedTermite baits were installed around the house for prevention purposesA week later a swarm of termites entered the house Orkin came back and spray canned inside the wall where they seemed to be enteringNo further treatment was conducted Orkin continued to monitor throughout the year and contract was renewed with payment in advance An inspection was conducted in the SpringInspector stated there appeared to be a sign of activity in a baseboard but baits should resolveBaits have been checked with negative results sinceI am now selling my houseThe termite inspector found additional termite damage in minutes by tapping

I moved at the end of December from [redacted] to my current addressI called the Longwood office when I was moving to get a quote on a termite bond and pest control at my new locationThe rate was too highI told the lady on the phone that I would not accept that I am movingShe said "thank you for your business and good luck at your new home." I assumed that everything was canceled at that pointI received a bill a couple months later addressed to my new home for services at the old oneI called to inquire and the lady said that they would normally request the cancelation in writingI said that this didn't happen and that I wasn't going to pay for service at a home that I didn't liveShe advised that a manager would call meThat was a few months ago and I am still waiting on the call backI received another bill last month and responded with a letter to the Longwood officeI have not heard back on that letter eitherI just received anothe

I am a customer who receives monthly treatment by an Orkin technician for pest controlToday I made several attempts to contract the Orkin office that service Columbus, Ohio regarding problems with ants, and spidersThe two ladies that answered the telephone were rude and offensiveThey refuse to hear my concerns nor pass a message to the area managerI was basically told to live with the ants until my next treatment My agreement offers a come back visit should I have problems before my next scheduled service I am writing because that offer was denied to meI was told they would not honor the agreement as in the past When I asked to be in contact with the area manager, they said that that was not possible

We have a contract with Orkin that includes a service call every few monthsWith this, we are also afforded the right to have a technician come back out between service calls for additional treatmentsWe attempted for over a month to have a technician come out and had all of our phone calls ignoredWhen we finally did receive a call, we scheduled an appointment and then bad weather hitNo one made contact with us to cancel or reschedule after over weeksWhen I called and asked to speak to a manager, no one called me back in 24-business hoursI called a second time and finally someone called back about hours laterThey left a message and I returned their call the next business dayThen nothingI will be disputing their last charge with my bank but think Revdex.com should know about shady business practices where companies get business by promising ease around certain services that they simply don't deliver Account_Number: XXXXXXXX
