Did not show up for scheduled appointments I had orkin for inside flea treatmentsThe first initial visit did not take care of the issue so we had to have them come backI had every other month service for inside and out and I have pets so I could only do inside visits on Saturdays and I would have to be outside of the house with my pets for hours or so it is not an easy task to move out with pets for hours so I needed them to actually show up- times a technician did not show for scheduled appointments with a no show no call and then time a tech had to cancel before she was suppose to be there because of [redacted] poor scheduling- Huge inconvenience each time- I want my money back for the entire year I was with them

They sold us a treatment with a year warranty and there is no warranty it was a LIE On July 28, We had a free termite inspection by an Orkin Representative names Scott SmithThere were no termite problems at that time but he told us Orkin offered a time treatment to prevent Termite infestation that came with a year warranty and would be transferrable if we sold our home He noted based on the size and layout of our home the cost would be $ We were hesitant due to the cost but he told us it would be an added value if we ever sold our home because this warranty would transfer to the new owner We agreed and paid him by check He came back on 07-30-and performed the treatment I had to leave for work before it was complete but when he was done he had my husband sign a paper that he completed the treatment It is now and we are selling the home I contacted Orkin to let them know we were selling the home and we would need to transfer the warranty t

On April 21, [redacted] *came to inspect our home for a treatment for termites at the end of the inspection he provided my daugthter via email with a Treatment/Inspection ReportHe explained to me and my daughter [redacted] the cost and other things like my husband had to remove a piece of wood from the basement to be able to get in there, he also showed my daughter & I a video of termites and explained that this treatment really had to be doneA couple days later after speaking to my husband we then decided to go foward with the treatment My daughter [redacted] contacted [redacted] to set up the treatment appointment for May 05, On the day of the treatment Henry arrived to our home to start the treatment Later on in the day Henry was finished in less then about hours ( [redacted] had explained to us that this treatment would take hours) My daughter [redacted] then paid Henry the $1,Later on when my husband got home from work he began to inspect around the house to see what had be

My termite warranty on my new home was reaching expirationThe cost to renew was $I was contacted by a Home Team Representative to renew the warrantyI instructed this person to mail me the agreement and I would sign and send paymentBefore my payment or signed agreement was returned this company ran my credit card for $without consent(My card was on file due to quarterly pest control services I subscribe to) This is inexcusable and illegalIf I had not looked into an email receipt they sent I would have never caught it until I looked at my bank account and saw the $withdrawn from my bank account as well as another $once they processed my checkTurns out the Home Team Representative authorized running my credit card without a signed agreement and more importantly my consentI have canceled all services with this company

The company failed to keep scheduled service call,but instead came at a time I was not available ,and came on day when I told them I wouldn't be available.I requested cancellation of service following that but it was not honored .I don't think I should pay for a service when they knew I would not be available

I was a customer of Orkin in 2013/ Each time the serviceman would come to my home, I had to sign a paper agreeing to the service and I wrote him a check on the spot I just received a bill in the mail from March of for $ I called today and spoke with [redacted] who was extremely rude and unprofessional She claimed to have taken over accounts payable in August, which was months agoShe sent me the contact logs as well as all work orders, none of which contain my physical signature All work orders however, show payment received on the date of service There is no proof that the technician was at my home that day (just their work order claiming he was here at my home)

Have been a client or Orkin for years, in that Orkin sprays my property times per year against bugs, pests, etcThe Orkin rep usually calls ahead of time and leaves a mssg on my voicemailHe then comes at the announced date and goes about his business, usually without me being presentIn June 2017, the Orkin rep also left voicemails once he got to the property, saying that as I was not there, he would not be sprayingOnce I heard the mssg I contacted by phone the Monroe office - explained to the rep that for years they had been spraying the property without me being presentThe rep explained the field rep was new and wasn't aware of this so he preferred not to sprayOrkin subsequently sent somebody, issued another invoive which I promptly paidOrkin has this terrible policy of issueing invoices BEFORE performing service - is this even legal? - so the invoice for June has remained unpaidAnd I have since then been harassed by phone and mail from both Orkin and Rollins, a sist

During the annual inspection not all of our bait stations were inspected We have tried for weeks to get the inspection re-done to no avail I am filing a complaint against the Midland/Odessa, TX branch of Orkin We have been an Orkin customer for several years utilizing the Sentry Continuous Protection Baiting Plan Until this year, we have been happy with the service provided, however this year has been a complete failure and Orkin has made no attempt to correct the breach of contract On March 7, 2017, [redacted] from the Odessa office was at our home for the annual service inspection The inspection report shows that he arrived at 10:and departed at 10:35, a lapse of minutes, but at least minutes of that time, possibly more, was spent visiting with my wife about the inspection, leaving only minutes or less to do the inspection Compared to the amount of time spent in previous years, minutes was suspiciously short as previous inspections had been more

I have used Orkin Pest Control for over years Of late, I have had recurrent visits to treat silverfish in my home without satisfaction Upon cancelling future services I requested reimbursement of the last payment of $ I was told I would receive a check as the charges were from June It is now September and I have not received this check despite calls to Orkin I was told this would be looked into and I would receive a call back which never came

I continue to receive bills for services when I have informed them I no longer own the house in [redacted] In fact, I have not owned the house for over months Around the time of the sale, I informed ORKIN Pest Control I sold the house and to stop the services This took several phone calls and after a few months, the bills stopped I received a bill today showing I was days late when I NEVER even got the first bill and it has been months! The Orkin Inspector Came and inspected the house and and property. he found mostly subterranean termites below the house. He found a few dry wood termites in the chimney. On in the separate garage he found dry wood termites. He said we need to tent the garage and suggested to tent the house also. He was mostly concerned about the price and pay attention to the total inspection. He did not pay total attention to the property and part of the garage inspection was missed. The East wall bordering the neighbor had a small concrete border and in that area of the garage has a lot of dry wood termites. The garage was not treated because of interference of the neighbor dogs. The Orkin man did not explain to me about the problem.
