We had our house treated for subterranean termites by Orkin back around the end of April first of May and was told they would inspect our house after days before the July 29, I called the sales representative around the in of June to say we would be out of town July 6-13, that we would like to set up a time upon our return for the inspectionHe said no problem he would contact us to scheduleNever heard from him I called the main office in Hallendale, FL and explained we were waiting for a call for the final inspection and the person I spoke said she wasn't aware of this policy This was the main reason we choose them because the guaranteed if we still had termites they would retreat before we made the final payment She claimed to put a service call in for this and still never heard from anyone They set my husband up for financing and we wanted to pay in full instead to only be told that they could not provide a statement for the services and we had to call

I would like my account balance to be cleared out and removed from collections if not obtain a refund for lack of service I have been doing business with this company for many years I have general pest control as well as termite service with them While working in my back yard I noticed several of my termite bait stations had lids loose or missing I called the company and advised them of this although my service had recently been done They said they would send someone out A few weeks later I was again working in my back yard and noticed ants walking through cracks into my house I went to get my own insect killer and sprayed it on the area to keep the ants out (again my pest service had also been recently completed) It was at that moment I went and checked the bait stations that I had complained about before which were still not repaired and I decided exactly what am I paying this company for I have ants walking into my house, mice running around and bait stations for t

I paid to start a service I never got The Tech called me in the morning on the first day he was coming, to let me know he was all set with a fully stocked truck and was coming The Tech was very courteous and professional The local manager stopped him and wouldn't let him come The service never got started The local manager puts words in people's mouth's that they didn't say That's unethical He blocked my house from getting protected He didn't want to use the supplies Product_Or_Service: Mice service

On 9-23-we received correspondence from [redacted] Associates to settle a billing claim in the amount of $to the Rollins Co We where offered a settlement amount in $in which we agreed to pay Since paying this amount we have not received any other information or correspondence from Rollins Coor any other collection agency On 1-26-we received a letter from [redacted] Incasking us to pay a past due balance of $ We contacted [redacted] regarding this matter and was told that no settlement has been paid, and they demanded that we pay this $amount

Was sent a bill of $230 from Orkin, Inc. Called and asked if I could make payments. Told I could make 4, so I made the first payment 11/22/2017. My renewal date was November 11, 2017. Received a letter asking for the ENTIRE bill on 12/11/2017. Called back and was told ALL PAYMENTS HAD TO BE SENT IN BY END OF DECEMBER 2017. That is not a payment plan! Instead of having a year to pay the balance, I have less than 20 days! This is UNFAIR!

This is a complaint, an official complaintI had signed contract couple of months ago, and everything was fineUntil about a month agoMissed appointments, people answering the phone and then hanging up on meIt is October 22nd 1:17PMI was on the phone ONE MINUTE AGOAnd the woman I was on the phone with HUNG UP ON ME while I was expressing my displeasure and complaint with the service I have been providedI want a refund on my last payment and to break the contractI do NOT want to do anymore business with OrkinI have called on three separate occasions and have been hung up onI have scheduled appointments, where the time slot has come and gone, costing me work hoursSince I had to wait for someone who never even showed upAnd when I attempted to call that day no one even answeredThe service I have received has been unbelievable

I paid over $to have the holes in my attic sealed because of a critter issue during the winter Also, to get it sanitized from where the critter had urinated in the attic Also, old insulation was removed and new insulation was put in The problem is the critter is still in my attic and causing damage, urinating in the attic I have a four year old son who has breathing issues and use a nebulizer machine

ORKIN was at our home for a problem with bed bugs on 7-14- They came to fumigate our home on 7-21-2015, we had to leave our home for hours We were charged $plus $tax ORKIN was supposed to return on 7-29-to do a final steam treatment; which was rescheduled for 8-27-by ORKIN ORKIN never made the final visit Near the end of April we are infested with bed bugs again We feel we should get a partial or total refund Product_Or_Service: Pest extermination Order_Number: [redacted]

I hired Orkin to take care of a gnat problem years ago and have continued the service until this August Occaionally I would call them after a treatment when the gnats still persisted and they would come back at no charge This year in August I called them as the problem wasn't solved and they came and resprayed This time they charged me for the recall I called them about it and during the conversation they told me they don't take care of gnats and that I was getting Mosquito service I just assumed that the gnats were covered in that service Whenever I spoke to them or one of their service people I always mentioned the gnats, in fact they would be swarmed by them when they came to spray They were to credit the charge and I canceled the service In September, I came home to find an Orkin employee spraying - I told him I had canceled the service and he left I then received a bill for that treatment and the recall from August had not be creditedOn 9/I spoke to [redacted]

I cancelled my service YEARS agoThe company continued to bill me via auto-charge to my credit card for MONTHSI worked with my credit card company to dispute the charges and for my card company to decline any future chargesMy credit card company (Chase) investigated the situation and in fact refunded me the charges and began declining subsequent charge requestsNow Orkin is sending me paper invoices, while not even providing servicesAn orkin truck has not been sent to my house for YEARS, however they are still sending me invoices as if they are still providing me a serviceThis is illegal/fraudulent Product_Or_Service: Pest Control Account_Number: XXXXXXXX

Jan8, Came home to find a bill for a service call I was not told they would be visiting and was not home In an email, Orkin said they performed an exterior inspections of the foundation The foundation was snow covered at the time and there were not an footprints around the house I refused to pay for the 'service' After speaking with the national call center regarding this, the local office called me and left a message to disregard the charge.I rescheduled service for Feb19, Stayed home from work and no one showed up At this point, I cancelled my association with Orkin (talked to national call center again).On Feblocal Orkin left a message indicating they would visit the following day I emailed local Orkin and was assured the call had been in error and my account was inactivated.May 9, I received another message from local Orkin that they would visit my home on May 10, and that I still had an outstanding balance from Jan of $93.95.I emailed t

I continue to be harassed by Orkin & they have failed to stop regardless of the fact that I have contacted them on several occasions to stop contacting me.My complaint is specific to harassment, unfair & deceptive practice & failure to process my request timely, accurately & honestly.In August 2017,I called their main headquarters for service.I had specifically told them I was only interested in killing the fleas in my home.I clearly indicated many times that I had no other pests aside from waterbugs (due to the rainy period).And that no other type of remediation was needed except for fleas.After spending more than min on the phone asking questions and them re-confirming that the service they would provide was for fleas they quoted me a price.The day the Orkin guy came, 8/26/17, he told me that the quote provided was incorrect and the true price for flea remediation was at least double what was quotedBased on the discussion, they have been doing this to several others.They purpose

I have sent letters to the company CEO in addition I met with the CSR Manager, who stated I would be contacted but I have not heard back I have a service report that was signed by me for work that was NOT done but was charged for work that was done by True Tech in the amount of $for rodent services as I was not sure if it was a mouse or squirrel It turns out that I found out that True Tech is owned and operated by the parent company of Rollins/Orkin The True Tech Representative told me I needed a pest control company to handle the mouse that may be present in the attic and he was there to address the apparent squirrel They are both rodents and should have been handled as such RODENTS I told True Tech that I should not need a pest control company as I called them to address the squirrel and/or mouse A day later, there was an Orkin guy, [redacted] (salesperson) parked outside my home I told him I did not call Orkin and he said he was in the area DECEPTION is not tole
