technician came to my home to treat for pests and while under my kitchen sink dislodged the plumbing to both of the sinks which caused my cabinet to warpI contacted the company and a representative came to my home and said he would investigate with the technician and call me back that eveningAfter several days of no contact, I contacted the company and RJ called me back and stated that they were not responsible for the damage to my cabinetI pleaded with them to do the right thing and repair the damage caused by their technician but they refusedHe stated the technician report showed the condition of the cabinet under the sink as "dry" (which it was until water damaged from pipes being dislodged)He did offer to cancel the contract for future pest control Product_Or_Service: kitchen cabinet

After years as a satisfied customer Orkin has canceled my service contract They claim it was for lack of payment after sending out notices I never received one, let alone bills but have no way to prove How does one prove that something was mailed to you times?

I signed contract with Orkin Pest , [redacted] -$for mos service-they came approx times -put out roach motels and a little dab of something on a few cabinets-I had roaches-I told them many times I still had roaches, they told me they control the bugs-I wanted them dead, gone-anyway they deducted $ from my account in months and would return nothingI now have more roaches I told them they were not welcome to come back into my house after seeing bugs crawling all over within a week-I have bugs now and must pay another pest serviceI got nothing from OrkinThey refused to return any of my money even though they took more than contract and was only here month- Product_Or_Service: pest control Account_Number: XXXXXXX

Orkin was scheduled to come and treat my apartment on 3/10/and never showed upThe appointment ranged from times between 9am and 5pm which forced me to stay home and cancel all of my daily plansThey did not call to reschedule nor did they call to say that they couldn't make itThey also tried to charge me for the most expensive treatment without discussion treatment options until I complained about the price

On [redacted] came to my residence to inspect an infestation for volesI paid for the infestation to be removedI also signed an month maintenance agreement for 79monthI was told that the maintenance would NOT begin until the initial infestation was goneWhen no one returned to my property in a month I contacted [redacted] via text on He stated he would be to my property by the end of the week; however he never returnedI contacted him again via text on 61; again I was told that he would return the beginning of the following weekHe never returnedOn Colby an employee from another state came to my house to perform a monthly maintenanceI called the company spoke with [redacted] who stated that they were having staffing problems but had a full time person newly hired and they would eradicate the initial infestation as promisedSince then no one has returned and I still have a rodent problem in my yardI contacted the company on and was told by [redacted] that my message

Service and billing to change from monthly to quarterly - change initially approved over phone by Orkin In June of this year we contacted Orkin to change our service from monthly to quarterly They initially agreed over the phone, but Orkin continues to bill us monthly After numerous phone calls, not being able to get beyond the secretary to speak to someone, and though promised a service representative would call us back, we get no response to our efforts to clear this matter Furthermore the secretary, who gave her name as [redacted] claims there are no records of our previous calls Help!!! 2nd time, this year, Permatreat has billed me for services I did not request or consent toI don't know what to do, or how to get them to stop! I received a bill in the mail for $97.00, with letter dated 12/13/17, stating that a service was rendered and that my account is now days past due The invoice is dated 10/16/17, #XXXXXXX, and shows an Order#XXXXXXX I did not place this order, nor did I request any service at my home This is the 2nd time they have done this, this yearLast time was in April, and I thought after several discussions with the billing person, and a report to the Revdex.com, I would not be dealing with this againI told them, at that time, not to come again, unless I specifically called to request service, and make arrangements for them to comeI'm not sure what to do, nextHow can I get them to stop? On Tuesday, April 5th, I called the Maryland (Halethorpe/Hanover) office of Orkin Pest Control to question the appropriateness of an invoice I had received The invoice in the amount of $is for services delivered on 3/4/ I told the customer service representative that I had an existing contract with Western Pest (# [redacted] ) with a renewal date of 3/15/ Since that contract was still in effect on the service date, it should cover the services on the invoice I also told the customer service representative that I wanted my Orkin account (# [redacted] ) closed as I found their service unsatisfactory I was told I would receive a follcall When a follcall did not materialize, I wrote a letter to the branch manager on April 9th outlining my concerns I received a follcall on April 18th from a customer service representative She stated that, since I paid for my annual contract in January, it had expired in January I pointed out that I paid the invoice wh

Our appointment was cancelled last minute without a reschedule and we were charged for the appointment We were charged for service that was not providedWe are being charged for a service that isn't workingWe are unable to reach anyone or receive a return call from the office

I was provided an unsatisfactory service and was told it was done incorrectlyI pointed out the flaws and was lied to numerous times and it took me talking to the EPA to actually get anything doneOnce I pointed out that they performed the service wrong and showed the label sent to me by the EPA the mood changed and finally got them to do the service over in areasI was told that the product did not need to be trenched along my house and they even admitted that in most houses they treat for termites, they don't trenchThe label for Termidor SC specifically says that the applicator MUST trench or trench and rodThe product CANNOT only be trenched and it is actually illegal to go against the label, this coming straight from the EPAI just got my bill in the mail for the treatment and surprise surprise, they still want to charge me the full for the service when I had to take off work to babysit them to do the service over because THEIR employees couldn't do it correctly Produ

We received an invoice from Orkin for the annual termite inspection The invoice was paid on Sept7, No one from Orkin attempted to contact me to arrange a time for the service After a two or three weeks I contacted Orkin and they schedule an inspection for October and treatment for October A couple of days later I received a call from a local representative from Orkin stating that we needed to schedule the inspection We settled on October 20th for the inspection and any necessary treatment Orkin personnel failed to appear on either October or October

My complaint involves no show, lack and incomplete of servicesMy service started with ORKIN on September 23, I explained to the customer services representative the day I scheduled service with ORKIN that I had problems with rats and I needed the service man to take a look in the atticOn September 23, 2016, service rep [redacted] Rt#XXX-XX, License#SPXXXXX came to my house to do an inspection and first month services On this day he did not have a ladder and did not go into the attic and inspect as I had requested He only set traps in the kitchen area and called it a dayI explained to him I needed him to look in the attic because I heard sounds as though rats were up thereHe said he didn?t have a ladder and he would come back on the following week on Tuesday, September 23, with the ladder to look in the attic He did not show up Tuesday and did not callI tried to call him and he did not answer his phone I called the main number for ORKIN and explained t

Orkin treated our property without our permission and continue to insist on collecting for the treatment Account P-R-XXXXXXXX-XXXXX Orkin did not get our permission to come onto our property and treat it with pesticides, but they came onto it anyways and proceeded to treat and bill and insist on collecting

I have a contract with orkin since for termites, they placed termite baits around the whole house and every tree in my yard , yesterday I noticed the fig tree had been blown over from the storm, I started to cut it down when I noticed termites in the branches, I called Orkin to come stray the tree or the area where the tree is, they told me they could not stray the tree because only the house is coveredIf only the house is covered why did they put termite baits around every treeThey want to charge me to stray the tree Product_Or_Service: Orkin termite control Account_Number: [redacted]

Back in Oct the week before Matthew hit My husband and I went to Charleston SC, while we were gone Orkin claims they came and done out side of property they threatened me if I didn't pay well I should have said something then but said fine I paid told them didn't anything else to do with a company who lies I can prove I was out of town, Well they just sent me a bill for seasonal service they were told I don't want them here they are not going to lie and cost me money I do not owe again I do not want their service but if I call they argue with me and threaten me Product_Or_Service: Pest Account_Number: [redacted]

One of the reasons why my husband and I picked Orkin pest control is because they seemed flexible with times they could come to my home and sprayMy husband is in the Army and I work full timeI did not have an issue before they switched the person who would come out and spray for usThe individual who we had ( [redacted] ) did a fantastic job calling me before he came out to my homeHe would call me and I would meet him at my homeIt worked well until he( [redacted] )left the companyI was given a new person [redacted] who would come out and sprayI asked him to call me before heading to the house so I could meet him there and he can spray insideWell I was never called and he came out and sprayed the outside of the home (supposedly)Orkin tried to schedule another time to come out and I was ok with that with the understanding that I needed to be called so I could meet him and let him insideI never got a call, they came by and I wasn't homeThen I got a phone message that they could com

Service was canceled as I had changed to another firm Service was not done, but Orkin continues to bill me for work not done I spoke with their receptionist to cancel service and cease any future services That was about a week prior to 5/service date Service technician called on 5/to confirm service for the following day--I told him not to come as I had canceled Orkin and changed providers I called Orkin again when I received a past due invoice for 5/service WHICH WAS NOT DONE Three phone calls have occurred, yet Orkin continues to bill me
