they came to my house times...and out of those times they did nothing to getting rid of carpenter ants...I ask for my money back all I got was I hired a local company and they did get rid of the ants..he came out over weeks ago and carpenter ants are very active during the heat...well there were no more ants I feel he did the job and orkin charged me times more then this fellow..they dont have the science like they say

I purchased a termite package in from Home Team The problem was taken care of and paying a $annual maintenance fee We paid the annual fee and all was fine This year I received a bill for $for the annual renewal feeThis is more than doubleI was told that our fees were grandfathered to the $I spoke with a billing rep who thought that my account should not have been placed with the $rate He was going to confirm with his managerI tried to call three times with no answer or responseFinally, [redacted] called me today and he said that the new fee was the current rate but he could offer $for the next years and then the fee would be raised I told him that I was suppose to be locked into the $fee He said no and then thanked me for my business and basically the call ended at that point

We had a great service man and then they changed it to someone who did not know the job!! We called and asked to gets someone better and told them we were not going to pay for the horrible service we did receiveNo responseThey changed guys but kept sending billsI kept calling!!! and Calling!! and Calling!! no response back! I paid for my annual termite coverage in June Home team was supposed to call and schedule an appointment to do the termite inspection I have not heard from them since they willingly took my money This is the second time this has happened I would not recommend this company to anyone and regret this is who my home builder decided to do business with

Rodent infestation ( rat or mouse) in my home despite having Orkin for the past years I have had orkin since Dec 2012, originally hired them when I purchased my homeThey would come and do pest services, including spraying for bugs every quarter About year ago, I would hear a scratching noise in a old floor furnace that was no longer utilized, I thought there may be a rodent living in it, called them out, they set trap, caught the mouse and suggested I have the floor furnace removed and that was it They never made any additional recommendationsI hired a handyman to replace some of the crawl space screens because I thought that was likely the location they had come in, there were also some cable wires extending from under the house through vents he sprayed a foam sealant and I thought all was well Towards the beginning of this year, I noticed some of the crawl space vents again had holes, I called Orkin back, had them put traps under the house and went with a different c

Cancelled my service after months, in January of A once a month service call for pest control The company had been collecting $99/mo+ tax via credit card on file Upon cancellation, was advised that there was a $service fee/penalty All of which I agreed to pay I was never notified by the company again, nor did I receive a billI was under the impression that the remaining balance would be taken off my credit card on fileIn July 2016, I received a letter from a collection agency, stating that I owed $to [redacted] Pest Control On 8/15/I contacted the company and they were unable to answer how I was not notified of a balance, why it was not taken from my credit card or why I was never contacted via mail, email, cellphone or land line? This company does not provide the service that they advertise and they are only interested in getting you to commit to a long term payment contractThey visited my home for pest services, particularly Blake snakes that were slipping into the basement through cracks near the pipesAfter charging an excessive $to add chicken wire ove the sump pump, the problem still existedThey then promised to come out and fill the cracks with a sealant (which never happened) and when the contract was finally up, they continued to visit my home and bill me for their services, although I asked them to discontinue their visits on more than one occasion via phone

Permatreat was contracted to 'refresh' my attic with new insulation In the contract they included installing boards in a small area for storage After the initial insulation work it took months, many calls from me, and multiple cancellations or missed appointments by them before they came back to finish the attic install of 'flooring' I had also sent them pictures of damage done to my drywall by the crew When they left from installing the boards and I asked about the wall and the warranty paperwork I was supposed to receive I was yet again told that it I had to talk to someone else (the branch manager who was actually supposed to be there but wasn't) I had already talked to that person and others, but I never received any response about the wall damage and I never received my warranty information I made it clear to the inspector at my house that I would not keep chasing them but would contact a third party if I didn't hear from them Product_Or_Service: attic refresh

I had a year agreement with this companyI never renewed this agreement after the year expired because the cost was to highOn October 26th they came to my house when I was not home and sprayed pesticides around my house without my permission They leave a bill for $around my door knob for this service Which I did not want doneI called the company about this and was told I owe this bill for service Account_Number: [redacted]

from the first day of the contract I told the company that I was only interested in having the inside of the building treated and that I would need to be contacted a week before the treatment was to be applied so I could set up a time with the tenants and so I could let the person in this never happened they would call the day before or two days before I had to call time and time again to change the service date told the company that the service was to be cancelled that I was not happy with the service I called , sent email went on the companys website to say that I cancelled the service the company keeps sending me email that they will be out to service the building I call and they tell me that the service is cancelled but they send me a report that the building was serviced I will NOT pay for any bill from Orkin I will not pay for service that was cancelled now or in the futureWas not happy with the product also they left ugly stains all along the wood work dark brown booger

My complaint is fold Th first person who came was goodafter my encounter with him I entered a contract thinking I would have the same superior serviceI was wrong The technician assigned to me was inept and as not at all thorough He did not adequately handle our problem Even after calling back I continued to see problems The advertising claims were he admitted it I was extremely disappointed I feel like I have been ripped off Product_Or_Service: exterminating
