I received Orkin services on Thursday 08-11-and was not satisfied the young lady who I spoke with told me if I was not satisfied they will come back or return my money so I called them back the same night I was told by a operator they was close but I called even later Wednesday night so she said she would forward my message to the office so someone could return my call Friday but they never did so I called them again Friday the lady I spoke with was very nasty she told me the earliest someone can come out will be Monday so I told her that not what the guaranteed stated so I ask to speak with a manager he was not helpful either he tried to tell me something about a cancellation I had back in I tried to tell him I'm not aware of that I'm calling in regards of uncompleted services on Thursday he said he understood and he will call me back he had another customer service person to call back not him telling me it was me and they was not coming back out so I'm asking her how can they

I requested Orkin services due to the fact that I had bugs in my home. In March 2016, I contacted the Orkin rep and asked that he contact me prior to performing the services so that I could be present to let him in my house. That has not happened. A representative has been coming spraying around my home. That is not why I requested services. I have contacted Orkin in Huntsville at least 5 times in the last 2 months since I kept getting bills and services were not being performed. I talked to a representative back in September and she stated that she would have the manager contact me back. That has not happened. Since then, I have called at 4 more times and I can only leave a message. Yet, I get threatening letters from Orkin. Yesterday, I received another bill for services in Nov. And, mind you today is only 01 November. I told the representative back in September that I wanted to cancel the services but have not even heard back from the manager. I am not going to pay for

Orkin sales representative misrepresented the several contracts I signed I did not know that "pest" does not cover all that I consider "pests." I initially contacted Orkin due to a bed bug problem and during this exceedingly stressful time ended up signing a contract for this service and also one for monthly "pest" control services I did not realize what I had done until I realized that I was paying for the bed bug (pest!)service via coupons but also for monthly "pest" control via my VISA cardAnd then termite control I have paid off the termite (pest!)service and am paying for the monthly "pest" control service via the VISA card I refuse to pay any more to a company that takes advantage of an and 91-year old couple The sales approach was confusing and unfair A pest is a pest is a pest...per Webster: a plant or animal detrimental to humans They don't divide "pest" between bed bugs, termites, cockroaches, ants, etc

According to the website, if you are not satisfied with the service within the day period of initial treatment, they offer a money back guarentee I paid the $fee to treat for wasps and mice which I am allergic to (wasp stings) The tech came out and sprayed the house with a chemical solution that was supposed to last for a long period of time (he claimed months minimum) The next day I am stung with a wasp in the same area he had sprayed The solution used did nothing, so I had the tech come back out to retreat He doused the house exterior with more spray A few days go by, and nothing improves, we still have massive amounts of wasps near the entry ways, stinging as you enter or leave the house This service was insufficient and as a result I need to hire a different company to take care of this problem I contacted the local office today to ask for a refund, but they are claiming I now need to have a recurring plan in order to qualify If you look at the company we

When we cancelled the service, they said they would refund the last two months. This never occurred and we have not heard from them. We had their service to treat a mouse infestation. This started approximately back in November 2015 until early summer of 2016. There was no consistency with the staff that came to our house and all they did was re-set traps without finding the true source of the problem to eliminate it. My husband cancelled the service and he was told they would refund the last two months of service. This never occurred because they claimed someone came to the house and sprayed the perimeter for routine bug spraying. There was also no evidence this occurred, as a note or invoice was not left. In February of 2015 I had called Orkin to take care of a case of bed bugs. The inspector came out and handled everything including getting us set up for financing. We paid a bank that worked with Orkin. I believe it was the second week of August of this year that my mother-in-law had gotten the bed bugs and we adviced her to call Orkin because we had used them and their service was fantastic. They told her that they didnt do financing anymore. They also charged her more than what we had paid only a year ago. Now I understand that rates go up. They didnt even give her any mattress covers which we had gotten the day they strayed my house. They told her that she only gets one mattress cover but he had seen the bugs in every room. He told her that she would have to pay $100.00 for any extra covers but they would give her one. Not understanding why this would happen, I just let it go.
