I ended a service contract with this company and thy performed their final service the same dayI asked when I cancelled if I would incur any further charges because my reason for cancelling was financial concernsThey told me that I would not incur further cost because my monthly installments had been paid up to dateI then received a billing statement indicating I owe them $for the final serviceI've tried calling to speak to a service manager and to corporate who sends me back to the field officeThey have not returned my call regarding the situation in months but continue to call to ask when I'm going to pay themI feel this charge is erroneous and they will not drop itI was told there would be no further charge and I explained to them that I would not have authorized a final service of it meant another cost would be incurred Product_Or_Service: Pest control Account_Number: [redacted]

We hired Orkin Octto solve a mice problem in our homeThey set traps around but did not look for any areas where the mice were getting inThe next day there were new droppings in all target areas, but no mice were caughtI called for a refund the next day wn the day right of rescission and have not received it as of today, NovInstead of giving me the refund, two weeks later a message was left on my phone to call the companyNo other contact was madeNo refund was madeI did not want to make any further contact w themI simply wanted a refundI called the office today and had to call three times to speak with anyone who would helpFinally I spoke w someone who hassled me so much, including laughing at my frustration, but said I would be given a refundSomeone needs to lose their job over this Product_Or_Service: mice extermination

This location has completely unreliable serviceThey have on several occasions not shown up to a service appointment They are irresponsible, and weekend communication with the technician is non existentYou are left hanging if someone will show up for your service, and you cannot speak with the office until MondayThis is POOR AND UNACCEPTABLE They also price gauge and prey on customers' vulnerability and need to have the service performed Product_Or_Service: Bed bug spraying

Orkin came out to our house Thursday 3/16/to spray for pests and insects, the guy that came had ran out of spray and did not have enough to finish the job but asked if he could use our water, he filled up his sprayer bottle with plain water and did not fill it up with anymore chemicals and continued to spray the houseI have called Orkin and said that we wanted a refund because we are still within our days and I can't trust if they are using chemicals and they said they couldn't do that

last week I called the Orkin office and asked [redacted] to have [redacted] call me about the issues we have had with their service and incorrect billing issues This has occurred many times this year with this Orkin branch and I left messages also with [redacted] several times this past summer and our Orkin rep told us she never contacted him with our issues It appears that [redacted] and other office personnel try to prevent communication between the office mgr the Orkin reps and their customers We have another bill this month that is incorrect and need to talk to a manager that can assist us with our situation

Worst off than before Orkin came to my home $1,dollars later for a bed bug problem My comment is that my husband and I spent 1,for your services to rid our home of a bed bug problem and to my regret and horror and dissapointment we still have the problem and if not worse than before I am so sorry to say that I would not recommend Orkin to my worst enemy I am so sad that a company of your status that has been around for so many years would do something to people today and leave them worst off than they were before they handed over $1,of their social security money to you and got no results If it were not for being so ashame of this problem I would stand up in my church and tell the whole congregation what you did to usMy home is not dirty or cluttered so these bed bugs must have been brought in by someone and we are not able to get rid of them but went to you in good faith but instead got burned Very disappointed

I hired Orkin in October and paid them over $They sent an "inspector" out to my house because we were being bitten by something and they would determine what it was and then come up with a treatment planThe "inspector" determined it was fleas and carpet beetlesThey came out to treat sending 3-workers for at least hours and said I'd have a repeat treatment in about a weekThe next week, one guy came for maybe an hourThe treatment did not workI called and they came out again several times but again only for 30-minutes by one technicianI called again and texted the technician and Orkin essentially bailed on me for not paying for the bi-monthly outside treatment I also purchasedI stated to them repeatedly that I was not going to pay another dime until I was satisfied with their workI've called the manager and left a message with the person who answered the phone at least times with no call backI called the technician at least twice and sent him a text m

Orkin was fast to get contract payment plan for my mother inlaw! Nothing changed on there job to get rid of bedbugs! My mother in-law which is years of age and we found bedbug problems! Orkin came out and treated the house and left more of a mess than anything! they did not treat the house top to bottom like they should so the bugs mainly moved up away from the chemicals they used! On there day guarantee they only came back once and said the bugs are dieing of but never came back to check up on the cituation! It cost my elderly mother in-law $and nothing was really fixed even before there day guarantee! Mother does not know how to resolve this issue because the bugs are still there very bad and now we have to get terminex out here to make it right! we feel that we was cheated and used of our good nature! we would like a refund with orkin and contract terminated,because the job was not done right
