on first visit said complaint would be handle in short order going on six months still not handledI call exterminator always complaining he is not getting paid if not the month they are taking out when sign up with them it was said if you see anything or hear anything give us a call and we will come out.it was not any results had to call son to help me look around and see if anything was not check found holes in cabinets on wall they did not check my cabinets or storage room connected to my house a total waste of and some dollar signed up these people in Novand still dealing with problemI feel as though I was really taken advantage of because I stay by my self and a senior citizen I have a attic and no one mention going to look up there if I knew how to deal with getting rid of mice I would not have to hire them awful service not saying all of them are bad but this one I feel I got dupedcalled to talk to supervisor said they were out on job left number to contact

Orkin stopped providing my contracted and paid service in December After repeatedly calling my tech, I finally began talking with the branch managerHe sent a tech to deliver the service for which I'd paidSince it had been several months since exterior of my home was treated for pests (because of the business's failure to come out, plus two previous service periods that were windy and/or rainy), I ordered an additional product to be applied to my yard and around my homeThe manager was to call and come personally to apply when I was homeI signed the contract for this, and was given three business days during which to cancelAfter two full days went by and I'd heard nothing, I did as was directed in order to cancel and stopped payment on the check I'd issued for the service and told the manager I'd done this and expressed my disappointment and anger at being treated so poorly yet againAt this point he said he'd been out to my house and applied the productThis was NOT wh

Unreasonably EXORBITANT service fee to get out of late payment I was late for payment for more than days For that Orkin says they disconnected my account and to reconnect they charge $as I am a new customer even though I am with them for more than years Yearly charge was only $but for billing be late for more than days - they would disconnect your account and charge you $to restart the account This is EXORBITANTLY more amount than ANY BUSINESS I have ever seen

All they did was to spray the floor & spray the windowBut I still have the bugsI believe I should get my money back, for I am still fiting bugs

I did not authorize pest control service nor was I contacted ahead of time to authorize a service call I was mailed a bill for a service call on 1/9/upon when I learned that a service call had been made as I was not home I called on different occasions to have the issue resolved, however each time was told it would be It has not been resolved and I am still receiving a bill I did not sign a contract or give my permission for service with this company I am using a different company for my pest control Product_Or_Service: Pest Control Order_Number: [redacted] Account_Number: [redacted]

On November 29, Orkin visited our apartment and sprayed hazardous pesticide chemicals on our security camera and shoesAll of this was captured on my security cameraI called the 1-number for Orkin and the first individual I spoke to said she could understand that this was a problem and why I was concernedShe transferred me to her managerHer manager asked what the issue was, and so I explained what had happenedShe said that it was my landlord's problem for not notifying me that they would be spraying I also tried to ask for the MSDS sheet of the chemicals they had sprayed on my shoes but the Orkin customer service manager hung up on meThis is extremely unprofessional treatment for a problem that Orkin had caused by recklessly and deliberately damaging my personal property Product_Or_Service: Pesticide application

At the end of July we hired Orkin to evaluate our home for batsThe company came out, sprayed for bugs, assessed for bats and laid down sticky trapsA couple weeks later, another employee came out to assess for bats (again), this time, providing a written estimate of the work to be done which included: placing bat excluders, sealing up exterior holes, replacing roof vents and insulation, and removal of excluders after a period of weeksA special division of Orkin was deployed to complete the workThe employee of that division arrived to our home (after canceling one appointment), unprepared and uncertain of the work to be doneHe walked around the home, and let us know that he needed to go to Lowe's for caulkingHe returned to our house, and said he was unable to place the excluder due to inclement weatherHe promised to call us back later in the week, and failed to do soWe called Orkin, and were able to set up another appointmentThe employee returned to our home, pla

Requesting to close account, need confirmation of account closure I called the local Orkin office on November 21, to schedule a between home spraying because we saw bugs The person handling the local office was in a big rush and said "I will call you back in like minutes!" She took my phone number I never got a call back I called back on 11/24/and she said sorry that she did try to call me "multiple times" but had the wrong number written down I requested to close my account, she said sure no problem She could not provide me with a confirmation number, she said she could mail me a "request to cancel" form I asked to speak with a manager but none were available, she said she would have someone call me back As of now I have received no phone calls My account number is [redacted]
