Orkin pest control guarantee that the product and services that they provided will be done in a conduct and professional mannerUnfortunately they did not provide good customer service or communication skillsThe services provided were not done in a proper manner or resolved

The customer service is TERRIBLE! I signed up for service about a year ago and have only been able to have someone come into my house times to get the house sprayedEvery other time no one called to set an appointment they just came while I wasn't there and sprayed outside and sent me an invoice through email! In March I called to cancel my serviceThe lady I talked to was super understanding and was like well you have to do this last service and then it will be canceledWell then in June I didn't get a phone call or anything letting me know anyone was coming out and I had called and canceled in March so I figured it was doneWell I got an email with an invoice for service because someone just came and sprayed the outside, again not even calling to make an appointmentWell I called to complain and get the charges taken off and they tell me I have to talk to a manager and he will call meA week goes by and I don't receive a callWell I call again and am told oh they are busy so

Service provider was very rude and unprofessional The home inspector for orkin called said that because we said we have bad bugs he doesn't need to come out and just quoted a price and stated that because we already know we have themHe also said that he wanted to know if we are getting the service at all before they came out

I hired Orkin because I was a previous customer with a great service experienceUnfortunately, my original tech was not available so I was assigned different techniciansAfter a couple of appointments, the first tech told me someone would show up on a SaturdayI waited the entire window only to be told I did not have an appointmentI was assigned another tech who did the exact same thing a couple of weeks laterI was not receiving the service times as agreed nor was my pest problem resolvedI requested a refund from customer service because I had the service for several weeks and it did not resolve the problem onceI was referred to the service manager whom I called and text messaged but he never returned my callsThis is the worst customer service I have received in a very long timeI don't understand why as my previous experience was not like this at allI am not unreasonable as I know it takes time to catch mice but I don't understand the lack of follow through and disrega

I ordered Orkin service on May They came out to deal with a bee problemPart of the $cost was that they came out once and then again in 7-days They never came or calledI called 2-times with no success so I cancelled the service in June THey said they would cancel and refund In July I called again because they still hadn't refunded and then finally on 7/7/the refunded The issue is on 7/11/they charged me again! They haven't been to my house AND I cancelled the service so being charged makes no sense I have called times and each time they say they will call me back, they haven't I can't get a hold of anyone to refund and at this point I'm furious at their lack of professionalism and honesty in returning my calls They have taken my money without our permission (which should be illegal!) and won't return my call to refund Product_Or_Service: Orkin Pest Control

This complaint is specifically for the Harrisburg area Orkin Pest Control The matter is that back in September I signed up for a quarterly service plan to control the ants around our newly built home After they didn't show for the fist scheduled appointment, I had to call to find out the problem was that they had the wrong address in the system for our home So when that problem finally was corrected, we had our first service in September of Then I hadn't heard from anyone until January when I called for a second serviceThey apparently still had the wrong address and phone number on my account and showed up at the wrong house After that I still didn't get a call about scheduling the second service...I called a week later to find out that they STILL had the wrong phone number on the account The manager [redacted] said that he was new to the branch to come fix some problems and he assured me that this time the problem was fixed After a few weeks I called AGAIN to find ou

I attempted to discontinue services from Orkin, however my requests to discontinue services were ignoredThere was no response to email or phone to my account manager, eventually I was billed for another quarter, because Orkin ignored my requests to discontinue services I have contacted billing and management and been reassured that the billing would be cleared, however I continue to be billed for services, which I was not allowed cancel (so they can charge me) Every time I call Orkin, I am assured that the service is discontinued, and the bill for will be clearedweeks later, I get another billUsually with a late notice, after I have been assured by Orkin manager that this will not happenI was promised a call from Scott Brown, he never called, and I recieved a 60-day notice Branch Manager [redacted] promised it would be cleared Then I got another bill By the way, when I first started with Orkin, my inbox was spammed by Orkin nearly every day, doz
