Orkin has charged me $for a frustrating and infective treatmentThey are no longer responding to my calls to resolve Original inspection - 6/27/was effective in identifying issue ( [redacted] ) ~ $1,for treatment work.However, while checklist was provided for pre-treatment work, it was insufficient and provided no guidance for post-treatment precautionsInitial treatment perfomed on 6/29/was ineffective (In addition Orkin were ~1hour late causing me to have to reschedule work meetings - Discount of approx$offered)No post-treatment guidance was provided which ultimately resulted in the spare room also becoming infestedDog inspection (by different firm) 7/11/revealed issues in following areas a.Master bed, b.Spare room bed, cOttoman/bench, d.Vacuum (which we then threw out), e.Clothing/BeddingDecision was made to fumigate master bed and furniture at clients expense (using another firm) 7/13/ Second treatment was scheduled with Orkin for 7/15/Tre

I canceled the termite bond with Orkin on January 29th due to the fact that when I made my appt for a few weeks before no one showed or called I have called multiple times to find out the status of my refund and was told the first time that it wasn't canceledI then canceled the service againWe are now almost months sense I canceled the service and still no refundI called again today 4/8/and find out that they have processed my refund in the amount of $as of march 17thI ask were my check is and was told they would have to call their corp office to find outWhile I wait for a call back I look up the amount that was paid and we paid $and are only getting back $of itThey have done nothing to keep any of my moneyI have called the corp office myself and had to leave a voice mailVery poor customer service!!

My husband and myself own a lake home @ [redacted] We were having problems with mice and ants, so we called Orkin I believe we started 1/5/@ a cost of $every other month I asked the service man and the company to please leave the service report on the kitchen counter when he was at our home That happened once, I believe I asked them to do this so I had proof of him being there for the service I only got emails stating he was there I met him once when I had stayed there for a week I saw what he did, where he was putting traps and the ant bait I was at our home on May 8th, I had been there from the previous week As I was on my computer, I received an email stating that he was at our home on May 8th at 6:a.muntil 6:30am I was outside with my dog at 6:a.mhe wasn't there He would have had to have left himself in the house to leave ant bait in the kitchen and threw out the house, also to check the traps that were throughout

My mother and I met with Orkin's sales repHe explained the pest problem was from bats in the atticHe also promised that he would be here during the process, and they would spray when almost finished.He also promised he'd return several days later for a follow up On the day they showed up, one tech had only just started a month previous, the other was new and in trainingAfter an hour, they both left, telling my mother they had forgot their wet-vac, and would return1/hours later they returned.(Both techs driving all the way back to [redacted] for vac.) After approxminsthey gave a list of things for my mother to remove and said they vacuumed lbs of bat fecesI went up to remove the carpet remnants, some cardboard, and a piece of vynal as per they're listNo signs of vacuuming anywhereI vacuumed up the feces from the insulation, and the floorsWhile doing so I found two bats, which I removedWe have called Orkin, they said they were short handed, but someone wo

Service provided was not for RATS which was my issue I was given mouse traps and told that was all that could be doneI called about a week afterwards to express that I was upset since that was not my original call issueOne of the Mouse traps went missing and was never seen again of them got stuck on toys that belong to my children because they would not stay sealed closed I have left messages and assume because no payment was taken out I was OK since the service I request was not providedCorporate Call and requested a new card number said they could not get the money to come off the card and thought they had the wrong number repeated the number to them they got their money in a still cannot get return callsThe did however send somebody is show up without notice while I was working and since I work in health care had to turn awaySince then I have called spoke to a girl in the office was told that somebody would call me back she also told me that I owe an additional $

I am the property manager for Colonial Park TownhomesWe have used Orkin pest since we took over this property and the roaches and roach complaints are way worseWhen taking over this property the issue was not as bad as it have become We pay Orkin almost $a week for weekly spray that is not making a differenceA resolution is needed or we have just wasted money and time for our tenants Some tenants never had roaches and now have them for what reason when they are not nasty tenantsWe inspect our units with Orkin Weekly and the tenants are no nasty tenantsWe no longer have the orkin guy that quit orkin and now have a new orkin guyThe change is fine however we are being told the units a week he would not be able to handleHowever the main concern is how we are going to rectify the issue of the infestation we have paid numerous dollars to assist tenants and now the issue is worse then we had when we started with getting the orkin spray Please resolve

Orkin, LLC debited $from my checking account even though they stated that they would not charge me unless service was provided and they did not provide any service

Guarantee of product or service and Billing issues I found this service in a panic when I saw roaches in my home by using Google-since I had never had an issue with roaches in the pastThe first time of service came the exterminator was from [redacted] This is when you actually sign up for service and sign a contract for them to continue to come out about every monthsI also signed up for a key box outside my home that they set the combination up on, so that they could come in when I was not homeI have a strenuous work scheduleMonths went by and I cam home one day and discovered the bill in my doorwayI checked the traps and they had not been changed outWhen I called and spoke to manager [redacted] and told him about this, he said they would have the driver come back, which did not happenThe next time I had someone come-again no notice, they just showed up and charged my billAgain I called and complained, because no one actually entered my home and did anything, howev

I have contacted Edge/Orkin Pest control too many times to count since August Around this time is when Edge's billing system merged with OrkinI contacted them in August to pay a bill from a prior service in JulyThen in September we were still seeing activity so I contacted them for a "re-service" which is free according to the contractWhen I called in September I asked if there was a balance expecting that there shouldn't beThe lady on the phone told me noThe next time I contacted them to schedule another re-service because activity never ceasedThey told me I had a balanceI explained what the previous rep told me and she looked further in to itShe came back on the phone and said in the Orkin system it shows you owe and she was guessing due to the re-service but in the edge system my balance was clearI have been getting bill after billI have called and talked to the reps numerous times with no resolve so I have asked for a manager to contact me at least times

I hired Orkin to come to my home to rid it of bed bugsI spoke to Chad he gave me two optionsOne was to spray and one for a heat treatmentHe assured me the heat treatment would be better although it was more that it would eliminate all the bed bugs in the house and I also got the warranty that they would come ans spray or do another treatment if it was neededMy year old mother resides there and I wanted to make sure the treatment would workIt did not the house still has bed bugs I have sent Chad several emails about the infestation but they have not been back to do another treatmentSo my elderly mother is being bitten and they do not seem to care Product_Or_Service: Bed bug extermination Account_Number: [redacted]

Have been trying for months to cancel our service We were told twice that the service has been canceled but each month we receive a bill After the first "cancelation" we received a phone call from Orkin asking when we'd like them to come service our home My wife told them that we did not want them to come out Not only did they come out to our home anyway without our knowledge they did it on the first of the month which locks us into another billing cycle The only reason we knew that they came was because we received an electronic receipt My wife called the company about the service and asked to speak to a manager She asked him if he knew that we wanted to cancel our service he said yes She asked him if he knew that someone was coming out to service our house on the first of the month to which he also said yes So essencally what he said was yes he knew we did not want that service and yes he knew that we were about to be locked into another billing cycle Product_O

Did not fulfill obligation for annual inspection Company habitual attempts to schedule annual inspection with literally hours not days of advance notice for access to the inside of the house Employee made an appointment for the inspection and didn't show Employee asked if he could 'pencil whip' the inside inspection this year to which we responded no since we are paying for a comprehensive annual inspection Employee left a service report indicating an outside inspection was performed without any additional correspondence

Just an awful businessThis location never picks up the phone, never respond to voicemails or emailsThe company continues to disburse servicemen to my address for a service that's no-longer required; thereby billing for unnecessary services Their intentions appear to never actually solve your pest problem but rather to lock you into a perpetual maintenance arrangement My next efforts will maybe an attorney

THEFT!!!! This company cashed a check for $when NO services were given after I CANCELLED the appointment!! It was so hard choosing just one complaint typeFirst, the secretaries are all as rude as can beI've had to reschedule twice because the exterminator showed up too early (6:45am) after I said eveningsThe second time the woman didn't even reschedule so he never came backThey tricked me into signing a year contract by telling me "I need you to sign this so I can spray for today" he never said it was a contractSo in the months he's been here not once have I noticed a difference in the bugs and mice I was having beforeI finally had enough and called to cancel my contract somehow and the woman was rude and said her service manager would get ahold of meI've called times since then and still no call from the service managerI'm fed up and want out from underneath this joke of a company!

Hired Orkin to come out and treat the many bugs that are around the houseThe came out and treated the out once per signing a contract I was told that in three week that they would have to returnI was not notified by Orkin that the tech was not coming back outNow I have an infestation of bugs and now in my carsI contacted Orkin and spoke with three customer rep and one could seem to help meAfter speaking with the rep they want to charge me to send a tech out and I have already paid $for one to come outI asked why do I have to pay again he's reply was it changes my contractIt doesn't if in the set up Orkin sends out the tech to do the initial treatment and a second follow up within week and after those two visits per my contact the every other month amount of $would be charged to my credit cardOrkin in NOT following through on sending the tech for the follow up treatment Account_Number: [redacted]

We have Orkin Pest ControlThe last time service was done the technician was suppose to come in the morning which he came at 6:34pm, which caused me to miss an important meetingI was on the schedule yesterday 6/15/I waited all day no one came, and no call receiveI called Orkin today, and I was told the manager would check into it and, they would call me back, and they never didI have been a customer with Orkin off and on since They don't care about their customer'sI usually deal with the Orkin out of Coldwater, but this Orkin is in PortageI would not recommend this one to anyone
