allegation that when you Google LiveNation, NationTicket.com pops up, is true,
however neither TicketNetwork, nor www.TicketNetwork.com
are NationTicket or www.NationTicket.comHis inclusion of this information to
the Revdex.com is misleading and is not an accurate representation
of TicketNetwork or his actual ticket buying experienceThis information
should not be the basis for this customer’s complaint because MrBurton did
not purchase his tickets from NationTicket and is therefore untrue
When MrBurton did email our
customer service department he made the same allegationA customer service
representative explained to him on two separate occasions that his purchase was
made on www.TicketNetwork.com, which
again has no relation to www.NationTicket.com
MrBurton did complete his purchase for tickets to Kiss and Def Leppard on
TicketNetwork.com from his own computer and without the assistance of a
customer service representative
In completing his purchase
MrBurton was provided with numerous opportunities to read the website’s terms
and policies, along with all of the shorter disclosures which state, in short:

involved in the actual ticket sale transaction between the buyers and TICKET
SELLERSTickets sold through SITE are from a third party; therefore, the
buyer's name will not be printed on the ticketsPlease note that the name on
the tickets does not affect the buyer's ability to access the event
The website terms and
conditions were available to MrBurton as a scroll box during the checkout
process and as a link on each page of the siteIf MrBurton did not click on
the "yes" button on the checkout page that states "I agree to the Terms &
Conditions," the software would have removed him from the checkout page and he
would not have been able to go on to complete his orderAlso, the total price,
including service fees and delivery charges, was given to him before he gave his
credit card information and completed his orderMrBurton chose to comply
with the price and the terms before sending his final order for processing
At no time before placing his
order did MrBurton contact our Customer Service Department with any questions
or for any clarification of the pricing and terms and conditionsIf he was
unsure about the order he was placing, he was free to call the Customer Service
Department at the readily available number or to comparison shop at other sites
before finalizing his order
MrBurton was educated to
the fact that tickets are in many cases sold above face value and that www.TicketNetwork.com
is neither a primary sale box office nor the venueMrBurton's freely-chosen
acceptance of the price and the terms and conditions indicates that he did make
a conscious and educated decision to purchase tickets at the price he agreed
to
Additionally, the website
that MrBurton references in his complaint is not the website where his order
was placed, and therefore this information is irrelevant in regards to his
actual order

the matter however, there is no refund due

over the phone with a customer service representative from the website www.TicketsW.comWhen the order was placed
the customer was informed that the order was being placed on the secondary
market which acts as an intermediary between ticket buyers and ticket sellers,
and that the website is not a box office or a venueThe customer was also
informed that ticket prices may be above or below face value and that all sales
are finalThere are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellationsIf an event is
cancelled without a rescheduled date a refund will be provided less the
shipping feeIf an event is postponed tickets will be valid for the
rescheduled date and a refund will not be provided
In addition to the customer service representative providing
this information over the phone before the transaction was finalized, the recording
on the phone also states that all orders placed over the phone are still
subject to that website's terms and policiesTherefore, *** *** and *** *** were well informed of the website's policies including the fact that
ticket prices may be above face value and that all sales are final
Before completing the order and agreeing to these policies
the representative also provided a complete breakdown of the total of the
orderThe breakdown included the price per ticket, the extra service fee and
the delivery fee for the orderIf *** *** or *** *** had any questions
about the order that was being placed or the website's terms and policies they
were free to ask the representative at any point before completing their order
However, since the website’s policies were agreed to, and the customer
willingly completed the order no refund will be provided for this purchaseWe
hope this fully explains the matter

This is a ticket delivery businessThey do not deliver tickets that you pay forIt's that simpleI ordered tickets and ultimately was unable to download themI was told my computer was outdated, my printer was outdated AND that it was my lack of computer prowess that resulted in my tickets not being available I happen to have very updated, very new *** laptop, desktop and phoneI also used updated *** equipment at workNo goThe "head" of the company was speaking to me on a very fuzzy phone and got real scared when I asked him to repeat what he saidHe stated "I don't consent to being recorded or monitored!!" The tickets that MsEckert purchased were available for her to use at the designated event and therefore neither a refund nor alternate tickets will be providedWe hope this fully resolves the matter

Although this was the policyWe were not made aware of this until after tickets were purchased and we called to dispute the price if the ticketsAt the time of purchase the sales rep did not indicate that this company was a secondary market to the third party on the line who is my dad( Steven Dorsey who's card was used to purchase the tickets) nor to myselffurthermore the price of the tickets listed in their web page still did not show the original price of the ticketsUpon speaking with the agent at Newark symphony hall ticket office it was then and only then that we were told the correct price of the ticketsTo our surprise when the ticket agent went to their web pg ( which I might add was a link that came up when you clicked on the Newark symphony hall site to purchase the tickets ) the agent herself was unaware of the price this company was selling the tickets for as wellI feel that this company should be looked into for the information provide by their sales rep and I should be compensated with something because they at the time of purchase did not tell us that they were a third party business or that their prices of the tickets were inflated times the price of the regular prices tickets for the showI'am requesting that if possible could you listen to recording of the sale on May to let me know if that policy was read to us and if there was any information in regard to what the original cost of the tickets was mentioned The sale rep for their company was named Jen lThat's the name of the sale rep that was named on the receipt I feel that if any of this information was presented to us we would of had no problem purchasing the tickets from Newark symphony halls ticket standAnd also when the agent for Newark symphony hall went to the web page they also had a discripency because this agency ( ticket galaxy) is still listing or promoting seats that are not even available anymoreAs a matter of fact their saying that my seat may not even be available because ticket galaxy is still listing seat are available for that section that they are selling tickets for and newark symphony hall agencies are saying those seats are sold outSo I feel that the company should be looked into for information as well as inflating the price of the tickets three times more then what the original price is listed forThank you for taking the time out to read my response and listening to my side of the story as well

I am rejecting this response because: Their seating chart is very misleadingThe service they provide is a scam, I received my tickets The tickets from TicketGallxy are sold by *** and mailed to meGalaxy charged me $113per ticket which *** sold for $plus a charge of $service fee times for two tickets and $charge for an E ticket whatever that is I just feel they ripped me offWhen I wanted to cancel my order they hadn't bought the tickets from *** yet and could have easily canceled but instead choose to rip me off for about a $or more in fees and over priced tickets I made the mistake of thinking I was buying presale tickets from them I could have bought tickets from *** the next day myself!

The operators in the website can only go off of the current

inventory and pricing fluctuates, sometimes wildly, which is one of the reasons
that an all sales final policy has to be agreed to prior to placing the order
Despite *** *** ordering tickets over the phone, the order is still bound
by the terms and policies of EventTicketsCenter.com, which state:

As of July 20th, the tickets have been delivered and accepted by the customer, through delivery of *** ***. Because the customer accepted the alternates at a discount, we are unable to further discount the tickets at this pointThere is no refund due
