Second, when I called, the rep told me that they are the same company as the main website, and they both operate as one. Third, the language you copied is buried in the midst of volumes of webpages You still really need to make it clearer How about a large font description on your webpage that states you are NOT part of the venue or authorized sellers and are in face resellers The reason you put this all sales final language on that page is you are counting on people (such as myself) who fall prey to these tactics and refuse reasonable requests to get a refund There is no reason you cannot offer the refund I wish I had searched your main websote online as it would have led me to your other company Both have many negative comments on this same problematic predatory selling behavior I guess there will be just another one out there warning people with a possible search engine link that rates right below your company name to provide a warning to other victims.
