transaction between the buyers and ticket sellers. We take customer service seriously and appreciate the opportunity to respond to [redacted] concerns.Per our customer service records, it appears that a customer service representative that helped facilitate the purchase provided the incorrect ticket section/row information by mistake. [redacted] contacted Customer Service regarding the issue, and due to the representative's error, a full refund was issued for this order on 6/22/16. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope this fully resolves the matter.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Please be advised that [redacted] is an online resale marketplace and is not the merchant for this order. Our records show one charge of $151.59. However, if this issue has not been resolved already, then we ask that you...

please contact your ticket seller and merchant, [redacted], who processed this transaction. You can call them at ([redacted] or email at [redacted] Please include your order number when contacting your ticket seller. We expect that this will resolve the issue. Thank you.

Dear Revdex.com,
TicketNetwork is an intermediary ticket marketplace enabling ticket sellers to post their inventory online.  TicketNetwork itself does not post, sell, or advertise tickets for events.
Ms. [redacted] shipped the wrong wristband a month before the event. The customer...

did not notice until three days before the event. TicketNetwork then reached out to the Ms. [redacted] to get the correct wristband sent to the customer. There was not enough time to hold the correct wristband and wait for the customer to send back the wrong one. (The wrong wristband was for May 8 and 9, so the event dates had already passed.) The buyer received the correct wristband the day before the event.
Our records indicate TicketNetwork has made numerous attempts to contact the customer on Ms. [redacted]’s behalf. On May 12, TicketNetwork provided a return shipping label and instructions to the customer so Ms. [redacted] would receive the inventory. At this time, the customer is avoiding all contact with TicketNetwork. While this was an unfortunate situation, it was Ms. [redacted] who is responsible because she shipped the wrong wristband to begin with – and, even if she didn’t ship out the correct wristband, TicketNetwork would have not only not paid her for the order, but charged her additionally for getting the correct wristband for the customer.
Thank you.

Revdex.com:
Thank you for bringing [redacted]'s additional concerns to our attention. [redacted] Ticket Company is the ticket seller for [redacted]’s order. Her order was placed on www.[redacted].com which advertises tickets that are listed for sale from numerous selling companies. If she spoke with [redacted] at [redacted], we do not have any reference or records of that call as [redacted] and [redacted] are not the same company. However, in any conversation with a ticket representative, it would have been understood that you must print your tickets before attending the event. On [redacted]'s order receipt the delivery method states, "E-Ticket – Instant Download." This means that [redacted] was required to download and print her tickets to bring to the event. Instead of the tickets being delivered in the mail the delivery method was via download, which requires the tickets to be downloaded and printed. As we have stated before this is also stated on the website and on the website's terms and policies.
Also, if [redacted] had downloaded the E-tickets she purchased she would see that her tickets were located in Section 108, Row 18, Seats 14-15. Copies of [redacted]’s tickets are attached to our response as proof that the tickets she bought were actual seats within the stadium. The seats were not indicated on the order receipt because the seat numbers are not assigned until after the transaction has processed. [redacted]'s tickets were for seats that existed within the stadium, and were valid for entry if she had printed and brought them to the stadium.
We again, hope that this resolves the matter.

We escalated this matter to our Fulfillment department, and a rep from that department confirmed that this request was sent to [redacted] on 10/3 to process. We reaffirm that [redacted] should reach out to [redacted]’s Customer Support department if he has any questions or wants to confirm status of his refund as they are handling this and we will not be able to see when this credit is processed. Thank you.

Revdex.com: Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We provide customer service for Ticketliquidator.com where Ms. [redacted] placed her order. Please be advised that Ticketliquidator.com acts as an intermediary between buyers and ticket sellers to facilitate the purchase and...

sale of event tickets, and as such is not directly involved in the actual ticket sale transaction between the buyers and ticket sellers. While we may help facilitate the resolution of disputes, we have no control over the content of the tickets listed on the site, the truth or accuracy of such listings, the ability of the fulfiller to sell tickets, or that the user and fulfiller will actually complete a transaction. We take customer service seriously and appreciate the opportunity to respond to Ms. [redacted]’s concerns. After reviewing the complaint and our customer service records, we’ve determined that Ms. [redacted] is entitled to a refund as she requested per Ticketliquidator’s 200% guarantee as the seller did not provide the correct/valid tickets. It appears that this already been issued. Per the Customer Service Department’s records, this refund was processed on 10/6/2016. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope this fully resolves the matter.

Delivery.Mr. [redacted] received the tickets that he confirmed
to purchase and did in fact order online. It is stated on multiple parts of the
website that [redacted] is a resale marketplace, not the ticket
seller, that prices may be above or below face value, and that all sales are
final. This information is displayed in multiple places on the website,
including the checkout page, and in the terms and conditions. Please see the
below images.  Based on the foregoing, Mr. [redacted] should have
known that the tickets he purchased may be above or below face value. The total
price, which included the service fee and delivery fee, was shown before Mr. [redacted]
finalized his order, as well as the All Sales Final Policy. Although Mr. [redacted]
expressed in his complaint that he was dissatisfied with the price of the
tickets, he completed his purchase for the tickets. Mr. [redacted]’s
freely-chosen acceptance of the terms and conditions indicates that he did make
a conscious and educated decision to purchase these tickets. There is no refund
due. We hope this fully explains the matter.

I am rejecting this response because:

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:Thank you for contacting the business however I am very upset with there response. These tickets were printed only 1 time by me and if they are showing they were printed 11 times it was on there end. The fact is I was sold tickets...

that had been used already which is why when my ticket was scanned I couldnt gain entry. The venue doesnt want to get involved and refuses to help due to this matter not being their problem. The venue however did write void on my tickets but as I read thats not good enough for a refund. I have recently read MANY reviews online about this company and this problem occuring on a regular basis. [redacted]This company can get away with selling tickets multiple times knowing the venue wont get involved and also knowing I cant file fraud charges with my bank due to the 60 day rule and since most people buy their tickets more than 2 months in advance there is nothing that can be done by the bank as well.  This whole process has taken up so much of my time and energy. I have contacted news stations and the Federal Trade Commission about this matter as well and they are working on this as well. This is not right and I wish the [redacted] would be held accountable. I know this happens alot due to the fact then when I was inline to get in this same issue happened to two girls right in front of me with the exact same problem. Even a partial refund would be better than nothing but to pay 220.00 for a concert I couldnt attend due to NO fault of my own is devestating. Next time I will only purchase tickets from TicketMaster a reliable source to buy tickets.   [redacted]
Sincerely,
[redacted]

We reiterate that [redacted] is not the ticket seller and does not price the tickets listed for sale. In addition, [redacted] had the opportunity to review all the details (including the prices/fees) before finalizing her order. By placing her order, [redacted] acknowledged that she agreed to the terms and conditions, as well as the order total, before submitting the order for processing. A customer is unable to proceed with completing the order without acknowledging and agreeing to these terms. [redacted] called Customer Service in July to dispute the total that she agreed to and placed her order for in March, and as the representative advised, all sales are final. It's also stated on the website and in the terms and conditions that Eventticketscenter.com is a resale marketplace and that prices may be above face value (as shown in the screenshots provided in our initial response to this complaint). [redacted]s freely-chosen acceptance of the terms and conditions indicates that she did make a conscious and educated decision to purchase these tickets. There is no refund due.

While we may help facilitate the resolution of disputes, the site has control over the content of the tickets listed on site, the truth or accuracy of such listings, the ability of the fulfiller to sell tickets, or that the user and fulfiller will actually complete a transaction. According to our customer service records, [redacted] selected to purchase tickets with the following description: Tickets ------------------------------------------------------------ [redacted]

[redacted]
* Payment ------------------------------------------------------------ Tickets: 2 x 80.00 = $160.00 Service Fee: $45.60 Delivery: $7.95 Order Total: $213.55 Seller Notes: Tickets will be ready for delivery by Jul 15, 2017.   Our records show that [redacted] contacted Customer Service about an hour after she placed her order claiming that she accidentally placed the order and asked to have it cancelled. As Customer Service advised, all sales are final, which is included in the policies that customers agree to by placing their orders through the site. This is stated in the site’s policies and on other parts of the site, including during the checkout process. [redacted] input all of the information required to complete the transaction, proceeded through the Review portion of the transaction, and ultimately submitted the order. Whether or not this was due to her multitasking and her elbow accidentally bumping the button, it is not the fault of the site, the seller, or Customer Service. [redacted] admitted that this was her error and that she was multitasking and not 100% focused when this happened. [redacted] may reach out to her seller to explain the issue and see if they’ll agree to cancel/refund the order, however, we cannot enforce the seller to do so under the policies and for this error. We expect that this fully explains the matter. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:
Sincerely,
[redacted]  We will never come to terms and I will never agree with I paid for a 188.00 ticket and a 57.34 service fee and you decided to take the difference of the ticket and add that to the service fee.  That is what is wrong.  I have put it in with City a attorneys office as a complaint.  As ticket master just got done refunding all their customers on this very issue why is o.k. for you to take the additional as I would never agree to pay 924.00 in service fee's.  So be upfront etc.   Be an honest person.  I will never agree I have put on face book and everywhere possible to let folks know of the dishonesty of your company.

Dear Revdex.com,
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take customer service very seriously and would like to take the time to address Mr. [redacted] concerns.
Our records show Mr. [redacted] placed an order for two tickets to the April 19, 2015 [redacted]...

appearance at the [redacted] in [redacted] on March 15, 2015.
When Mr. [redacted] placed his order from his computer at the website, www.[redacted].com he was obliged to review his order and accept that website’s terms and conditions before his order was complete. These terms and conditions clearly state:
General [redacted].com ("SITE") acts as an intermediary between buyers and ticket sellers ("TICKET SELLERS") to facilitate the purchase and sale of event tickets, and as such is not directly involved in the actual ticket sale transaction between the buyers and TICKET SELLERS. Tickets sold through SITE are from a third party; therefore, the buyer's name will not be printed on the tickets. Please note that the name on the tickets does not affect the buyer's ability to access the event.
The following are the rules or "TERMS" that govern use of the SITE by USER, the USER of the SITE ("USER"). By using or visiting the SITE, USER expressly agrees to be bound by these TERMS and to follow these TERMS and all applicable laws and regulations governing the SITE. [redacted].com reserves the right to change these TERMS at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the SITE. If USER violates these TERMS [redacted].com may terminate USER's access to the SITE, bar USER from future use of the SITE, cancel USER's ticket order, and/or take appropriate legal action against USER.

All ticket prices include additional service charges and handling fees as defined on each order. SITE and its TICKET SELLERS are not directly affiliated with any performer, sports team, or venue; and SITE does not act as a primary sale box office, unless otherwise stated. By agreeing to these TERMS, USER agrees that the purchase price for tickets on their order does not reflect the original purchase price of the ticket and may be either higher or lower than the original purchase price.
Orders Orders placed through SITE will be fulfilled by one of our network of participating TICKET SELLERS. Contact information for the TICKET SELLER who fulfills USER's order (hereinafter known as "FULFILLER") will be provided to USER upon completion of the purchase process. If this information is lost, USER may contactcustomerservice@[redacted].com to retrieve information about the order.
All sales are final Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. New tickets will not need to be issued. If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, USER will need to contact the FULFILLER for a refund. The FULFILLER may require the USER to return the supplied tickets at USER's expense before receiving any refund USER is entitled to due to cancellation. Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original order. Conversion charges, including though not exhaustive of the ones issued by USER'S bank, if any, are not covered by [redacted].com or FULFILLER. Neither [redacted].com nor the FULFILLER will issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. When USER receives tickets, USER should keep them in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight or heat may damage tickets.
? Service Fee: Cost per ticket associated with SITE operation, customer service center operation, and other costs associated with the fulfillment of USER's ticket request.
? Delivery: Costs associated with the Delivery Method chosen by USER and the SITE's arrangement of USER's ticket delivery by the FULFILLER.
? Total: Entire amount charged to USER, including each ticket's price as set by the FULFILLER, Service Fee, and Delivery.
The website terms and conditions were available to Mr. [redacted] as a scroll box during the checkout process and as a link on each page of the site. If Mr. [redacted] did not click on the "yes" button on the checkout page that states "I agree to the Terms & Conditions," the software would have removed him from the checkout page and he would not have been able to go on to complete his order. Also, the total price, including service fees and delivery charges, was given to him before he gave his credit card information and completed his order. Mr. [redacted] chose to comply with the price and the terms before sending his final order for processing.
At no time before placing his order did Mr. [redacted] contact our Customer Service Department with any questions or for any clarification of the pricing or terms and conditions. If he was unsure about the order he was placing, he was free to call the Customer Service Department at the readily available number or to comparison shop at other sites before finalizing his order.
Mr. [redacted] was educated to the fact that tickets are in many cases sold above face value and that www.[redacted].com is neither a primary sale box office nor the venue. Mr. [redacted] freely-chosen acceptance of the price and the terms and conditions indicates that he did make a conscious and educated decision to purchase tickets at the location and price he agreed to.
There is no refund due.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  please provide these screen shots that they claim clearly articulate the costs.   I would be willing to bet, they have left out the initial screen, which does not include the costs, which leads you to believe the costs displayed are final and the only thing you need to do is go to the next screen to hit the purchase button - which is where they sneak in the additional fees.  Yes, they are there on the right hand side if you are looking for them, but you are not because you were led to believe by the previous screen that is the cost.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
