Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:this company's has totally misrepresented the situation and relies on"fine print excuses" instead of customer service. They are ripping off consumers and their extremely rude "customer service reps" will do anything they can to rip off consumers instead of trying to serve customers. Its no wonder this company's has recently been sued for their exorbitant fees. They should be censured for their predatory businesses practices and totally non responsive customer service. I will do all I can to help other customers from learning the costly lesson I have been forced to absorb.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Revdex.com: Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We provide customer service for [redacted] where [redacted] placed her order. Please be advised that [redacted] acts as an intermediary between ticket buyers and ticket sellers to facilitate the purchase and...

sale of event tickets, and as such is not directly involved in the actual sale transaction between the buyers and sellers. We take customer service seriously and appreciate the opportunity to respond to [redacted]’s concerns. Typically, per the All Sales Final policy, we do not enforce refunds for postponed events. As Customer Service previously advised [redacted], if an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets are honored for the rescheduled date (see All Sales Final policy at [redacted]). However, we found that the J[redacted] tour has been postponed again until 2017 with new dates to be announced. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused [redacted] and believe that she is entitled to a refund as she requested. We reached out to Customer Service regarding the issue and asked them to coordinate a refund with the seller. Per Customer Service, the refund was processed this morning and they emailed [redacted] informing her of the same. [redacted] can expect to see her credit appear within 3-5 business days, perhaps sooner or later depending on her financial institution. We hope this fully explains and resolves the matter.

Dear Revdex.com,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take customer service very seriously and would like to take the time to address Mr. [redacted]’ concerns.

When Mr. [redacted] placed his order from his computer at the website,...

[redacted].com he was obliged to review his order and accept that website’s terms and conditions before his order was complete. These terms and conditions clearly state:

General[redacted].com ("SITE") acts as an intermediary between buyers and ticket sellers ("TICKET SELLERS") to facilitate the purchase and sale of event tickets, and as such is not directly involved in the actual ticket sale transaction between the buyers and TICKET SELLERS. Tickets sold through SITE are from a third party; therefore, the buyer's name will not be printed on the tickets. Please note that the name on the tickets does not affect the buyer's ability to access the event.

The following are the rules or "TERMS" that govern use of the SITE by USER, the USER of the SITE ("USER"). By using or visiting the SITE, USER expressly agrees to be bound by these TERMS and to follow these TERMS and all applicable laws and regulations governing the SITE. [redacted].com reserves the right to change these TERMS at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the SITE. If USER violates these TERMS [redacted].com may terminate USER's access to the SITE, bar USER from future use of the SITE, cancel USER's ticket order, and/or take appropriate legal action against USER.

Above Face ValueTickets sold through SITE are often obtained through secondary market TICKET SELLERS and are being resold, in many cases, above the price or "face value" listed on the ticket. All ticket prices include additional service charges and handling fees as defined on each order. SITE and its TICKET SELLERS are not directly affiliated with any performer, sports team, or venue; and SITE does not act as a primary sale box office, unless otherwise stated. By agreeing to these TERMS, USER agrees that the purchase price for tickets on their order does not reflect the original purchase price of the ticket and may be either higher or lower than the original purchase price.

All sales are finalSince tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date. New tickets will not need to be issued. If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, USER will need to contact the FULFILLER for a refund. The FULFILLER may require the USER to return the supplied tickets at USER's expense before receiving any refund USER is entitled to due to cancellation. [redacted].com is not responsible for providing or securing this refund for USER. Any shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds will be processed in the same currency as the original order. Conversion charges, including though not exhaustive of the ones issued by USER'S bank, if any, are not covered by [redacted].com or FULFILLER. Neither [redacted].com nor the FULFILLER will issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. When USER receives tickets, USER should keep them in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight or heat may damage tickets.

PricingAll prices are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specifically stated. SITE cannot confirm the price of an item until after an order is completed by USER. Despite SITE's best efforts, a small number of the items listed on the SITE may be priced incorrectly. If the FULFILLER discovers an item's correct price is higher than the stated price, the FULFILLER will either complete the order at the original price, contact USER to inform them of different price with an option to purchase, or cancel USER's order and notify USER of such cancellation.
Schedule of Fees and ChargesThe price charged to USER's credit card beyond the price of the individual tickets shall include the following fees and charges:
Service Fee: Cost per ticket associated with SITE operation, customer service center operation, and other costs associated with the fulfillment of USER's ticket request.
Delivery: Costs associated with the Delivery Method chosen by USER and the SITE's arrangement of USER's ticket delivery by the FULFILLER.
Total: Entire amount charged to USER, including each ticket's price as set by the FULFILLER, Service Fee, and Delivery.

The website terms and conditions were available to Mr. [redacted] as a scroll box during the checkout process and as a link on each page of the site. If Mr. [redacted] did not click on the “yes” button on the checkout page that states “I agree to the Terms & Conditions,” the software would have removed him from the checkout page and he would not have been able to go on to complete his order. Also, the total price, including service fees and delivery charges, was given to him before he gave his credit card information and completed his order. Mr. [redacted] chose to comply with the price and the terms before sending his final order for processing.

At no time before placing his order did Mr. [redacted] contact our Customer Service Department with any questions or for any clarification of the pricing or terms and conditions. If he was unsure about the order he was placing, he was free to call the Customer Service Department at the readily available number or to comparison shop at other sites before finalizing his order.

Mr. [redacted] was educated to the fact that tickets are in many cases sold above face value and that [redacted].com is neither a primary sale box office nor the venue. Mr. [redacted]’ freely-chosen acceptance of the price and the terms and conditions indicates that he did make a conscious and educated decision to purchase tickets at the location and price he agreed to.

There is no refund due.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
I purchased these tickets for a Saturday baseball game. If there was any chance this game would not have been played and cancelled,  I would never have purchased them. As far as the price, I paid more for these tickets than others in the same area. As I stated Neither my spouse nor I can attend a weekday game. This game was cancelled. I was not, "EDUCATED" as  Ticket Network stated. When a game is cancelled as this game was, I should be able to get my money refunded.I do not accept the response from Ticket Network.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

We reaffirm our previous response as well as the terms and policies as described below. Per the Terms and Policies, while most tickets are delivered within three business days of the delivery method chosen, this does not imply a guaranteed delivery date. In these situations tickets may be marked with an estimated ship date. When [redacted] contacted Customer Service on 5/25, a representative advised him of the 48 hour printing restriction but was advised that the tickets were guaranteed to be uploaded in time for the event. They were uploaded on 5/27 and the event was on 5/31. If [redacted] was then unable to download and/or print the tickets thereafter, then he should have contacted Customer Support. As stated in the policies, electronic tickets or "e-tickets" may not be available for immediate download. After placing an order, user will receive an email with instructions on how to download the tickets; therefore, it is important that user provides accurate email address information during the order process.  The user will be required to enter order specific credentials to gain access to the tickets, and user must have access to a printer from which to print the tickets. User is responsible for contacting Customer Support should user not receive the email instructions, be unable to download the tickets, or be unable to print the tickets. Neither site nor fulfiller will issue refunds for user's failure to provide a correct email address or failure to print the tickets. In his response, [redacted] confirmed that he's pursuing a refund through his credit card company. Receipt of the chargeback has not been confirmed and no updates have been added regarding same by Customer Service. No refund is due as the tickets were uploaded by the seller days before the event as guaranteed, however, this dispute will ultimately be resolved through the chargeback action.

Dear Revdex.com,
Thank you for bringing this matter to our
attentionWe take customer service seriously and appreciate the opportunity to
respond to Ms[redacted] concerns
Our records indicate that Ms[redacted] did place her
order on the website www.[redacted].com
Please note that the website's terms and policies state the following:
[redacted].com ("SITE") acts as an
intermediary between buyers and ticket sellers ("TICKET SELLERS") to
facilitate the purchase and sale of event tickets, and as such is not directly
involved in the actual ticket sale transaction between the buyers and TICKET
SELLERSTickets sold through SITE are from a third party; therefore, the
buyer's name will not be printed on the ticketsPlease note that the name on
the tickets does not affect the buyer's ability to access the event
[redacted]'s ticket guarantee also states:
You will receive a 125% refund for your tickets
if:
·
Your order was accepted but not delivered by the
seller
·
Your order was accepted but not delivered in
time for the event
·
Your tickets were not valid for entry(1)
But we do not stop thereYou also have our 100%
Money Back Guarantee if:
·
Your event is cancelled and is not rescheduled
(2)
You can purchase your tickets with peace of mind
knowing we have you coveredOnce your order is placed, all you have to do is
get ready for the fun times headed your way when the event day arrives
Notes:
(1)
Verifiable proof must be provided in letter form from the venueWritten or
stamped "voids" do not constitute verifiable proof
(2) 100%
refund for a cancelled event does not include shipping
Unfortunately there are many people who purchase
tickets, and then request refunds by stating the tickets were not valid for
entryFor this reason we request proof from the venue that this is the case
Since Ms[redacted] said that the venue would not be willing to write this letter,
we would even consider an email from the venue to this effect so we can try to
assist Ms[redacted]
Also, Ms[redacted] customer service records
indicate that the tickets she purchased were downloaded and most likely printed
times over the course of a dayThis could indicate that multiple copies of
the exact same tickets were created by the customer through no fault of the
ticket seller
It is for these reasons that we are unable to
provide a refund at this timeIf Ms[redacted] can try and obtain any information
from the venue we would be able to assist further

Revdex.com: Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We provide customer service for [redacted] where [redacted] placed her order. Please be advised that [redacted] acts as an intermediary between ticket buyers and ticket sellers to facilitate the purchase and sale of...

event tickets, and as such is not directly involved in the actual ticket sale transaction between the ticket buyers and ticket sellers. We take customer service seriously and appreciate the opportunity to respond to [redacted] concerns. As customer service previously advised, all sales are final per the website’s terms and policies, which [redacted] acknowledged and agreed to when she placed her order. Also, as stated on the site, TicketNetwork is a resale marketplace, not a box office or venue, and prices may be above or below face value. [redacted] was referred to her seller to see if they may refund, but please be advised that they are not required to do so per the terms and conditions and since these are the tickets that [redacted] confirmed to purchase. However, we are looking into this further to see if we can reach a resolution and will confirm same with [redacted]. Thank you.

Dear Revdex.com:

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take customer service very seriously and would like to take the time to address Mr. [redacted]’s concerns.

Our records indicate the order request placed by Mr. [redacted] on December 24th, 2014...

was rejected after our system tagged it as potential fraud. The amount shown as a hold on Mr. [redacted]’s credit card is the pre-authorization amount which was not debited from his account.

When any customer places an order through our system, the order is a ticket request; this request must then be accepted or rejected by the seller. This information is stated in our terms and conditions which the customer must agree to before finalizing their order. Please see below:

General. [redacted], herein referred to as "[redacted]" or "Site," acts as an intermediary between buyers and ticket sellers, herein referred to as "Ticket Sellers," to facilitate the purchase and sale of event tickets and as such, is not directly involved in the actual ticket sale transaction between the buyers and ticket sellers. All sales are final. As tickets sold through Site are often obtained through the secondary market and prices are determined by the individual Ticket Seller, the prices for tickets may be above or below face value. Tickets sold through Site are from a third party; therefore, the buyer’s name will not be printed on the tickets. Please note that the name on the tickets does not affect the buyer’s ability to access the event. The following are the rules and policies that govern use of Site by the user of the Site, herein referred to as "User." By using or visiting the Site, User expressly agrees to be bound by these Terms and Policies, herein referred to as “Terms,” and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site. Ticket Liquidator reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site. If User violates these Terms, Ticket Liquidator may terminate User's access to the Site, bar User from future use of the Site, cancel User's ticket order, and/or take appropriate legal action against User.

Ticket Availability. Site cannot guarantee ticket availability until User is in possession of User's tickets. Generally, all ticket listings on Site are a unique set of tickets from an individual Ticket Seller. Some ticket listings on Site may only be representations of available tickets and not actual seat locations or currently available tickets. Occasionally tickets ordered may no longer be available at the price or in the quantity originally ordered at the time the order is received. If equivalent or better seat locations are available at the same price, the Fulfiller will fill the order with the alternative seat locations. If no alternates are available, either the User's credit card will not be charged at all or the entire amount will be refunded, and User will be notified that the ticket request has been rejected.

A Customer Service Representative informed Mr. [redacted] on December 25th, 2014 that we could send an email verifying the amount was only a pre-authorization hold and not a charge.  However, the hold would take 1-5 business days to be removed depending on Mr. [redacted]’s bank and the holiday.

We request that this matter be closed as our company has not debited Mr. [redacted]’s account.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I am not the only person that this has happened to.  If you look at their reviews and comments on [redacted] it's plain to see that they take peoples money on a regular basis and do not provide the tickets in a timely manner.  In other cases they responded to some of these complaints with refunds.  My case is no different.  My tickets did not arrive in my email inbox in time to attend the concert in question.  That constitutes a refund according to their website, end of story.  I expect a full refund.  If they have to extract that money from the person who was selling the tickets, so be it.  There is no reason I should not be refunded.  I will continue to pursue all avenues needed to get my money back, even if that means hiring a lawyer.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Revdex.com,
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take customer service very seriously and would like to take the time to address [redacted]'s concerns.

When [redacted] placed her order from her computer at the website, www.[redacted].com, she opted...

to purchase tickets labeled as, "E-Ticket - Instant Download." This means that the tickets must be downloaded by the customer once they complete their order. Further, when the customer selects this deliver method the following appears on the checkout page:
In most cases, within minutes of placing your order, you will receive an email with instructions for downloading your e-tickets through our secure website. For your protection, you will need to log in with order-specific information. Please be sure you have access to a printer because you will need to print your e-tickets and take them with you to the venue. In order to prevent fraudulent purchases, some instant e-ticket orders may require additional processing time, but this will not delay you from getting your tickets in time for the event.
Additionally, [redacted] was obliged to accept that website's terms and conditions before her order was complete. These terms and conditions clearly state:
E-Ticket Download. Electronic tickets or "e-tickets" may not be available for immediate download. After placing an order, User will receive an email with instructions on how to download the tickets; therefore, it is important that User provides accurate email address information during the order process. User will be required to enter order specific credentials to gain access to the tickets, and User must have access to a printer from which to print the tickets. User is responsible for contacting Customer Support should User not receive the email instructions, be unable to download the tickets, or be unable to print the tickets. Neither Site nor Fulfiller will issue refunds for User's failure to provide a correct email address or failure to print the tickets.
The website terms and conditions were available to [redacted] as a scroll box during the checkout process and as a link on each page of the site. If [redacted] did not click on the "yes" button on the checkout page that states "I agree to the Terms & Conditions," the software would have removed her from the checkout page and she would not have been able to go on to complete her order. [redacted] chose to comply with the terms before sending her final order for processing.
Also, [redacted] received emails on August 17, August 18, and August 19 reminding her to print her e-tickets, however [redacted] only brought the order receipt to the event. Additionally the emailed receipt specifically states, "This is not your ticket."
Our customer service records do not indicate that [redacted] spoke with any customer service representative until hours after the start of the baseball game. If she did speak with a representative it would be logged in our records, and the representative would have informed [redacted] on how to print her tickets through the website.
Lastly, [redacted]'s tickets were located in Section 108, Row 18. According to the [redacted] A's website, Section 108 is the lower section on the first base line. So the tickets that she did purchase do exist within the [redacted] Coliseum. This can be verified using this link: [redacted]
We hope this fully explains the matter, however a refund will not be provided as of this time.

We take customer service seriously and appreciate the opportunity to respond to [redacted]’s concerns. Please be advised that this matter has been resolved. It appears that Customer Service followed up with the ticket seller on 4/6/17, and that the seller admitted that the issue was their fault/error and agreed to issue a refund for the same. [redacted] received a refund from the seller per the site’s policy, which was processed on 4/6 [redacted] We apologize for the inconvenience and hope this fully resolves the matter.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Once again they haven't done anything at all. They are saying that customer service is important to them yet I haven't even received a sincere apology. I haven't received a refund. I haven't received contact from a director. They just keep repeating that it had been handled when they haven't done anything but refund shipping which I should have never been charged in the first place. They have presented no solution at all. They have not provided the slightest ounce of even decent much less good customer service.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Please see below, which may also be found under "Payment" in the [redacted] policies[redacted]Credit Card Charges USER's credit card will be charged by the FULFILLER responsible for fulfilling their order and not SITE. If USER has any questions about charges on USER's credit card statement, USER should contact SITE at customerservice@[redacted] or direct USER's question to FULFILLER responsible for completing the ticket order. FULFILLER may charge or authorize USER's credit card in advance of confirming ticket availability. If tickets are ultimately found to be unavailable, USER'S credit card will not be charged or USER will receive a full refund for the charged amount. We hope this fully explains the matter. Thank you.

Please be advised that [redacted] acts as an intermediary between ticket

the actual sale
transaction between the buyers and sellers. We take customer service seriously
and appreciate the opportunity to respond to [redacted]’s concerns.
According to our customer service records, [redacted]
purchased her tickets on [redacted] on October 22, 2015 with the following
description:
Event: [redacted]      Wednedsay,
January 13, 2016 at 8:00 PM
Venue: [redacted]
Section: 104        Row:
26
Price: $85 each  Qty: 2
Seller Notes: ADA Seating. These tickets allow for
wheelchair access if needed. Chairs are provided for non-wheelchair customers.
Tickets will be ready for delivery by January 6, 2016.
[redacted] announced in late December that she was
postponing her “Unbreakable” tour until the spring to have an unspecified
surgical procedure. The tour dates were cancelled and rescheduled indefinitely,
and tickets for previously announced tour dates were to be honored at
rescheduled shows. About a few weeks later, the rescheduled tour dates were announced.
Per [redacted]’s policies, event dates and times are always subject to change
and it is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to check for any possible
changes in date and time. [redacted] is not responsible for changes in date
or time of the event, and refunds will not be issued due to event dates or
times being changed. Refunds are not issued for postponed events unless they
are ultimately cancelled with no rescheduled date. Before placing her order,
[redacted] was required to read and agree to these terms and conditions.
On February 4, 2016, [redacted] informed Customer Service
that she submitted a fraud report with her credit card company as she hadn’t received
the tickets yet. As Customer Service previously advised [redacted], the event she
purchased tickets for has been rescheduled for July 5, 2016 and her tickets are
valid for that date. Customer Service also informed [redacted] that since she
elected to file a chargeback with her credit card company, they cannot further
assist her with this order as the matter was now between her, the financial
institution, and the ticket seller.
On March 21, 2016, [redacted] emailed the seller requesting
the status of her refund and copied Customer Service on the email. At this time,
[redacted] must resolve this issue with her financial institution and the ticket
seller due to the pending chargeback. If [redacted]’s financial institution
denies the credit reversal and closes the chargeback matter, then we’ll be able
to assist again if [redacted] provides proof of the same (e.g., letter from her
credit card company). Our records show no additional updates since the email sent on March 21, 2016. We will await [redacted]'s response to determine whether further action is necessary.

Revdex.com: As we previously stated, E-Tickets are not available for immediate download in all circumstances. Per the Delayed Shipment policy, event tickets are generally delivered according to the delivery method selected at the time of ticket checkout. Most orders are shipped the same business day in which they are received or, if placed after business hours, orders may be shipped on the next business day. However, tickets may not always be available for immediate delivery, particularly in cases when the tickets have been purchased far in advance of the event in question or for certain events including but not limited to the following: all off-season orders for professional sporting leagues, concerts, and [redacted] events tickets. While most tickets are delivered within three business days of the delivery method chosen, this does not imply a guaranteed delivery date. In these situations, tickets may be marked with an estimated ship date.

The tickets were uploaded on 2/3/17, the day before the event. Although they were uploaded after the estimated date, [redacted] tickets were still uploaded before the event. He may contact his ticket seller regarding same, but no refund is due from them for the same as they still provided the tickets in time for the event. We expect that this fully explains the matter. Thank you.

Please see uploaded response to complaint and screenshot of checkout page under Attachments. Thank you.

Dear Revdex.com,

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We take customer service very seriously and would like to take the time to address Mr. [redacted] concerns.

Our records confirm that Mr. [redacted] selected “Local Pickup Near Venue” when...

he made his purchase of six tickets to the Feb 28 [redacted] Saturday at the [redacted]. The seller made several attempts via email and phone message to notify Mr. [redacted] that the delivery of the ticket order was changed to a [redacted] shipment.

On February 28, A [redacted] customer service representative told Mr. [redacted] that they would contact the seller on Mr. [redacted] behalf and inquire with our customer care team if a refund was applicable. Upon investigation into this matter, [redacted] has found that the seller provided proof of the calls and email record from February 26.  Due to these attempts, the seller is within policy. Mr. [redacted] discussed the seller’s email with a customer service representative on March 3. Mr. [redacted] stated that because he had thought the email from the seller was spam, he had not read the message from February 26 prior to the event.

When Mr. [redacted] placed his order from his computer at the website, www.[redacted].com he was obliged to review his order and accept that website’s terms and conditions before his order was complete.

OrdersOrders placed through SITE will be fulfilled by one of our network of participating TICKET SELLERS. Contact information for the TICKET SELLER who fulfills USER's order (hereinafter known as "FULFILLER") will be provided to USER upon completion of the purchase process. If this information is lost, USER may contac[redacted] to retrieve information about the order.

Mr. [redacted] chose to comply with the terms before sending his final order for processing.

Mr. [redacted] was educated to the fact that www.[redacted].com is neither a primary sale box office nor the seller. This matter has been investigated by our customer care team.
