This means that [redacted] was required to download and print her tickets to bring to the eventInstead of the tickets being delivered in the mail the delivery method was via download, which requires the tickets to be downloaded and printedAs we have stated before this is also stated on the website and on the website's terms and policies Also, if [redacted] had downloaded the E-tickets she purchased she would see that her tickets were located in Section 108, Row 18, Seats 14-Copies of [redacted] ’s tickets are attached to our response as proof that the tickets she bought were actual seats within the stadiumThe seats were not indicated on the order receipt because the seat numbers are not assigned until after the transaction has processed [redacted] 's tickets were for seats that existed within the stadium, and were valid for entry if she had printed and brought them to the stadium We again, hope that this resolves the matter

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am not the only person that this has happened to If you look at their reviews and comments on [redacted] it's plain to see that they take peoples money on a regular basis and do not provide the tickets in a timely manner In other cases they responded to some of these complaints with refunds My case is no different My tickets did not arrive in my email inbox in time to attend the concert in question That constitutes a refund according to their website, end of story I expect a full refund If they have to extract that money from the person who was selling the tickets, so be it There is no reason I should not be refunded I will continue to pursue all avenues needed to get my money back, even if that means hiring a lawyer Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:There continues to be no resolutionAll they did was forward you copies of correspondence they previously sent meI have repeatedly asked for a higher manager or director to contact me without a responseThey did refund the $shipping charge because they shipped the to tickets days later then the date they said they would and the tickets weren't delivered in timeIt turns out the tickets could have been emailed all along so why I was ever even charged a shipping fee is beyond meThey did offer a 15% discount on a future purchase which is meaninglessTheir charges alone are more than 15% higher then other companies in addition to the higher ticket pricesAnd with the absolutely horrible customer service they have I would never purchase through them againThis company really hasn't done anything to helpAside from their ticket prices themselves being more than double they also charged administrative fees which they could refund to help offset the cost but haven't I've done research into this company and am aware that the [redacted] attorney general filed a law suit against them for their ticketing practicesI am sending copies of the emails and complaints to the [redacted] attorney generals office as well as the [redacted] attorney generals office I have also identified the director of [redacted] and [redacted] and will be sending them a letter directlyI'm also contacting [redacted] directly to let them know of the problems with both [redacted] and [redacted] And lastly I have picked up small claims court documentsIf I choose to file a small claims suit I will be asking the courts to have them pay for the court fees Sincerely, [redacted]

Mr. [redacted] ticket seller shows that the tickets were delivered on October 2, 2014 which was two days before the event that Mr. [redacted] purchased tickets to. Mr. [redacted] is upset that *** left the tickets by a side door, however that is not within our control or the control of Mr. [redacted] ticket seller. He has also stated that he filed a chargeback with his credit card company, which is a matter between the bank and his ticket seller.
