I am rejecting this response because:The agreed delivery date was NOT complied with and I was unable to download or print the tickets since I would have no internet service or printer after the originally promised delivery date, the seller did not upload the ticket as originally agreed and failed to comply with the agreementI contacted the only access I had and they were very rude and refused to cancel the order despite their failure to perform the agreed services as originally specifiedTheir Customer Service representative was immediately adversarial and did not offer any reasonable resolutionI have filed the complaint with my credit card company and asked them to pursue a refundThis company is very misleading and refuses to comply with the agreed delivery dates causing much personal discomfort and possible loss of a large sum of my money, they charge exorbitant fees and still do not comply with their stated deliveryI feel very strongly that this company is a predator on consumers and not responsive to customersThis complaint is NOT resolved and I feel very strongly that other potential customers must be protected from this predatory rip off company

I am rejecting this response because first, the screen directly before the screen they are presenting in their response is misleadingIt does not show the service feesIt appears as there are no service fees
deliberately and shows a total for the ticketsPlease ask them to provide this screenThis is where the bait and switch comes inIf they wanted to be completely honest and truthful about the cost they would have it on this screen with the total where they ask you to put your credit card infoAt the bottom of that screen after everything is reviewed and you have finished entering your credit card with what you think is the final payment amount it takes you to the next screen where you have to hit place orderIt is there where they get you - they change the amount - sure they list the amount but you are not expecting it to be higher and they deliberately put the fees on the right hand side where someone is not going to look as they believe on the previous page they just saw their complete totalI know this to be the case because a co-worker had the same exact thing happen
So I hit place order, and then noticed that it was higher than the previous pageI IMMEDIATELY called BEFORE ANYTHING WAS PROCESSED within seconds of placing the orderThere would have been an opportunity for them to cancel the transaction as an "intermediary" prior to them sending it to their buyers and sellersThey do this for a reason, to skate around the responsibility of handling issuesWhen you call them they claim there is "nothing they can do"This is their gameThey had not processed the transaction at that point it wasn't until sometime later I received notification that it was processed meaning they send the transaction over to their "dealers"
This is a total scam and they know itIt is all done to catch people off guard and claim they have no ability or responsibility to correct customer service issuesThey were very smug when I called that I had no rights to do anything because of the "fine print"This is a complete bait and switch and I reject their response

I am rejecting this response because: I know, that my biggest mistake I this transaction, was not to read, the small, little, tiny printing that you as a business put, all the way down, an a small, scroll down window, as you can see on the pictures , the fisrt pictures, show the amount I paid for the first tickets, along with a screen shoot of the second purchase, that you guys gladly charged to my account on may 9thYou guys were so polite and kind when it came to selling me an extra ticket, but what makes me think that you guys are not running a honest business is that I got the tickets from the ***.com and the actual tickets are from ***, what makes it more interesting for me, is that none of the tickets, has any face value at all, as you state, on your "terms and conditions " that should be grater or lesser that the amount paid, am I supposed to beleive in your good word that the tickets, that I got and which have not face value, are good to assist to the event? Or do I need to wait, until the game day comes, just to find out, that, the tickets are fake? And then what? Miss the game, waste money and time for nothing?
From the pictures to 9, it just shows a few examples, of better seats that the ones you sell, or around the area that you gave me, and all of them, have cheaper prices and better seats.like I say, I think you people are running scam, because you overcharge people like me for tickets, and you legally try to protect yourself with the small tiny writing, that is hide and a small scroll down box that no one, except corrupt people like you, would take the time to readWhe you responded me many times eith your terms and conditions rules , when I asked you about the prices, besides saying that all sales are finals, you suggested me to re-sale the tickets, and you even gave me some websites where I can do that, but guess what? The website terms and conditions were available to Mr*** as a scroll box during the checkout process and as a link on each page of the siteIf Mr*** did not click on the “yes” button on the checkout page that states “I agree to the Terms & Conditions,” the software would have removed him from the checkout page and he would not have been able to go on to complete his orderAlso, the total price, including service fees and delivery charges, was given to him before he gave his credit card information and completed his orderMr*** chose to comply with the price and the terms before sending his final order for processing
At no time before placing his order did Mr*** contact our Customer Service Department with any questions or for any clarification of the pricing or terms and conditionsIf he was unsure about the order he was placing, he was free to call the Customer Service Department at the readily available number or to comparison shop at other sites before finalizing his order
Mr*** was educated to the fact that tickets are in many cases sold above face value and that www.***.com is neither a primary sale box office nor the venueMr*** freely-chosen acceptance of the price and the terms and conditions indicates that he did make a conscious and educated decision to purchase tickets at the location and price he agreed to

This charge is standard for the delivery methods

nothing as Mr*** has expressed, this charge is for the upkeep and the cost
to maintain the technology necessary to upload the tickets to Mr***Unlike
paying for shipping or postage, this electronic ticket delivery fee covers
those maintenance cost to keep the upload and download features running without
any issues
If Mr*** has any further questions about the delivery of
his order, he is free to contact our customer service department at

Per *** *** response, I followed up internally regarding this orderCustomer Service advised that they reached out to*** * *** yesterday and left a message for a return callThey explained that once we have the tickets back, a refund will be issued minus deliveryOur records also include an email that was also sent to *** *** yesterday with additional details regarding the same. The email instructs *** *** to send the tickets back to our office as soon as possible. Customer Service will credit his credit card once we receive them. The shipping address is: MyTicketTracker Attn: Fulfillment Dept(Order number: *** ), Gerber Road East, South Windsor, CT They also recommend using a shipping method that has delivery verification because we cannot be responsible for lost tickets. Ms*** has requested to speak with a "director" on
various occasions but has been informed that there is no director and that she
has spoken with the highest level of management of our customer service
departmentHer order was then brought to the legal department since she
continued to request a directorOur customer service managers are the highest
level of customer service before the legal department gets involved which is
what has happened with regards to her order
Our very thorough customer service records indicate that Ms
*** emailed our customer service department on numerous occasions between
June and July During these communications Ms*** was informed of
how the secondary ticket market worksPrices fluctuate similar to airfare or
hotel pricesIt’s possible that *** had extra tickets to this event
that it was trying to sell fast so they lowered the price on their tickets
However, at the time Ms*** placed her order the market rate for the
tickets she purchased was $per ticketMs*** had the opportunity to
review the purchase price before providing her credit card information, and she
also had the opportunity to checkout other retail outlets for prices as wellMs
*** was also able to hold off on purchasing her tickets to see if the
primary market (***) was planning on releasing additional tickets at a
discounted rate at a later time
Since Ms*** elected to purchase her tickets at the
$price point she also agreed to the website’s all sales are final policy and
agreed to the policy that states prices may be above or below face value
All of this information has been provided to Ms*** on
numerous occasions over the course of the many emails and phone calls exchanged
between her and our customer service departmentWe are again requesting that
this complaint be closed as Ms*** received the exact tickets she ordered
at the price she agreed to

Although Mr*** states he was not aware of the
possibility that taxes could be applied to his order, he had in fact agreed to
this policy
The reason why this disclaimer is there and that the taxes
aren't specifically listed is because the sales taxes are dependent on varying
factors that aren't immediately known at the time of purchasingThe sales tax
is dependent on the state where the ticket seller does business from, the location
of the event itself, and sometimes the location of the customer
Although rare, in some events those factors result in a
sales tax being assessed, therefore the website informs customers that this is
a possibility
However, despite the website's policies and the disclosures
our customer service department has already provided Mr*** with a
full refund of the taxes that he did payWe hope this fully resolves the
