time and that a guest vocalist will most likely fill in for the lead singer for

I am rejecting this response because: Although this ticket liquidator company did refund the I paid, I was told that I was due a 200% refund as per the policy posted on the site on the date they were purchased, 10/1/ I was told this by Tracy at the corporate office on 3/ Their own guarantee says, "We guarantee that your tickets will be legitimate Arrive in time for the event be the exact tickets you ordered or comparable alternative...." I did call the Theatre venue and spoke with Manager Marie, ###-###-#### a number of days She also called me because she said this was a scam and there were no tickets purchased by this company by mid March for a 4/show Furthermore, Marie, at the theatre told me The *** ** *** Theatre refused to sell *** *** in December and there was no way *** *ould be able to get promised tickets in the location promised which was important because my husband is visually impaired That is why I demanded a refund and that was when I was told it would be 200% I am assuming Stanislav or Alex wrote this rebuttle *** (Stanislav/Tracy) lied to me every time I called Stanislav especially was rude and abusive on the phone At one point Stanislav called Marie at the box office of the theatre and told them I was his Aunt and he neede the tickets! Echo/TicketLiquidator is a scam Had I waited like they threatened me to, I would have had either no tickets OR fraudulant tickets Echo owes me another as per their own admission They are upset that I caught them in a scam I want 200% refund as promised

The company sold seats which did not existYes we were admitted, however, there were fold up chairs which were not available and we were left standing, in rain, and unable to enjoy a show which cost well over The company falsify the advertising and appearing that these were seats within the venue and said the standonly/wheelchair sec tion along with fold up chairs, which was not dvertise and it's fraudulentand it's wrong and some store a partial refund should be givenIt appears that the company only cares about selling the tickets it does not care about the customers to experience the seating arrangements nothing long as we got in the venue they seem to just wash your hands of the actual ordeal this is totally unsatisfactory totally unsatisfactory

We do not have any record of *** *** speaking with someone named GinaAlso our customer service records show that *** *** placed her order on July 30, Although she states in her complaint she talked to Gina on “7-29-2014” we assume that means July 29, Since her order was placed on July 30, we are unsure who she would have spoken to or why should would have been told to just print her receipt especially since she hadn't placed her order yet
Also, as we stated in our previous response *** *** was emailed numerous times instructing her to download and print her tickets to bring to the gameAdditionally, when *** *** placed her order, the website provided the following information regarding delivery:
In most cases, within minutes of placing your order, you will receive an email with instructions for downloading your e-tickets through our secure websiteFor your protection, you will need to log in with order-specific informationPlease be sure you have access to a printer because you will need to print your e-tickets and take them with you to the venueIn order to prevent fraudulent purchases, some instant e-ticket orders may require additional processing time, but this will not delay you from getting your tickets in time for the event
Lastly, the stadium’s website proves that the tickets *** *** purchased in Section 108, Row clearly do existThis section and row is located on the first base lineThe link provided earlier is clear proof that the tickets *** *** bought are an actual section and row within the *** Coliseum

department on 09/25/alleging that she received tickets
for the wrong sectionShe claimed that she ordered tickets for sections
101-and that she should have received tickets for one of these sections
rather than section 103, which she said was all the way on the sideOur
customer service representative advised Ms*** that 101-means ‘
through 122’ and that she received tickets for the section she selected in her
orderOur records indicate that Ms*** selected tickets with the following
description:

When Ms*** was completing her purchase, she was
provided with numerous opportunities to review her purchase before completing
it to verify that she was in fact purchasing these ticketsWe regret that Ms

purchase tickets for Section 101-and received tickets within that section
