buyers and sellers. We appreciate the opportunity to respond to [redacted] concerns. We attempted multiple searches in our system for [redacted] information that he provided in the complaint, and we do not have any record of an order he placed. We didn’t find any orders linked to his last name, phone number, street address, or email address. Without any additional information such as an order number or a copy of an email confirmation, we are unable to further assist. To the best of our knowledge, however, [redacted] did not complete a transaction through Ticketliquidator.com as we have no record of same in our system.

purchase and sale of event tickets, and as such is not directly involved in the actual ticket sale transaction between the buyers and ticket sellers. While we may help facilitate the resolution of disputes, we have no control over the content of the tickets listed on the site, the truth or accuracy of such listings, the ability of the fulfiller to sell tickets, or that the user and fulfiller will actually complete a transaction. We take customer service seriously and appreciate the opportunity to respond to Ms. [redacted]’s concerns. Please be advised that this matter has been resolved and Ms. [redacted] received a 200% refund as the seller did not provide the tickets. It appears that 100% of this was already issued, and a check for the additional 100% was sent out to Ms. [redacted] yesterday. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope this fully resolves the matter.

transaction between the buyers and ticket sellers. While tickets are available via the TicketNetwork Offering, they do not own the tickets listed, so the actual contract for sale is directly between the individuals seeking to sell items and individuals seeking to buy items. We appreciate the opportunity to respond to [redacted]'s concerns.Upon further review, we can confirm that [redacted] was sent alternative tickets in a worse location without his permission. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. Because [redacted] did not give permission to be sent alternative tickets, the seller will be issuing a refund to [redacted]. He should see a statement reflecting this refund within 7-10 business days.We hope that this fully explains the matter, and that this complaint be closed for the same. Thank you.

While we may help facilitate the resolution of disputes, we have no control over the content of the tickets listed on the site, the truth or accuracy of such listings, the ability of the fulfiller to sell tickets, or that the user and fulfiller will actually complete a transaction. We take customer service seriously and appreciate the opportunity to respond to [redacted]’s concerns. According to our customer service records, [redacted] confirmed to purchase tickets with the following description: Tickets ------------------------------------------------------------ Event: [redacted]  Saturday, Sep 02 2017 at [redacted] Venue: [redacted], PA Section: [redacted]     Row: **  Price: 42.00 each     Qty: 3   Payment ------------------------------------------------------------ Tickets: 3 x 42.00 = $126.00 Service Fee: $38.43 Delivery: $7.95 Order Total: $172.38 Seller Notes: Tickets will be ready for delivery by Sep 01, 2017.   On 8/7, the customer contacted Customer Service regarding his concerns with the tickets and validity of the site and requested a cancellation of the order. Customer Service advised that all sales are final, as stated in the terms and policies of the site that [redacted] acknowledged that he agreed to before finalizing his order. We reaffirm that all sales are final and that tickets are guaranteed to be valid or he would receive a 100% refund per the site’s guarantee. [redacted]’s tickets were uploaded on 8/8. After [redacted] filed this complaint, he downloaded his tickets on 8/13. No refund or further action is needed and we consider this matter resolved for same. We hope this fully explains and resolves the matter and kindly ask that the Revdex.com close this complaint. Thank you.

We take customer service seriously and appreciate the opportunity to respond to [redacted]’s concerns. According to our customer service records, it appears [redacted] contacted customer service on 9/18/17 claiming that the parking pass he purchased was invalid. It appears that Customer Service has been working on this since with our Compliance department to contact the ticket supplier. Customer Service also asked [redacted] to provide documentation from the venue or parking garage to support his claim. It appears that there have been no updates since this request on 9/28/17. On or about 9/25/17, [redacted] also filed a dispute with [redacted] regarding same. In the interest of customer service, we asked for this to be resolved by having the $37.97 credited to [redacted]. Per our Fulfillment department, they forwarded this request to [redacted] to process this. We hope this fully explains and resolves the matter. [redacted] should reach out to [redacted]’s Customer Support department if he has any questions or wants to confirm status of his refund as they are handling this and we will not be able to see when this credit is processed. Thank you.

purchase and sale of event tickets, and as such is not directly involved in the actual sale transaction between the buyers and sellers. We take customer service seriously and appreciate the opportunity to respond to [redacted] concerns. Typically, per the All Sales Final policy, we do not enforce refunds for postponed events. As Customer Service previously advised [redacted] if an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets are honored for the rescheduled date (see All Sales Final policy at [redacted]). However, we found that the [redacted] tour has been postponed again until 2017 with new dates to be announced. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused [redacted] and believe that she is entitled to a refund as she requested. We reached out to Customer Service regarding the issue and asked them to coordinate a refund with the seller. Per Customer Service, the refund was processed this morning and they left a message for [redacted] informing her of the same. [redacted] can expect to see her credit appear within 3-10 business days, perhaps sooner or later depending on her financial institution. We hope this fully explains and resolves the matter.

event tickets and as such, is not directly involved in the actual ticket sale transaction between the ticket buyers and ticket sellers. While we may help facilitate the resolution of disputes, we have no control over the content of the tickets listed on Site, the truth or accuracy of such listings, the ability of the Fulfiller to sell tickets, or that User and Fulfiller will actually complete a transaction.  We take customer service seriously and appreciate the opportunity to respond to [redacted]’s concerns. According to our customer service records, this order was rejected by the ticket seller due to fraud concerns. Per TicketNetwork’s policy regarding ticket availability, [redacted] was credited for the full amount of his order total upon rejection of the order. This policy states: Ticket Availability SITE cannot guarantee ticket availability until USER is in possession of their tickets. Generally, all ticket listings on SITE are a unique set of tickets from an individual TICKET SELLER. Some ticket listings on SITE may only be representations of available tickets and not actual seat locations or currently available tickets. Occasionally tickets ordered may no longer be available at the price or in the quantity originally ordered at the time the order is received. If equivalent or better seat locations are available at the same price, the TICKET SELLER will fill the order with the alternative seat locations. If no alternates are available, either the USER's credit card will not be charged at all or the entire amount will be refunded, and USER will be notified that the ticket request has been rejected. When [redacted] contacted Customer Service, they followed up with the seller as the seller did not inform them of the order rejection initially. The seller advised that they tried to reach [redacted] directly regarding same, but was unable to get a hold of him. Therefore, Customer Service worked with [redacted] to fill a new ticket order. There was a delay in this process as Customer Service instructed [redacted] that they should hold off on placing the new order until they could first confirm with the seller that they definitely wouldn’t be filling the previous order so that he wouldn’t be charged for both orders. We apologize for the delay, including any difficulties [redacted] had in trying to reach Customer Service (please be advised that the Customer Service department receives a very high volume of calls and emails for orders). However, our records show that although the tickets for the second order were more expensive, Customer Service did assist [redacted] in placing an order for alternate tickets. No additional action is needed. We hope this fully explains and resolves the matter.

Revdex.com: Per [redacted] request, and to show that this was not in fact a 'bait and switch' as she claimed, all screenshots have been provided as uploaded attachments to this response. Please view them in order from 1 through 3. Again, as stated in our previous response, what's initially shown is the subtotal- ticket prices for the event a customer is selecting tickets for. In proceeding with the checkout process, the full breakdown of the Order Total is then shown, including ticket description, quantity, ticket price, service fee, and delivery fee. All of that is shown before a customer hits "Place Order" to confirm and submit their order. The entire breakdown is on the very last screen as shown in TN screenshot 3. We reaffirm that [redacted] had the opportunity to review the details of her purchase, and that she agreed to the All Sales Final policy, which is stated under Order Review in the checkout and in other places on the site, including in the terms and policies, which a link was provided for in the checkout process. Again, no refund is due from the ticket seller for the same. We expect that this and the additional screenshots we provided as proof fully explain the matter and ask that the Revdex.com close this complaint for the same. Thank you.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:As previously stated they failed to delivber as promised and caused me to be unable to use the delayed tickets. I  will continue to pursue all legal remedies and hopefully help others from this fraudulent and predatory company.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

sale of event tickets,

According to our customer service records, the tickets were
delivered to [redacted] via [redacted] on 2/12/16. Our records also indicate that
the event was rescheduled and an email was sent to [redacted] on 2/18/16
regarding the same. [redacted] contacted the Customer Service department via
email on 3/16/16. Per his email, the concert was rescheduled for 5/9/16 and he
asked if he could exchange them for tickets to the concert scheduled for
4/15/16 as he’s unable to attend the concert on 5/9/16. A customer service
representative responded to his email and explained the postponed event
policies below, which are also stated on [redacted]

As Customer Service previously advised, we are unable to
offer [redacted] a refund or exchange for his tickets per these policies and his tickets are valid for the rescheduled event. He
may attempt to resell his tickets or contact the seller directly to request a
refund. However, the seller is not obligated to provide a refund and we cannot
enforce the same as the tickets are valid for the rescheduled event. We regret
that [redacted] is unable to attend the rescheduled event, but we hope that this
fully explains the matter.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I still haven't heard from either party. It was promised that I would hear from someone by end of day Oct 27th. It is now Oct 29th and unfortunately I've heard nothing from anyone.
Sincerely,

[redacted]I want to make sure check is received prior to closing complaint.

While it may be more beneficial to a customer to order tickets early to get favorable seating while it's available, neither the site nor the representative is able to guarantee particular seats and did not in fact do so. The zone was specified in the ticket description, and the seller further indicated in the seller notes 'Main Floor Front, Rows L-Z and Main Floor Rear, Rows AA-FF.' These were the tickets that [redacted] confirmed to purchase. Further, it's stated all over the site that on the site that [redacted]com acts as an intermediary between ticket buyers and sellers to facilitate the purchase and sale of event tickets, and as such is not directly involved in the actual ticket sale transaction between the buyers and ticket sellers. It also states that all sales are final. [redacted] may reach out to her ticket seller if she wishes to request a refund, however, we cannot enforce a refund from them as these are the tickets that Ms. Regier confirmed to purchase and she agreed to the site's terms and conditions.

Thank you for bringing Ms. [redacted] continued concerns to our attention. After reviewing her order further, and in the interest of customer service, Ms. [redacted] ticket seller has agreed to refund her purchase price. The refund will be placed back onto the credit card used by Ms. [redacted] to make this purchase and may take 5-7 days to appear on her statement. We take customer service seriously and appreciate the opportunity to respond to [redacted]’s complaint. According to our customer service records, the ticket supplier noted that the tickets [redacted] posted would be provided by 9/16/2017. On 9/18/2017, [redacted] contacted Customer Service regarding the delay in receiving his tickets. Customer Service contacted the supplier to confirm status and asked them to upload the tickets. Per the supplier, 9/16/2017 was the in-hand date they had for the tickets, but the delivery was delayed as the ticket release date was changed to 9/20. Please note that delays may occur per the site’s terms and policies but that the site has a 100% Money-Back Guarantee if tickets aren’t delivered in time for the event. We apologize for the delay, but we affirm that these tickets were provided before the 9/23 event in accordance with this guarantee. Our records show that the supplier uploaded the tickets on 9/21 and that [redacted] downloaded them shortly after on that date. When [redacted] contacted Customer Service to inquire about this, they followed up with the ticket supplier to expedite the process and ensured that the tickets were uploaded before the event on 9/23. No refund is due for the same. We hope this fully explains and resolves the matter. Thank you.
