The website terms and conditions were available to Ms*** as a scroll box during the checkout process and as a link on each page of the siteIf Ms*** did not click on the “yes” button on the checkout page that states “I agree to the Terms & Conditions,” the software would have removed her from the checkout page and she would not have been able to go on to complete her orderAlso, the total price, including service fees and delivery charges, was given to her before she gave her credit card information and completed her orderMs*** chose to comply with the price and the terms before sending her final order for processing
At no time before placing her order did Ms*** contact our Customer Service Department with any questions or for any clarification of the pricing or terms and conditionsIf she was unsure about the order she was placing, she was free to call the Customer Service Department at the readily available number or to comparison shop at other sites before finalizing her order
Ms*** contacted our Customer Service Department on April to inquire about the policy for games that have been postponed due to rain outThe event was not permanently canceledA Customer Service Representative emailed advising her that all sales are final as her tickets are still valid for the rescheduled dateIf Ms*** could not attend the rescheduled game, the tickets remained valid for her own attempts at resale
Ms*** was educated to the fact that tickets are in many cases sold above face value and that www.***.com is neither a primary sale box office nor the venueMs*** freely-chosen acceptance of the price and the terms and conditions indicates that she did make a conscious and educated decision to purchase tickets at the price she agreed to
There is no refund due

*** is not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers and also does not list ticketsTicket listings are from an individual ticket seller. While we may help facilitate the resolution of disputes, we have no control over the content of the tickets listed on the site, the truth or accuracy of such listings, the ability of the seller to sell tickets, or that the user and seller will actually complete a transaction*** *** may be able to resolve this matter with the venue or by contacting the seller directlyThe seller may request proof to support *** *** allegations, especially since her tickets were valid for entry, she did not contact the seller or Customer Service when this allegedly occurred or any time thereafter, and she is now demanding a refund through this complaint without any prior communications or proof that this happenedOur records show that *** *** still hasn't contacted the seller at all about this issue, which she should have done immediately. If *** *** wishes to further pursue a refund, she may contact her ticket sellerHowever, as we previously stated in our initial response, there is no refund due if *** *** received the tickets she confirmed to order and was admitted into the venue with valid tickets to the event

However, when *** *** did contact our customer service
department upon receiving the parking tickets, he was provided with a full
refundTherefore we request that this matter be closed as *** *** has
already received a full refund before contacting the Revdex.com

The website terms and conditions were available to Mr*** as a scroll box during the checkout process and as a link on each page of the siteIf Mr*** did not click on the “yes” button on the checkout page that states “I agree to the Terms & Conditions,” the software would have removed him from the checkout page and he would not have been able to go on to complete his orderAlso, the total price, including service fees and delivery charges, was given to him before he gave his credit card information and completed his orderMr*** chose to comply with the price and the terms before sending his final order for processing
Our customer service records indicate that Mr*** purchased a pair of tickets in Section 5, Row 1-WC for the *** *** *** ** *** *** January 6th game at the *** *** in *** *** The ticket listing of “1-WC” indicates that this is range seatingTherefore, ticket requests may be filled with any row within the applicable range stated in the listingMr*** ticket request was filled with Row tickets, which are valid for the selection
