We were able to contact the customer and speak with her regarding her concerns with the ongoing credit repair processShe has been made aware of the expected timeline, and been given the direct contact information of one of our supervisors should any further concerns arise

On 6/28/2017, this customer was informed via email that he was being refunded in full for his exit feeOn 7/3/our Customer Relations department spoke to the customer via the telephone to let him know the refund check was on its wayAs the customer complained to the Revdex.com after this had been communicated directly to him, our CEO will be reaching out to understand the origin of this complaint

Customer has been contacted by our team after a thorough review of the customer's file and complaint detailsComplaint has been resolved

We have emailed the customer to schedule a time to speak about their exit over the phone

After our owner and CEO spoke to the customer they accepted our exit offerFinal paper work and all other considerations are being collected and communicated directly to the customer

Response was...we have not reached months yetWe asked why do we have to wait months? We asked what to do to get our money back We were told we might not get all our money back because we have not reaced the monthsWe were told our claim would be forwarded to the next level and that the attorney would respond in the next couple weeksWe asked to speak to the attorney and were told he does not speak to customersWe are not happy with this replyThe "agreement" states that customer satisfaction is guaranteedWe would like to terminate this "agreement" immediately and get our money back Sincerely, [redacted]
