Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because even though it might have been sent to the Executive Team, I still have not received my refund, which the company "guaranteed" I would get This company continues to stall sending our refund [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Our Customer Relations Department has been working directly with this customer and we appreciate his patience throughout the file review processAt this time we have reached a mutually agreed upon settlement with the customer and will continue to remain in contact until everything is finalized

Complaint: [redacted] We are rejecting the response from Reed H [redacted] at this time for two reasonsFirst, we have not received the promised refund from Reed H [redacted] within the days required to avoid an assumed positive resolution by the Revdex.comThere have been many, too many, broken promises and assurances by Reed H [redacted] employees that we suspect this may be another oneWhen we have the Reed H [redacted] refund check in hand, we will modify the response to reflect that receiptSecond, we feel that we should be reimbursed for at least part of the additional interest expense that was charged to our credit card while waiting for no action by Reed H***We may have failed to emphasize that the interest was not “penalty interest” charged by us to Reed H [redacted] but actual interest expense that we paid to the credit card companyAgain, when we have the refund check in hand, we will modify this response to reflect that Sincerely, [redacted]

This customer has been contacted and updated on their files statusThey were understanding and acknowledged the progress of the file, but it sounds as though their timeshare has not resolved some financial/credit concerns of the customerWe are hoping to use our relationships to help the customer, but this is outside of the services we were retained to provideWe have another call scheduled this week with the client to provide updates from what we learned about the timeshare exit and how it is or is not something that will naturally be resolved when their exit is finalized with the timeshareFurther updates will be provided directly to the client unless otherwise requested by the Revdex.com

The CEO of our company will be personally reaching out to this customer to speak about his concerns and work towards a resolution

Customer was contacted the same day as the complaint, which was resolved to their satisfactionCustomer did state on our phone call that they appreciated the response and resolution from the company and that they wished to remove their complaint with the Revdex.com

We reached out to the customer on 4/to inform the customer that the timeshare exit has been completedThe account was formally closed on 4/as a successful exitCustomer can expect a confirmation letter in the mail within the next couple of weeks

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It has been fourteen months since I retained "Time Share Exit Plan" to terminate my time share which they said would take six to nine months After a year I requested a refund since then it has been delay, delay, ignore, stone wall, excuses one after another Their claim to a "money back guarantee" is just so much hot air Don't trust these people Sincerely, [redacted] ***

After investigation of this client's file, I was able to confirm that their Account Coordinator has been trying to make contact via phone and email since 10/3/to inform the client that they are exited from their timeshareA response from the client to collect final details is all that is needed
