Kirkpatrick management want me to pay for my carpet and padding replacement because they don't want to claim responsibility for the long delay in getting my unit fixedAfter the second request they should have known that it will take more than what was done in the pastI'm not satisfied with their response because it has always been a problem or I should say a long wait to even get a response from MrL*** when trying to contact him on even small issues.. If mold is found they should be responsible for all repairs and replacements....Thank you,

Revdex.com:well I hope they take me to court get it out in the open what matters what I give for the food and it has yellow tags on it as long as it is with in the date it is all good as long as it is froze and lowes done a buy out because of them being rude to them as well as lie to them and like I said be-for and I will say it again I called and they new it was bad again I can see I am wasting Revdex.com time to push it Thur them any more all so to say a old worker that work for them I talk to the other day said to me that is the way the deal with people and treat them I am glad they broke all ties with me over this and why I am not satisfied over this it is there fault they do bad work not mine and they owe me point blank

I am rejecting this response because I rejected the higher payment because it wasn't what we agreed upon."Hoping" for approvals as an in house financing option is another reason why Young Automotive misled me and continues to misrepresent legitimate businesses in this fieldMy expectations from Young's Automotive is legitimate information from the beginningNot the bait and switch on payments as happened.

We are currently working with this client to get her damage resolved Again, we acknowledge that we caused the damage to her vehicle as stated before, and we are working to get it repaired We have every intention to have the repair done in a timely manner We have made two other attempts to give her a car both of which were rejected by the client due to not wanting to give a credit card number for a vehicle rental, and being given a car that was too big for her garage She then called to say she wanted to reschedule the appointment, and we are working with her to get that done as quickly as we can We were not able accommodate her car into our shop the week of the 11th due to other appointments, and so offered to have it the week of the 18th, which did not work for the client's schedule The week of the 25th we already have our schedule full and so would not be able to fit her in that week, and therefore, we have offered to take the car in the week of August 1, which is the first available date for both of our schedules We are more than happy to fix her vehicle and will continue to work with her to get this matter resolved We thank her for taking the time to let us help her get her car repaired Should you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.Thank you!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, I reluctantly accept this resolution is satisfactory Young Ford did provide me a 2nd key only after I opened up this Revdex.com Complaint and realistically that is all that I However, the response that they gave me suggests that they have provided me exceptional customer service as well as a good truck I agree that I got a good truck but regardless of standard practices, Young Ford, specifically salesman Rob F* made promises to me that they had no intention of keeping (full tank of gas) and they state in their response to this complaint that the ETCH fee is mandatory It is NOT Mandatory! Read the entire contract before signing it and it says that it is NOT requiredI will not close this complaint quietly and let them claim that they have provided me good customer service I close this complaint not because of good customer service but because I do not believe that there is any point in continuing to fight for promises made that they have no intention of honoring My experience with Young Ford is one of Extreme dishonesty and deception I will never recommend them or use them again Yes, I got a good truckBut I find myself left with a really sour, bitter taste in my mouth after dealing with such blatant misrepresentationSincerely, *** ***

In response to them not having info is just buying time! they got some on days in response already now, ive got days to respond after fighting for four years alreadyI will not provide them more info than needed for dispute the last years there dispute has consisted of the releting clause of the lease agreeiment having all that info in which there asking buying time while I've been living in crap hole appartments cause of it and now living out of my carrejecting a hardship letter in which I will fax with all info requesting with out ss# or dob! Apt# 29Blease start date: 10-31-12, lease end date : 10-31-13, date last occupied : 1-29-31, date I turned in keys and left forwarding address : 1-31-2013, office manager name at time of lease was: Nicole Trevino and her sister took over and moved in my apartment to clean up people around in begaining of Feband held mail for me! I was never giving a itemnized reason for keeping my dollar deposit that by law needed to be provided to me in day!!s And hit me months latter with collection for releting fee. It comes up on report as a broken lease which means they lied about letting me out of and if they were not gonna keep there word should have charged me broken lease but knew would have taken them to court with police reports, etc. SO very under handed!! I have police reports, hardship deniel with info there requesting now from 12-14-along with rejections from credit burrows in last yrsI am owed the removal of releting fee at once at the very least as I could be asking for deposit they didn't provide explornation letter for! Time is of the essence here because I'm living out of car now for the unfairiness of it all and if I haft to sue will !!

I am rejecting this response because:I didn't say I wanted to rethink the decision on the Gap, or the Young's Maintservice chargesThe only thing I said about rethinking was the extended warrantyMy exact words were " Why do I need the GAP when my insurance has a guarantee to pay-off in the event of an accident, and the Young's specific warranty I don't want that because I wouldn't need because of the extended warranty, and was under the impression I had to have any service work done at Young's, and that wouldn't be happeningI wont even be using the free oil changes offeredI'd rather pay for them at the establishment that I know I can trustAlso The paint protection plan I didn't want because it isn't something that the vehicle has on it, and is a definite misguidanceAlso why do I need the wheel, and tire when I have a warranty on the tires because they are brand new with a warranty?" I also said " The extended was the only thing I was going to rethink, and I was going to wait until the Finance MngrScott Cooley could find the time to be in the office long enough to return a call, and or contact me to settle this." Still as of this time I haven't received any contactTherefore it's apparent to myself that the only main concern here is misguiding the customer for monetary gainsDue to all the time, non returned calls, or any attempt of being contacted I don't feel it is my responsibility to contact businessenough of my time as you can see has been wasted due to poor customer relations, and service.

The contract, as well as the invoice given, stated that the only top that was to be made in *** *** was the vanity topThe customer was provided both of the paperwork to review, which D Plummer did for a few daysIn the several meetings with the sales representative in Florence, the customer
did not question any of the paperwork written up even though they were given ample time to reviewThere are many times when the measurement technician is told of what the customer wants; however, often times, the customer changes their selections from the day of the measurementIt is when the customer comes in to sign the contract when everything is finalizedTherefore, when the customer came in to speak with the sales rep, it was finalized as stated according to the contractUnity is more than happy to provide the customer the breakdown of the kitchenWhen the sales rep in Fairfield spoke with the customer the first time, she did try to explain the dimensions of the kitchen and vanity top; however, the customer said she did not understandThat is why Unity wants the customer to come in to either the Fairfield or Florence location so that it is easier to explain in personGoing back and forth on the phone will not help either partiesUnity has agreed to finish the installation in the kitchen; however, Unity is asking the customer to reimburse for the materials used for the thresholds as they will not be usable for other jobsThe customer has refused to accept the threshold granite topsUnity is trying to be as reasonable as we can be; however, Unity is not liable for the granite that was cut according to the contract’s specificationsUnity is willing to compromise with the customer and is asking the customer to pay $300, which is only a partial cost of the graniteIt also does not include the labor put in to fabricate itThe contract is a very important document because it is what Unity uses for fabricationIf Unity does not take a literal interpretation of the contract then what purpose does the contract serve?

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to MrM***' complaint. We have researched the matter, and have decided as a good faith gesture, we will provide the "$Visa Gift Card With Test Drive" even though his friends did not take a test drive. We regret that the vehicle(s)
he was originally interested were not available at the time his friends arrived, but as we explained, one of the vehicles was located at our dealership in Idaho, and the other were sold to wholesalers. Unfortunately there was a delay in updating our system, which contributed to the vehicles appearing available when in reality they were not. If MrM*** would like to provide an address where the $Visa Gift Card can be mailed to him via certified mail, signature required, we will send it out at once. I am rejecting this response because:The staff member was very clearly and closely following my children and my children onlyWe purposely walked back and forth several times and were the only ones in certain areas that he followed us to EVERY timeHe even leaned over every inflatable our children were on to closely watch themThe manager did not see how the staff member was unfairly following us and obviously he will deny itMaybe reviewing security footage will help clear that upThe manager should look at the proof before jumping to telling paying customer's that they are wrong.

them to continue to secure credit so that they can keep the vehicle We are not accruing any mileage claim on the car and this person will not be charged for that should they return the leased car to us because of credit problems However, like is standard procedure on all leased cars, should the car have any damage, this would then be charged to the person returning the vehicle, even if the vehicle lease agreement was never secured So this person can rest assured that the only charge they would have, is if the vehicle was returned with damage to it This person can feel secure in the knowledge that there is no liability to them, and so we would request that they notify the Revdex.com that this issue has been resolved to their satisfaction.Thank you!~Kellee B***

We were referred to Premier Restoration by a friend from our church who highly recommended this company We needed outside lights installed and repair to siding on our houseNate ***, owner of the company came to our home and was very knowledgable and answered all of our questionsThe work was completed and we were happy with the job well doneWe also needed our roof replaced due to hail damage Nate worked with us and our insurance company to get everything fixed that was damaged We appreciated the timely manner his crew accomplished replacing our roof in a few days with no problems We love that Nate coordinated the work with great expertise and the jobs were done smoothly

Unity Cabinet and Granite has and will always strive to provide the best service we canThe customer requested a complete kitchen installation of cabinets and granite tops before a certain date and Unity was more than happy to accommodate and was able to complete the job in less than weeksFor
this job, the customer wanted her crown molding to touch the ceiling, which will require our installers to nail the molding from the front to the by in the back to stabilize itThat is a standard practice in cabinet installation for tall moldingThe customer notified Unity of her issues with the finishing and Unity sent our repairman to do the repair. He refinished the filling on the crown molding to make it as natural as possibleIn regards to the policy claim, the customer notified Unity of the problem after days of the installThe customer sent Unity some pictures of the pipe that was damagedIt was below the refrigerator cabinetThe hole shown in the picture was a small, smooth, and circular hole, which looked like a thin nail went through itHowever, our installers all use 2” black screws which would leave a larger, jagged holeThin nails would do nothing to support the cabinet, therefore, they are not used for cabinet installationAlso, the hole is positioned below the cabinet that was installedIt is very unlikely that the installers would even drill anything below the cabinet as that will not doing anything to stabilize the cabinetThe manager has called the insurance company with the number provided by the customer and explained everything as stated above
