Absolutely horrendous Resume Service. The supervisors and staff are utterly incompetent and couldn't care less about your concerns. Don't waste your hard-earned cash on this pathetic excuse for a service. The so-called "professional" resume writers are a joke, charging ridiculous amounts for subpar work.

The client mentions that they used the resume to apply to one positionWhile we did tailor the resume for that position per their request, we know it will also be effective for other similar positions, and we do not guarantee an interview to that one jobAnyone who is seeking a job should be applying to more than just one position at a timeThe conventional approach is about 5-applications per dayOur guarantee states that customers will double their interviews with one of our resume within days of using itIf they don't, the customer can comeback for a free rewrite of their resumeThis customer is welcome to come back after days to redeem their free rewriteAdditionally, we would work on their application strategy, mainly addressing the volume of applications they are sending (which, at one, is extremely low)
