Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by TopResume in reference to complaint ID [redacted] I find TopResume's wording to be extremely creative, in explaining away their misleading advertising as a "glitch" Although they did refund the $that I paid for "Hour Rush Service", they did not take any responsibility for their failure to deliver the professional resume, within hours or otherwise, that I paid $for I am still out that $ My advice to anyone reading this would be DO NOT pay TopResume to prepare your professional resume - their service is a scam Sincerely, [redacted]

Hi, [redacted] purchased our base package which includes a rewritten, reformatted, and keyword optimized resume.Attached you'll find the before/after. Clearly, the resume we wrote is significantly better than that which she came to us with.Additionally, I looked into this... careerplanner issue [redacted] mentioned, and I could not find what she was referring to for the life of me. If our writer was using such a resource, they wouldn't be working with us since that is an internal violation.Additionally, she claims we did not speak with her, and I have responses from our team sent to her logged on the following dates and times: [redacted] **We offered to continue working on more drafts, as our terms cite the fact that the first draft isn't always perfect which is why we offer 2 additional drafts. We offered additional revisions after [redacted] 's revision period expired. We reopened her order to continue editing after the order was closed. We even offered to match her with a new writer thinking that maybe she was having issues with the writer. We never received productive responses that told us what she thought was wrong with the draft, so we didn't have anything to work off of going into the next draft given that we weren't told what was specifically rubbing [redacted] the wrong way.Sincerely,TopResume Team

TopResume did make a few changes to my resume after I complained back in OctoberNot many thoughThe resume wasnt very different than what was originally submitted.I have contacted their customer service department and they are of no help. Why would I want job searching tips from a company that hasn't written me a resume good enough to get called for an interview? In some of the complaints listed on the Revdex.com for this company, refunds were given as a form of resolutionI am not even looking for a full refundI would accept half to help offset the cost of the $more dollars that I now have to spend to get this resume where it needs to beI also paid for a resume blast to recruiters as part of the packageNot sure what other "job searching tips" they feel they could offer. The feedback I have received on this resume from career counselors / professional resume writers and HR managers is that it is cluttered, too task oriented, not achievement focusedI have no tag line or any sort of branding statementTopResume is using verbiage that isn't correct and using outdated templatesIt is the job of the resume writer to know current job and resume trendsI'm not sure why it is acceptable to pay $for a resume service and they didn't deliver what was promised. I do not find their response acceptableI will be sure to review them on trust pilot, yelp and any other review outlet I can find about their poor serviceI imagine that is why on their social media page they have disabled customer posts/commentsI suspect they are also having negative reviews removed from trustpilot.com Sincerely,*** ***In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above
