After receiving good feedback on my resume from them I decided to pay for their service It took two weeks to be assigned to a writer Then another two weeks to get my first draft I was not happy with the draft and the writer said they would fix it It took another week and a phone call to get the next draft I was not happy with that either and I have pretty much given up on getting a decent resume from them Ended up doing it myself

Unfortunately, we cannot provide any further refunds

I have not received my final drafts of a good product and these were due on ***.I purchased this package to include a job worthy Resume and Cover letter on ***My purchased was confirmed with a 1st draft to be sent to me on ***.I received they first draft on *** which stated my resume revision period would end ***.I sent my revisions on ***.I emailed the status of my resume on ***NO response.I emailed *** on *** with no response until ***.I also email Katie Warren on *** and she email back but not until *** did she say I will get my revision.On *** a sloppy revision was received in which I only had two days to respondI responded on *** expression how unsatisfied I was with the product I paid for.On *** customer service email me back finally asking if I wanted a reassignment.I responded on *** accepting a new reassignment.I never got a response from my new assignment until ***! And the product was worse that the previous employeeThey copy and pasted from the previous work.I sent my revisions back 1/expressing once again how unsatisfied I am. Overall, this product was supposed to be perfected by *** an to this day I have not received anything of the sortAfter many complaints on company review sites I am not the only one who has had such bad service and who has been lied toTheir product is poor especially when the customers that need this the most are unemployed and are looking for a job which requires a resumeI have used the resume given with no luck of even an interviewThey guarantee an interview within 60-dayswell ever job I've applied to they deny me and I still haven't received my final product.

The suggested options (they only provided you only one) are not acceptable:1) another writer completes a draft >> rejected several times as the first draft was unusable/ non sense sentences / included formatting that TopResume criticized in my Resume /if they have "professional writers" that should never have happened >> it is my standpoint that I wasted enough time and if I would accept another writer they would continue to deliver substandard outcomes and then turn around and say "But you said you agreed"2) $refund >> out of an order over $bucks this isn't even worth entertaining3) the offer was increased to $but again a refund of less that 25% while delivering nothing of value is insulting4) they then wrote that they will refund me $and close my account >> mind you this was done WITHOUT my agreement and a contract can't be changed one sidedIf I order a resume and several add ons the resume is the primary order and without that order everything else is worthless > the "we post your resume automatic to xyz web sites" is worthless as there is no usable resume.
