Thank you for responding. However, I have noted in my original complaint the refund of $50.00 which was not for the resume writing service rather a 48 hour turn around which was not honored by the company. Furthermore, this issue is regarding the poor quality of the product I received. Thus the issue is not resolved and I prefer to recieve a full refund of $79.00. Thank you so much.

Your response was unacceptable because of the type of feedback that I received from the resumes that were written (which was detailed/quoted in my initial complaint). I (and the two other resume writers) have serious concerns over how effective the resumes are. Other people have made complaints (after re-writes) and have received refunds from Top Resume. I would like the same. It wouldn't make any sense for me to continue working with your team after the quality of the two resumes that were written for me. Please refund me the money I paid so I can put it towards an effective resume/cover letter/LinkedIn profile. Thank you.
