I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Topresume has not processed a refund They, again have offered to rewrite my resume However, the final product is of the quality that no reasonable person would place trust in their service for a rewrite I submitted feedback to Topresume that included a link to words that "should never be used" in a resume because several of those words were used in my resume I let them know that several legal terms were misused and I could no longer wait for a rewrite Now I am blocked from accessing the final version of both the resume and cover letter to attach to this email for your reviewThank you,** ***

I should not have to hold the writers hand every step of the way through this processThat is absolutely ridiculousIf you pride your resume writing service as the gold standard then your writers should absolutely be capable of rewriting the resume on their ownIf I have to walk them through the entire process then I should just rewrite on my ownClearly your writers are not qualified to rewrite resumes for medicalstaffing positionsThe first draft was atrocious and clearly indicates that your writers arent qualified to rewrite anything hence the examples I provided to you and the differences in between what I submitted vs what your so called resume writer producedI want to be fully refunded the $

This company is a complete scam, their writers are complete amateurs, spend your money somewhere else.
The only positive part of my experience was the resume/CV assessment that I received for free.
Here is a list of issues I had with the "service":
- visually unappealing
- incredibly bad grammar and refusal to make corrections (e.g., writer refused to remove periods at the end of bullet points. She argued that they aren't incomplete sentences because of imaginary pronouns and "this is how you write a professional resume")
- position descriptions written in word salad that will misrepresent your experience and put you in an indefensible position if questioned during interview
- low attention to detail (e.g., mixing experience between positions, EVEN AFTER being corrected in previous reviews/feedback)
- very unsatisfactory customer service (writer was very argumentative with me on several points, even minor ones)
- list goes on and on and on...
At the end of the day, after 3-4 revisions, what I received is less capable than my current resume. I have little confidence in using it until I do significant revisions myself, which is beside the point of the service.
This business relies on the 'all sales are final' clause and are unlikely to deliver a quality product, from my experience.

the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I reached out to TopResume's customer support team via email from August [redacted] through August [redacted] and a representative by the name of Tara C. advised me that I did not qualify for a resume rewrite because the positions she stated I applied for I was overqualified or didn't match the industry that my resume was written for. She made numerous excuses and did not want to approve my rewrite. Due to numerous correspondence between myself and customer and the refusal of the rewrite of a new resume stating that they can refuse the right not to provide the guarantee by Tara C. I decided to file the complaint. I am only looking for the company to honor the guarantee promised with my package and Tara C made it a very horrible experience dealing with this company.

TopResume’s reaching out has been a repeated offers to rewrite and that it does not make refunds “at this time.” Since my Revdex.com complaint, TopResume alter its response once again it offered a rewrite. Or they would issue a $125.00 refund, half of my expense. I had repeatedly declined a rewrite in previous email exchanges. I declined once again. I did make a counter offer. I stated that $200 was my minimum expectation. In addition, with a full refund, I would be happy to announce TopResume’s positive response to my complaint. Otherwise, would continue to share my experience.
