I have reached out to Angel several times and I still cannot receive an acceptable resume, once again I am asking for a full refund , I even asked for a phone number and did not receive and answer also I asked for a new twitter and never received an answer

We would love to see where the day money back guarantee can be found as we do not offer that. Our guarantee states that you are eligible for a free rewrite after days of using your new resume if you don't notice and increase in interest from employers. That said, we went ahead and

I have lost confidence in their ability to deliver a product and to do so in a timely mannerI provided a detailed response after the first inaccurate draft and they still could not even so much as get my contact information correct, much less they ignored the comments in the document and want to charge me to talk to them to explain how to do their jobAfter reading numerous reviews, this is not an isolated incident hence why I would prefer to no longer due business with themI reached out to their customer service, but they were canned responses.Not interested in their product and no faith in their ability to deliver what they are marketing.
