Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I reached out to TopResume's customer support team via email from August [redacted] through August [redacted] and a representative by the name of Tara Cadvised me that I did not qualify for a resume rewrite because the positions she stated I applied for I was overqualified or didn't match the industry that my resume was written forShe made numerous excuses and did not want to approve my rewriteDue to numerous correspondence between myself and customer and the refusal of the rewrite of a new resume stating that they can refuse the right not to provide the guarantee by Tara CI decided to file the complaintI am only looking for the company to honor the guarantee promised with my package and Tara C made it a very horrible experience dealing with this company In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
