TopResume did not address the concerns raised in my complaint They only stated that all sales are final and once again tried to claim that I was not willing to collaborate with their writer The plain fact is that I paid for hour service and that service was not delivered, through no fault of my own I collaborated with the writer for four days, at which point I absolutely needed a resume and had to write one myself I should, at the very least, receive a refund of the $I paid for hour rush service TopResume should be held accountable in that regard at least

The company offers a "free resume review" of your current resumeThis is a complete scamMy husband and I both submitted our resumes for review (we work in completely different fields, and our resumes were formatted differently) and we both received the exact same "review" of our resumesI was interested in having my resume rewritten by this company because a friend had recommended it to me - she even bragged about the gift cards they offered her for posting positive reviews online about her experiencesI would recommend not trusting a company that has to pay for positive reviews, and that lies about what they are providing you

Even though you did assign a different writer for my resume , I am not pleased with the resume writing It still seems generic and seems to be fitted in the standard template Since , you did not offer me the refund , only because of this reason , I had to agree to wait and get the new resume draftedAnyways , I dont think I would recommend you further to any of my friends as I strongly believe that you should have refunded me the money earlier when I asked for it earlier , as at that time , you had provided me no service and the resume was full of irrelevant things.

Hello Revdex.com of NY:I have received numerous responses from TopResume for a re-write after my Revdex.com complaint. That is not a timely nor a sufficient response. The quality of their work should be reviewed from an objective point of view to assess whether I deserve a refund of $250. A full text of every email should be reviewed including the email I sent to the Topresume writer where I listed a website with "words you should never use in a resume" and additional specific critiques of their work product. The specific person that was assigned to write my resume seemed to lack experience writing any resume at all (professional or not) and that person's qualifications should be reviewed as well. I hope you will review the work product and make a recommendation based on that and not on the number of responses they have sent since the complaint. Thank you,*** ***

Stay away....Scam!!!!!! Their expert writers were not even aware that resume writing certifications exist!!!! All they do is change the formatting of your original resume and charge you for it zero originality stay away ....Do your research before you pay...I unfortunately did not
