This response does not address the issue and does not provide me with the expert critique that the website advertised. You passed my resume through some software which spit out a report that you sent me and then you provided me with a copy/paste "expert critique". Provide the EXPERT CRITIQUE!

Hiit's very obvious they didn't even bother to offer anything (which even if they did, I wouldn't accept it), you can check the negative feedback that people wrote about them, basically they are running fraud business, and I want my money back as a resolution that I can accept, other than that I wouldn't accept it, and that's why I contacted Revdex.com, to resolve the issue.

They fraudulently claim they have professional resume writers in which they do not. I refuse to accept a rewrite as it is evident that this service is fraudulent. It needs to be duly noted that if they really did stand behind their service, they would guarantee their work and provide a full refund. As I stated earlier there is no where that states that they do not offer refunds. As a consumer, I feel as though I was falsely mislead of the service they provide. I did not request any rewrite as the first draft consisted of a reformat vs a rewrite. I need to be fully refunded as your service is unacceptable and unprofessional. Please review resumes attached. The first is the so called professional rewrite. The second is the resume I submitted. You can clearly see from the language, format etc that this resume was NOT REWRITTEN, it was REFORMATTED. I need to be refunded the total amount of $219. I would never submit this resume to any prospective employer.

Further to my email communications, [redacted] has deliberately deceived people by assigning themselves to reputable companies such as [redacted] gives the impression they can provide candidates with a cv and interviews within a short period after completion of the document. As mentioned previously, if [redacted] hadn't hid behind a .co.uk address they would be facing the wrath of trading standards and the courts! What this company is doing is totally illegal!
