How do I get my money back from [redacted]? I can't believe I fell for this. How is NY letting them still trade based on all of these complaints? Will my complaint even do anything? What is ACTUALLY being done to stop this business?
I am from Australia, and I fell for their service. They promise that 'someone within my industry' will be doing my resume....this is clearly [redacted]
I uploaded my existing resume, as a guidance thing for them to go off. What they did was rewrite everything on there, jumble it all together to try and make it all succinct, and now I am left with regurgitated information that doesn't even make sense. Like none at all.
DO NOT USE THEM. Obviously a scam.

This client was already issued a refund for the full amount.

We would love to see where the 30 day money back guarantee can be found as we do not offer that.
 
Our guarantee states that you are eligible for a free rewrite after 60 days of using your new resume if you don't notice and increase in interest from...

employers. 
That said, we went ahead and issued a full refund to the client for their trouble.

I needed a re-write of my resume. I hired TOPRESUME.com referenced by [redacted].
I was charged over $300. Provided with my Resume and additional material to build the new one.
The draft was so bad, none of my key experience presented, missing a ton of key aspects of my career. The result was so terrible and poor quality, that I decided to cancel the service and not proceed any further.
They are refusing to refund or cancel the service. Called and sent e-mails over 4 times. They are refusing to cancel charges.
Keep away of this service!, not honest, and not good service.

I have not received my final drafts of a good product and these were due on [redacted].
I purchased this package to include a job worthy Resume and Cover letter on [redacted]
My purchased was confirmed with a 1st draft to be sent to me on [redacted].
I received they first draft on [redacted] which stated my resume revision period would end [redacted].
I sent my revisions on [redacted].
I emailed the status of my resume on [redacted]. NO response.
I emailed [redacted] on [redacted] with no response until [redacted].
I also email Katie Warren on [redacted] and she email back but not until [redacted] did she say I will get my revision.
On [redacted] a sloppy revision was received in which I only had two days to respond. I responded on [redacted] expression how unsatisfied I was with the product I paid for.
On [redacted] customer service email me back finally asking if I wanted a reassignment.
I responded on [redacted] accepting a new reassignment.
I never got a response from my new assignment until [redacted]! And the product was worse that the previous employee. They copy and pasted from the previous work.
I sent my revisions back 1/4 expressing once again how unsatisfied I am.
 
Overall, this product was supposed to be perfected by [redacted] an to this day I have not received anything of the sort. After many complaints on company review sites I am not the only one who has had such bad service and who has been lied to. Their product is poor especially when the customers that need this the most are unemployed and are looking for a job which requires a resume. I have used the resume given with no luck of even an interview. They guarantee an interview within 60-days... well ever job I've applied to they deny me and I still haven't received my final product.

The client mentions that they used the resume to apply to one position. While we did tailor the resume for that position per their request, we know it will also be effective for other similar...

positions, and we do not guarantee an interview to that one job. Anyone who is seeking a job should be applying to more than just one position at a time. The conventional approach is about 5-10 applications per day. Our guarantee states that customers will double their interviews with one of our resume within 60 days of using it. If they don't, the customer can comeback for a free rewrite of their resume. This customer is welcome to come back after 60 days to redeem their free rewrite. Additionally, we would work on their application strategy, mainly addressing the volume of applications they are sending (which, at one, is extremely low).
