The resume version provided by the second editor is very similar to the edit provided by the first. The word choice is very similar to the original resume, and again, I have been advised to continue using my original resume. The new edit contains skills I have never mentioned and cannot display in a resume I would submit to an employer as this would be untruthful. This process has been very confusing, disappointing, and frustrating for such a high sticker price. The service that I have provided is not at all what I expected and I will not be using the edits provided by wither the first or second writer. A refund or a partial refund would really be an appreciated solution.

I am following up on my complaint ID #[redacted] dated 8/**/16.  The company [redacted] responded to my complaint and said ... "I am so sorry for this miscommunication. We are happy to provide you with a free rewrite. I will have a member of our customer support team reach out ASAP to get this started."  It is now more than two  weeks later and I have yet to hear from anyone from [redacted].I am extremely disappointed that there has been no resolution to my request.

I have not heard anything back in regards to a refund, as of 01/**/2017 we have not finalized a resume that is acceptable. Per the website it would be done in 48 hours. I have not been able to send a resume to any Job Applications due to I do not have one. I took the draft they sent and to an interview I got based of my old resume that I did, and received extreme negative feedback, " too wordy, reads like a book, does not show any accomplishments: When I pinted this out to the resume writer, she became extremely defensive and blamed on me.
